[GL] Dark: demoted me in game from judge for "corruption" for "filing a restraining order which violates MOTD". I brought up how this does not violate MOTD, and that restraining orders are IRL actions judges can issue, and that the restraining order was to protect a family from alleged harassments from one family to the other. [GL] Dark Just ignored the facts and sided with robertomanjini who was visibly stroppy about this. robertomanjini was also apart of the POL family (who I ordered the restraining order against) at the time of demotion, and while I was being spoke to by [GL] Dark. robertomanjini: False report to a admin about me "making a plea deal with the Bappo family and PD". A restraining order is not a plea deal... a restraining order is a protection ordered by the courts upon request of an individual, business, or group. This false report caused me to get demoted from judge and interrupted a current flow of RP (was still in the middle of talking with the Bappo family in regards to the restraining order). Gross conflict of interest. Tried utilizing his higher privileges with [GL] Dark by stating what I can and cannot do (which did not fall in line with state laws or MOTD laws or Federal laws) all because he was apart of the family who's restraining order was filed with. Also attempt to get my whitelist removed based on false reporting. His defamation of character caused my RP to be interrupted and I was not able to fully continue with my legal RP (issuance of the restraining order). I don't think punishment would be necessary, however maybe if MODS/ADMINS were on the same page about respect to MOTD. MOTD is there to guide players, new players like me who have only been on this server for not even a week. If someone is accused of violating MOTD, the person making the report should show evidence. This evidence should be reviewed before the MOD/ADMIN pulls the accused out of RP. The accused should only be pulled out of RP if they indeed did violate MOTD. This is just to allow smooth flow of gameplay. My recent few hours of gaming were bombarded by these three mods/admins accusing me of violations which do not exist. I just want to finish off with these are facts. I am not looking for loopholes in MOTD. I am just trying to RP as realistically as possible. These accusations against me did cause some damages to me RPing, and some of those damages is ruining my rep amongst peers. I'm overlooking them because its in the past and I've repaired those damages, however the fallacy has been exposed in its naked absurdity. +support Yes much needed and to caveat off this we need to form some (either official or unofficial) Legal discord server with forms such as "appeal forms" or "motion forms" and "evidence forms" and "statement forms" we can fill out. Also The courthouse being located right next to DOC is kind of messy. Can we make the court house a neutral ground? Constantly people barge in with guns and shoot up the court room during court. Or a prison break will happen and everyone leaves the court room to attend to it. Lastly. When it comes to Jurisprudence in this server. If it is not in MOTD then it should not be a problem. For instance if something is not in MOTD, however is a law IRL in North Carolina, this should apply without admin intervention. If someone has a problem with this, they should make a request to edit MOTD. But admins should not simply "void" a court case because they d themselves disagree with this. Nor should they automatically demote a judge for being corrupt even though the judge (according to MOTD) was not being corrupt and was just carrying out law as the judge best sees fit with appropriate respect to the laws of NC.

The SS is barley on. To counteract this the President/Mayor/Governor would normally have full control over the NCPD, FBI, and all government agencies. I was told because of minges they restricted the Presidents power to just SS. SS has a limit (33 Personnel) who can be on to protect the president at once. When the SS is not active, and the president has a skeleton crew. The president should be able to appoint a secretary of defense, form a CIA, and have the SECDEF recruit civilians off the street to join armed forces (rather you want to call it reservist, national guards or active duty). These people will have a one time use which means if they get killed they cannot be hired again in the server for 24 hours as DOD or Presidential appointed entities (regardless of how they die). These people can only be recruited from Civilian. people argued this breaks RDA however it does not. IRL the federal government has a well regulated militia and so does state governments (national guard). Its apart of the constitution. Right now in the RP the Presidents job is a joke. People complain about someone minging as president but just as the president was voted in he can quickly be voted out. Restore proper powers to the President in the server or just completely remove the role as it is useless. I mean the president cant even say no to warrants without People RPing as Police (who are mods) throwing a fit and breaking character just to use their mod powers on you.

yes i support this. Trying to get gas at shell or the other place takes way to long with minges. They either remove the gas pump from the car or do some minge shit like steal the car or shoot at you while getting gas. It just takes way to long.

What you want to see? - Allowing the President to either form a DOD (with civilians one time use if they die they die cant come back) or make it a legit job, or have Federal Police. What are the advantages of having this? - The secret service is not enough. The president cant order around the PD or FBI. If no to the DOD the president should have at a minimum Federal Police. Why should we add it? - The SS is always a skeleton crew. With more reasonable protection on the President can do more than just raise taxes until he gets killed. Name of the event: Project X Event rules: The killer can only kill event players(gov/crim) that are participating. Any weapon may be used. the killer has to be stealthy and take targets down without being spotted. Detail of the event (Please go into detail!): House party gon WILD. Start off with me throwing a house party with a live DJ etc. Few minutes later drug dealers show up, and other criminals. The police come and try to shut it down the first time but fail. The party gets taken to the streets where everyone is just high/drunk out partying doing weird shit etc. Cops and swatt get called in with riot gear to try and disperse everyone. There will be no mass RDM. There will be no killings or shootings with actual guns at people. Only shooting guns in the air (Criminals) and cops shooting rubber bullets or tear gas into crowds. No killing is allowed obviously unless its accidental (i.e someone overdoses on drugs, someone drowns in a pool, someone falls from a high place while partying etc.). Normal RP rules still apply (no running from cops once they arresting you). Its just one big Server party that the government gets involved with to end. No martial law imposed but curfew can be if needed as a justifiable reason due to the mass partying. During this event, criminals can do petty crimes such as rob small stores, mug people, and steal cars etc. Not saying its legal, just saying they can use the party as a distraction so they can carry out their jobs. No mass RDM. Cops can only arrest and charge. Cops can shoot rubber bullets and tear gas and use riot control measures. Same with any other Law Enforcement Agency. They also have the authority to randomly abduct people (they think are high profile) and interrogate them to try and have them help end the party. Lethal force is only authorized with minges, or people who shoot real bullets at a cop. If someone shoots at a cop and kills them its considered Fail RP (during this event) and repeated offense should result in ban. At anytime if one player kills another player this is also considered fail rp and repeated offense can result in ban for RDM. The only exception is gang violence (blood and crip) but they may only shoot at each other and not at other people regardless. If gets accepted I can type up a detailed google docs of what exactly will be the set, and even streched this out to be a week long with "prepp" for the event (hiring DJs, making sure Drug Dealers and the criminal underworld know about this party and have enough time to bring supplies, giving the PD time to prep and train for a response, etc.) Whos the event for (Government, Criminals, or both!): Both!!!
