Metagame warn appeal Warning Appeal - Biggie Cheese Your In-game Name: Biggie Cheese Your SteamID: STEAM_0:1:616260174 The admin's name in-game: ICR What warning did you receive: Metagame When did you receive this warning: 10/30/2021 Please give a description of the situation that led to the warning: i was running to D Block but i heard voices in 049 CC, i walk in and theres a researcher and a D Class but when i walk away i hear someone's voice that i didnt see, so i walk in again and see no one else so i got confused because that means that they were invis and an infil but they had BIO in their name, (that part was prob meta ngl but i was generally confused) so in my confusion i ask if theres a Bio in case the researcher was in a cross test of something but it was a staff with Bio in their name Invis so i was confused but i understand how it could have been a warn, (im very slow) Why do you think this warn was false: for the reason above

I think I should be command because of the time I put into this branch and I would like to dedicate even more time than I already am to it, I have have a good reputation and I train a lot of people and I try to train them efficiently and effectively, I usually try to help my trainees as much as I can such as giving them tours and going into detail about the SOP, I would also like to help the community and branch even more and making Maintenance on of the more active branches on the server I have never been command before but I think I have already shown myself to be capable enough for the role of OS, I like to think I have a good grasp of the SOP and I would like to enforce them and make Maintenance even better. By demoting them since they are refusing to listen and put them on a DNT for a period of time 8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? if no one is training and they are not killing anyone who doesn't want to join the RDMing then I would let them, if however someone is training or they are killing AFK people or people waiting their NLR then i will tell them to stop and if they don't then I would give them 1 more warning and if they continue I will give them a verbal and if they keep doing it I will start dishing out strikes. 8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? To tell them what they are doing and to tell them not to do it again, if they do it again i would demote them from Maintenance for a period of time and put them on a DNT.
