I have a solid grasp of Gensecs SOP, and how to react to any given threat, or combination of threats, either by myself (during off hours) or with the Enlisted and NCO's at my disposal. I know how to be professional when needed, but at the same time I do so without screaming orders. I have a decent understanding of tactics and strategy, constantly formulating plans to counter CI and SCP's that have breeched with the Gensec currently on at the time.
