    2. Current and former RP ranks: Currently I am a maintenance Operations Supervisor formerly known as Operations Manager,  I was also the old OS for maintenance which now called engineer. I am also a Delta-5 Lance Corporal, I was formerly a senior command member for Nu7 with the rank of Captain. I was also an enlisted member of E-11 for a short period of time.

    5. Why do you want to be an Officer?: Alpha 1 has been of great interest of me when I first learned about it. I always looked up to the people in there back in site 50. I also learned that A1 was an actual branch back in the day and I have talked to former members of it and wished it was something I could have experienced. I had a taste of it when I was accepted into the program under O5-5, and had an amazing experience working with the O5's and SA and other members.

    6. What makes you competent enough to be an Officer?: I believe my experience on the server as a Sr command member for MTF and multiple SF experiences and maintenance command member. As I stated previously I was a Captain in Nu7, I have experience going from RCT all the way to command, I never skipped any ranks nor did I apply for command during my time in Nu7, I put in the time and effort to earn those ranks and I very proud of that. I know how to lead and discipline fairly. I was also a member of Nu7's own SF HTF, I was number 2 in strike team Charlie. I know how handle all the SCPs on the server and how to identify any GOI. I was also a RRH Guardian twice the first being under O5-5 back on site 50 and then under O5-1 on site 13. I very good experience working with other SF as well during my time as HTF and a Guardian respectively. I have good communication skills, always doing my best to call out anything in site that is hostile or in need attention. I believe my experience being in command for two different branches gives me a good insight on how to work with other branches. I also do not get angry very often and I know how to maintain my bearing in stressful situations, I don't minge on the server as well. 

    7. How will you maintain strong relationships and communication with other branches?:

    Having pertinence and good communication is key to maintaining a strong relationship. I have been in every MTF branch on the server and I understand their priority's and responsibility's. Having no communication and no coordination is a big problem. Nobody will know what is going on and what they should be doing. Being able to put aside differences is also key. Everyone will have disagreements the important thing is to not let it interfere with the situation at hand.  Being able to maintain and work well with other branches is key to success.

    Don't get me wrong, I am an avid supporter of vehicles on the server, but I would like to see a major surface redesign that would effectively incorporate it before something like this gets implemented. I also just generally dislike the vehicle itself, I would personally prefer a Humvee. There's a lot of opportunity that comes with adding vehicles, imagine ambushes where CI ambushes an MTF convoy with RPG's and a firefight ensues, that shit would be RAD as fuck.

    With the proper guidelines I do not see why it should be treated differently then any other branch. Just make sure custom models are not allowed and with that factored in you would be just fine.

    But fr im gonna miss you, I had a hell of great time with you in Nu7 and it was amazing to see you get so far into E11 as well. I wish all the best for you in the future and find success in whatever comes next!

    What are you suggesting? -  That Maynard is to be no longer used as a minge class, I would say it's pretty well known that Maynard 9/10 times is used for mingeing and not the actual purpose. There have been multiple instances of a person playing on Maynard, cuffing maintenance or medical and leaving them tied up somewhere almost no one goes, then theres the random killing of non combatants. I fail to see how this would benefit CI even remotely. 

    How would this change better the server? -  It would make playing as a non combatant way more enjoyable, as you wouldn't have to worry about being randomly cuffed and hid somewhere for 20 minute's because you can't do anything.

    Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - I don't see any

    Who would this change mostly benefit? - Foundation personal

    These screenshots were taken early this morning where there was alot of maintenance activity, and this person intentionally hoped on maynard to abuse it. There was no CI on at the time so how would kidnapping and randomly leaving people benefit them? The second clip is also from this morning.

    Why do you want to join Delta-5? I've good experiences with D5 in the past and I'd like to join up and be apart of that.

    Why should we let you into Delta-5? (50+ words) I have alot of MTF and command experience, I understand how the server works and the rules. I was a Captain in Nu7 as well as having been in their SF, I am currently Maintenance command, I am also in RRH. I'd also like to think I'm somewhat known through the server as (hopefully) friendly and outgoing, I do my best to follow the rules, I don't minge, do my best to keep a calm demeanor. Overall I believe I am good candidate for these reasons.

    I have to agree with Ayaya on this one.

    A lot of these changes not only are extremely CI sided but are either not thought out ideas or just plain unnecessary.

    Just to be fair Ill give my thoughts on each point as unbiased as I can.

    1. Replacing the killhouse elevator with a teleporter seems fine, unnecessary for a solidary update but fine to include in a larger map update.

    2. Editing the entrances would be difficult. Gate B is incredibly easy for CI, perhaps too easy. The site itself might be a bit too hard for CI but Gate B is a free entrance into EZ. For the issue of MTF metagaming CI, I find it hard to believe. The only place that MTF spawn is near Gate B is the Site Admin Offices of which 90% of MTF can not access. If MTF is in EZ and not in their spawn it is not metagame to go check the Gate B entrance if they hear it open, that is perfectly within RP.

    As for Gate A, 6 locked doors and 2 elevators is a lot, perhaps a bit excessive. I would understand removing the lock from 2 of the doors and removing one of the fenced entrance to make it 3 locked doors and 2 elevators.

    3. Removing MTF spawn from EZ is not something that can be done. It already makes no sense for a MOBLIE task group to be on site at all but for server purposes it would not work. MTF need access to surface and HCZ pretty easily, them being in EZ only makes sense. If the issue is the metagame, report them to their command/staff WITH PROOF but we could also move their spawn slightly further and Gate B slightly the other way in order to make it more difficult for Metagame.

    4. Removing the part of the forest is unnecessary. The point of the forest is for cover and camouflage to people harvesting wood. Reducing the surface assets for server performance is something that could be done and I think that would be a decent use of SMT resources.

    TLDR: Some of these changes could be done, not all are necessary and some are not possible to implement.
