Why do you believe you should be in Research Command?
I am a person who likes to be dedicated and proactive in helping / training new research members and seeing them grow in this department and help them on that journey and I believe that being on research command I could do this task in a better way. I'm good at dealing with people and resolving conflicts and communicating clearly and respectfully regardless of the situation, and I enjoy doing this because I want to help everyone have the best experience in our beloved research branch, and on our amazing server. but most of all I want to show my dedication to our research branch by doing everything in my reach to help cause personally Research is a 2nd Family for many as it is for me.
What can you bring to the table that others can't?
I'll be very honest with my answer in this part, I don't like to compare myself with others, so I'll say what I can personally present to the department. if I am accepted for the research command I will mainly be available to help in the morning, more specifically from 6:30 am EST to 1:30 pm EST which is a time that I see that the command is not online many times (after all we have our real lifes to) and because I am from a different time zone these times would be great for me to help the department. I mentioned this fact because at these times I see many ARs/JRs who abuse the fact of not having an online command at these times, breaking rules and disturbing other departments. And I also want to bring new ideas to improve the experience of all of us in the research department and also to attract more people to our department that we like so much.
What would you do to better Research and increase activity?
In this part of bringing new ideas on how to increase activity I have a few that I would like to mention, the first is to awards be given more often in mass tests, for the best ideas presented, because often when someone is promoted they just come back to being active when they can be promoted again, And giving some sort of reward doesn't need to be high, can make many players be more active. The second idea is to implement and encourage group testing in both normal testing and mass testing because as the saying goes two heads think better than one, and it's fun to think about testing with someone and exploring the junction of creativity from several people and in this case I would recommend slightly larger prizes given to groups with the best ideas and documents at the end of the week. And lastly I propose the idea of doing mass tests focused on fun and socializing involved they would basically be (JOKE TESTS) they would be performed under the rules of course, an example of this is a log that I read in discord where Researcher Crab marries SCP-049 with a D-class named Phil these tests would have the purpose of taking ideas like these and putting them into practice, I believe that particularly such tests (joke tests) would boost morale and activity a lot.
