+Only 1 warn and its old, seems to be really nice
+/- I have seen you on the server never interacted with you seeing as you mostly play D class, got no bad reputation to my knowledge and havent caused any problems, again, to my knowledge
-Extremely new to the server, I suggest that you play more and learn the people more
    - Little to no effort in the application at all
    - Minor spelling mistakes, they aren't that bad but seeing how short the app is
    - Event is very poorly thought out, and it sorta breaks SOP seeing as you need SET+ perms to host the event, which i suggest you maybe should of put in the event to show you have knowledge of the SOP
    - This -support is longer than your event/why you should join event team/ and why you should be trusted all combined

At first, I was a little hesitant to do this. Due to the short application and not so filled answers. However, I know Lafeleur is a hard worker, and doesn't give up when something is hard to do. Becuase of this, I feel that Lafleur would be a great pick for ET, and I certainly hope you get it. ❤️

If what piller say is true about the sit was handle at the 10mins mark that will be because there was no other staff who willing to take the sit so yeah he can take the sit staff>RP but the other thing on the side IDK if tank talk to the other admin for them to take the sit because of bias and yeah which if the rest of the admin didnt reply that will probably mean that they dont want to take that sit so he had to take it Conclusion

I agree tbh. If there's more evidence that shows further bias or anything like that I can switch to +support.

Current RP rank in All Divisions (Ex. Senior Medic, Security Officer): Lead Researcher APRF (the training program within research).

How long have you been a Event Team Member: I have been a member of Event Team since may 8th.

Have you received any strikes (please give reasons if you remember): No, I have not received any strikes in ET.

How much time do you have on the server? (Press F1): 4 weeks.

How well do you know the SCP lore in general?: Due to free time and general interest within the SCP universe, I have pretty good knowledge of the SCP lore. If I was to rate this on a scale of 1-10 however, I would most likely rate it a 8/10 or a 9/10.

Why do you WANT to become a Senior Event Team Member?: There are many reasons as to why I WANT to become a SET, which I will list below.

    Helping others

I have always had a love for helping others whenever I can, and love to give my help whenever I am approached and asked for help, or simply noticing that someone needs it.

I understand the guidelines and rules of ET.

I understand the guidelines and rules of doing events, as well as the rules of being a ET member in general. I always refer to it whenever I am in need, and it's greatly helpful.

    Activity

During my time in ET, I have shown myself to be a active member, and a member that's glad to help other people with their events. This activity and helpfulness shall not stop anytime soon.

    Adaptability

I am able to quickly adapt to new changes, as well as making tweaks to something whenever necessary to make people happy. Futhermore, I am glad to keep those changes updated to the liking of people, and always keep an ear/eye out.

Why should you be trusted to be a Senior Event Team Member?: I learned from the last time I applied about how people thought about my events back then, and I have changed them to make them actually add RP aspects to the server, as well as allowing people to enjoy it. Most of my events now are like that, and I make sure that people are actively partaking in them. I should be trusted as a SET because I have been in ET for a while now, and understand the rules and guidelines of being a ET. I love helping others, either with their events or with anything else, and would love to be able to train people into ET. (ETT'S) and show them the great place that is ET.

Have you mastered ULX?: Again, I am still working on mastering ULX, although I am making great progress and already know most commands. If I forget one, I am not afraid to either ask someone or look for it.

Are you experienced with planning Mega Events?: I am not experienced with planning Mega Events, but I am eager to learn, and plan Mega Events.

Give an example of a mega event: I'm going to be giving a definition of what a mega event is, as well as what an idea of a mega event would be.

For the definition, a Mega Event is an event that would involve/effect the entirety of the server, and would have an extreme impact on how the server functions (For example, where they can't do what they're supposed to be doing in RP because of this event). Due to the fact of just how much these types of events effect the server, they must be planned greatly before being done, and are prohibited from normal ET from doing it unless granted permission from a AETL+ OR a SMT.

I am going to go into great detail about a Mega Event that I could personally plan, as well as how it would go.

    -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    -------------------------------------------------------------

    -----------------------------------

SCP-2317 "Devourer of worlds" has finally woken up from his slumber and has entered our world! We need to find a way to subdue it, quickly!

Foundation as well as CI would work together in this event to save the world, and the following are the roles of each class.

RESEARCH/RND: Attempt to figure out a way to kill/subdue SCP-2317. They would have a tent in which all their supplies will be located, as well as a computer they can use to attempt to find ways to stop it. (Roll for efficiency of attempt to stop it).

MTF/CI SOLDIERS: Attempt to distract SCP-2317 while Research and RnD find a way to stop it. This means attacking it with your all. Certain weapons will have more efficiency on SCP-2317 then others will, and will need researching to find these weapons (Research/RnD research weapons).

SCP-2317: A ET member modeled as models/player/daedric.mdl . (Scaled up to fit/come close to the true scary size that is SCP-2317). Would attack the MTF & CI attempting to distract it, but would stay in one place/move not too far away from where it originally was (Especially away from the RnD and Research tent). Because of all the MTF & CI trying to kill it/distract it, it would have a tanky amount of HP (Most likely a couple thousand, as well as armor). They will have a slow walking/running speed due to it's great amount of HP.

Medical: Their jobs are to heal the wounded. They will receive their own medical tent as well, which injured MTF can go to to be healed and get their HP back.

Maintence: Assist in creating/transporting the computer up to the tents, as well as giving armor/shields to everyone that needs it.

ALL COMMANDERS OF THESE BRANCHES WILL COMMAND THEIR MEN, MAKING DECISIONS. FOR EXAMPLE, RESEARCH COMMAND WILL HELP MAKE ENLISTED DECIDE ON WHICH METHOD TO USE, WHILE MTF/CI COMMAND WILL GIVE ORDERS TO THEIR MEN TO CONTINUE ATTACKING THE CREATURE, AND TACTICS THEY CAN USE.

If Research and RnD finally find a way to save the world and terminate/subdue SCP-2317, it would collapse and be transported back to it's dimension, where it would be contained. (but for how long..?).

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    -----------------------------------------------------

    --------------------------

What do you consider to be the best event you have ever created: One of the best events that I have ever created (in my opinion) was when a group of "unknown" and "mysterious" agents snuck inside of the facility, slowly gathering "redacted" information on SCP's to give to our "higher ups". It was actually going perfectly, and we managed to fool many people into believe that we were actually foundation, even asking them for directions and having small talk with them, until a certain MTF spotted us across the catwalk to HCZ and reported our location, as well as asking for us to identify ourselves. Please note that for this event we weren't given Foundation comms, as we were invading, and weren't foundation. Eventually, they got impatient of asking for us on Site communication and ordered a AOS on us. We continued proceeding into LCZ when a guard confronted us and tried to cuff us. We had to run away, and so we were officially placed under great suspicion and had guards actively looking for us. We hid in the greenhouse, until a guard found us and called for backup. Now there were about 10 guards circling greenhouse and entering, and we had no choice but to try to run. Sadly we didn't make it, and died due to bullet wounds. This event was a ton of fun to do, and everyone enjoyed it as well. This honestly was one of the most fun events I have ever done, and will try to make my next ones as interesting, fun, and engaging as that one was.

What is your Total Amount of Events according to the "Events Hosted" column on the roster?: N/A (New roster implemented, doesn't show total events hosted).

How active can you be: I am usually very active, except when I took a LOA. I can be on the server interacting and RP'ing almost every day of the week, and if I had to rate my activity I would give it a 8/10.

How much time do you have on the server? (Press F1): 4 weeks.

How well do you know the SCP lore in general?: I know SCP lore very well, as it interests me and is something that I love learning about. On a scale of 1-10 I would give my knowledge of the SCP lore a 9/10.

Why do you WANT to become a Senior Event Team Member?: I want to become a SET because I would love to help people with things that they don't know about, such as rules and event guidelines. I love showing a good example to others, and the fact that I will be able to train new ET members excite me. I want to train people due to the fact I want to expand the amount of people inside ET, as some people don't truly understand how fun and fantastic it is, as well as the fact that once again, I just love showing and teaching people new things.

Why should you be trusted to be a Senior Event Team Member?: I should be trusted to be a SET because of many reasons, with some being the fact that I always make sure that I am following the ET guidelines at all times, as well as the general MOTD. I am a very friendly/kind person, and always try my hardest to help anyone that I can. This also carries to outside of ET. I have a very strong passion for ET, and I love it greatly.

Have you mastered ULX?: I have near mastered ULX, although there are some times when I forget a command. I will make sure this gets fixed and I fully understand each command.

Are you experienced with planning Mega Events?: I am not experienced with planning mega events, although I am excited to learn how to do so.

Give an example of a mega event: I'm going to be giving a definition of what a mega event is, as well as what an idea of a mega event would be.

An example of a mega event would be an event where a "earthquake" happens, and mysterious gigantic figures emerge from the ground. (Alot of creatures), these creatures would raid the facility, advancing closer and closer to LCZ, while showing no mercy to any human being (Killing them all, no matter what branch). Upon reaching LCZ, they attempt to gain control and kill any and all living humans that they see. There would be a figure bigger from the rest, and that person would be the leader. They would command the creatures where to go and what to do, as well as strategic strategies they could use to kill as many people as possible. This leader would have a bigger model, as well as higher hp, armor, and running speed.

What do you consider to be the best event you have ever created: One of the best events that I have ever created (in my opinion) was when a group of "unknown" and "mysterious" agents snuck inside of the facility, slowly gathering "redacted" information on SCP's to give to our "higher ups". What is your Total Amount of Events according to the "Events Hosted" column on the roster?: N/A (New roster implemented, so it appears as if events hosted are restarted. Although I did do a couple of events after the new roster was added, so not sure why it says 0).

How active can you be: I am usually on the server every day, and make sure to do my quotas. However, there are some times/circumstances where I might not be able to be on the server alot, but I will try my best for that not to happen and to let a higher up know before doing so. I would rate my activity a 8/10.

Time in Research (Estimate): I've been in the research department since 02/18/2022, and I have a playtime of 3 weeks.

Why do you believe you should be in Research Command?(100 word requirement):

There are alot of reasons as to why I should be in the research command team, with some being my past experience in research command, which means that I know my duties as to what I have to do, as to how to deal with researchers breaking the rules, with an example of this being a JR going into HCZ. Another reason I should be in Research Command is because I am very active, usually being in-game every day for at least 3-4 hours on the daily. During this time, I either am walking around LCZ, writing test logs, or being AFK. I am also very determined to continue being in this branch due to the love that I have for it, and didn’t give up even when I got demoted, instead trying to improve myself and act better. An example of myself trying to act better is asking certain people to give me updates on how I’m doing and how I can improve and better myself further.

What can you bring to the table that others can't? (100 word requirement):

As I mentioned before, my dedication to the research branch, as well as my past experience in Research Command is some key items that I bring to the table. The Research Branch is also the branch that I spend most of my time in-game playing, with Chaos Insurgency being second. I also sincerely love the branch, and so won’t ever give up on it no matter what gets thrown my way. I love helping others and teaching others how to do things, and so I will be staying for as long as I possibly can due to my love and determination for this branch.I should also mention the fact that I am now inside of ET, which means that I can make my own PT's!

What would you do to better Research and increase activity? (100 word requirement):

If I was promoted to the position of Junior Command, a way that I would increase the activity of the research department and better the branch itself would be learning. I would try a variety of things, and would use different styles and approaches to PT's. Using the information on which PT's got the most players flagging up, and wanting more, I would use that style more.  I would also make more "events" that would make players more interested in. I would probably do this by doing more fun approaches. I've seen PT's where the research department doesn't seem to get much action. I understand that lore-wise, that's what we are supposed to do. But it would definitely increase activity in the research branch if we had more interactive PT’s. An event I have in mind is starting by letting the players know that there has been a spy/SCP secretly hiding among the ranks of researcher. (Much like SCP-8286). I will privately message the person that I picked to become the SCP/spy, and will give them a sledgehammer/pistol. All other players will only have keys, except 1, which will have extra health from the others and get access to either fists or a less powerful melee weapon. The goal of the SCP will be to secretly kill all of the researchers, so that it can obtain files on specific SCP's and breach them. The goal of the researchers is to find out who the SCP secretly is and vote to terminate it. My idea of an PT that would be more on the fun side instead of lore, which I believe will get some activity up and raise spirit! This PT would be a mix between murder mystery, among us, and SCP lore. During my time in command, I got to talk to moonrose about my PT idea and got the all clear to go ahead, although I was never able to do it. If I am picked for the Research Command team, I will make sure to do the PT A.S.A.P. This is one of my many ideas, and if I get picked as Junior Command, I will be my best and always make sure to show a good leadership role and to show kindness to everyone. I will help anyone that needs helping, and will be active within the community. I hope that you agree with me, and that I get accepted as a new member of Jr. Command. Thank you for taking the time to read my application, and I hope I see you around sometime!

~NOTE: I have decided to write some questions about what I should do in certain situations to show that I understand the role of a Research-Command, and to prove that I am ready to become a Research Command member again, as well as that I understood what I have done wrong and how I should’ve improved.

    SCENARIO QUESTION #1.

A JR That has just been trained into the research branch is now in HCZ, and is attempting to breach SCP’s. How do you react?:

First, I would locate the JR in HCZ, and I would cuff them and bring them back to Research Bunks. The next action I do depends on if they were trying to breach SCP’s in HCZ, or if they just happened to wander inside. If they were just walking in HCZ without attempting to breach any SCP’s, I would verbally warn them, and would explain to them that they aren’t allowed in Heavy Containment Zone. I would make sure they understand this, and would then resume whatever I was doing before I was alerted to their actions.

If they were attempting to breach SCP’s in HCZ, I would cuff them and bring them back to research bunks, but this time I would “formally” warn them (Log it) and would explain to them that their actions are in no circumstance allowed, and shouldn’t have been done. Because JR’s are on a one strike policy, said JR would have their WL taken away, and would have to be re-trained or have a DNT placed on them for an appropriate amount of time for their actions.

    SCENARIO QUESTION #2

A researcher is demanding to get a promotion, stating that they feel they aren’t being recognized for their work and are being treated unfairly, what do you do?:

If the person is calm, and is just letting me know that they feel as if they aren’t being noticed, I would talk to them about how they usually have to get noticed by a command member for their work to get a promotion, but I would go over and check their activity, as well as their test logs to see if they should have actually been promoted. If yes, I would give them their earned promotion, but would give them a heads up for next time that they should instead wait for a command member to notice them. (Of course if they were saying they didn’t feel noticed and it had only been a day or two after their activity, I would tell them that next time they should’ve tried to get a command member to notice them, but if it has been for a while, then that would be fine).

    SCENARIO QUESTION #3

A researcher is threatening to send gore to people. How do you react?:

If a researcher is threatening to send gore in a general chat such as #main or #pictures, I would immediately report said researcher to SCMD. I would make sure to take proof of them saying the threat, whether it be a picture or a video, so that the researcher could actually be proven to have done said action, and be punished accordingly.

If the researcher is threatening to send gore to a specific person, I would make sure to get proof, much like the other answer. (Whether that be a picture or video) but instead of sending it to a SCMD, I would try to send it to a HCMD member. Of course, if HCMD is unavailable to deal with it I could send it to SCMD so that they could deal with the situation and give the appropriate punishment to said person.

    SCENARIO QUESTION #4

A Enlisted researcher is cursing out a command member. What do you do?:

This question honestly just depends on if the command member is there or not. For this section of the answer, I will pretend as if the command member isn't there. I would take proof of this happening (Picture if it's a chat message, video if mic) and send it to the command member that they're cursing out. Obviously, if the member is SCMD or HCMD, I would prefer to give the situation to LCMD first as they deal with enlisted, but would let them know if they wanted.

For this second section I will be pretending that the command member that they're cursing out is there/is afk. If they're there (on the server) but not in the general area to where it's going on, I would inform the command member and let them know where they are. Once more, if they're afk, I would report them and send the proof to them on discord/teamspeak.

    SCENARIO QUESTION #5

You see researchers making fun of another researcher, what do you do?

For this answer, I will be asumming that said researcher is making fun of another researcher due to the fact they have a higher rank then them. My course of action depends on two things, 1. Is the other researcher playing along as well, and obviously is okay with it/knows it's a joke? or 2. is the researcher annoyed/mad/sad at what the other researcher is doing? If it's #2, I would tell the researcher to knock it off, as well as that he will be getting a verbal warning for doing it the first time. If they do it another time or multiple more times, It would result in a legitimate strike from the research branch.

Final Notes: I want to thank whoever reading this for deciding to read it fully, and I hope that you like my application and agree that I should be in command! I hope that I get to have a second chance in the research command team to show that I can be trusted, and that I learned from the last time that I was in research command. I hope that I've shown from my recent behavior and actions that I'm ready to be accepted into the research command team. Once more, thank you for reading my application, and I hope you have a fantastic day!

Final Notes: I want to thank whoever reading this for deciding to read it fully, and I hope that you like my application and agree that I should be in command! I hope that I get to have a second chance in the research command team to show that I can be trusted, and that I learned from the last time that I was in research command. Once more, thank you for reading my application, and I hope you have a fantastic day! 🙂
