    I'd like to preface by saying that I like Parish a great deal. He's a very fun person to work with, easily approachable and very kind. 

    Personally, I do not believe he is ready for this position though. He has a lot of promise and potential and while I do think he is a great officer, I think he's not quite there yet for Vice and would benefit greatly in spending more time as an Officer.

    I think Elias could make a great Admiral Motti. The only downside is him coming out of reserves recently, but then again he has been active since he came out of reserves, and god knows Naval could use more Command atm.

    I could write a essay detailing why you'd be a good candidate but I'll just get straight to the point instead.

    2. you complete any and all tasks assigned to you with a great deal of efficiency.

    3.you're a teamplayer and work well with others.

    4. You have an adaptable mindset that would suit incredibly well in navy high command.

    For everyone to know, you don't have to be Active in game. But you do have to be active within the Battalion (Discord and TS). Nebel Knows how to command troopers into being something greater, Nebel has been AHC before so this would most definitely be nothing different.

    Your previous 20 warn ban appears to be false as not all 20 warns were on ImperialRP, however, it also stated you attempted to MARDM, so thats up for debate as MRDM itself is a 5 day ban.

    As of now i will be -supporting this for the following reason:
    -Reaching the 20 warn threshold for ImperialRP.
    -You were recently banned from the ImperialRP Discord.
    - your previous warns and actions within the last couple months show that currently, you have no intent to improve your behavior within the community. and hopefully this break will help you cool off and help you better understand what you are and are not allowed to do.

    You're a great guy Sharky, and I don't think you would be bad in this position whatsoever. I just personally believe you could use some more time before joining low command. Regardless, best of luck my man!

    I agree with Ben Jacobs, as I was one of the Victims up on Bridge during that time frame so It's gonna be a  
    -/+Support  as I don't see the Full reason for the 1 Month ban maybe like 2-3 weeks at most, but it isn't my place to decide what happens to him.
