7. Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member (100+ words)? I want to be apart of low command in Maintenance because I want to take some leadership apart of Maintenance Enlisted and Senior Enlisted's and help train more trainee's that want to be apart of Maintenance and help them get into the community and I would like to train more people who would like to get into sub branches like CS, HLPR Bot, MMF, and more people who would like to get into the FTO Program and I would like to help suggest new ideas to the Maintenance Branch that might get accepted the first time I was in this Branch I never knew that you should tryout for Command but now the idea is great to me because I want to be apart of command and more into this community.
8-1. A Utility Trainee has escaped the training room and is refusing to return, how would you handle this? If I was on the Utility Training job if they didn't return I would call a sit then tell the staff to return them back to the training room but if they escape again I would get on Discord then put a 1 week DNT because the trainee is a General Minge but if the trainee on a DNT flags back on I would /demote the trainee but if they flag on again I would have to extend the DNT.
8-3. A Junior Maintenance is breaking multiple SOP rules such as improperly using tools and disregarding DEFCON rules, what are your next steps? I would tell them all the rules they broke and tell them how not to break them again then I would tell them I would give them a verbal warning so to not do it again but if they do it again I would have to give them a Formal Warning because they didn't listen about the verbal warning.

10. Why do you think you deserve access to the Security Juggernaut Job? (125+ WORDS): I want access to this job because somewhere in the afternoons there is some probably a couple of mobsters or a couple of cc's but now since they changed stuff now d class have a chance of escaping d-block and going to the surface cause the Golf Clubs and some Permanent knives didn't get changed during the new update and I will be able to kill more D-Class during hands up or partial is active, also With the tranq I would be able to tranq 682 and 939 and 939-02 but most of Security's whitelists don't have tranqs so if there was a situation if 682 or 939 where tranqable if I didn't have the Juggernaut whitelist I wouldn't be able to help tranq 682 or 939
11. Which weapon in the Juggernaut load-out would you use to hit a D-Class in the middle of a crowd and how would you ensure to hit your mark?: I would use the CZ - 75 and I would wait till no D-Class will be walking and roaming around the target then when most of the D-Class are not as close to the target plus the pistol won't damage a lot people near the target. -

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? ( 150 words minimum ) I think I deserve the placement of ( Trail Moderator ) because I have been here for how many months um for 4 months but soon it will be 5 I have spent every day playing this server until each day I had to go to sleep plus I have met many different people plus command I have been in every Branch for a while expect e11 and Research the most time in a branch was Utility but yea. This rank is important to me because I want to be more in the community but as a funny admin, in this server I spent 821.7 hours in Gmod because of the server and the people of this server. I have accidently killed some people that are you know funny I accidently killed Hoovy ( sorry ) in a elevator ( by the door plus it was my first time then he nuked e11 spawn) But thank you for looking at my application! ( 158 words? )
Scenario questions:
Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? If someone was Mass RDMing while the sit was in process I would tell whoever was cursing at me to calm down but if that person keeps cursing at me while I'd try to solve the situation I would tell a higher up only if they are on and ( not busy with anything ) the problem then I would ask them to put a 5 day ban because of Mass RDM and a formal warning plus the Disrespect of an admin.
Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? The first thing I would do is let each person in the staff sit to tell their part of the story but if someone interrupts someone's part of the problem I would gag each of them expect the one speaking until their turn to say whatever happened was finished. 7. Why do you believe you should become a Maintenance Command member (100+ words)? I have is that I have 3 warns but those warns were there like when I was level 10 or lower. I have been here like since like June or July and since more time passed by more people left which was sad Stonks, Loaf, ., Jenkins, and a couple more I spent like who knows a couple of months as a MP then I left and returned sometime ago. Plus my main branch is Maintenance but the other main for another person that kills me a lot that is ShinSpin he is a d class main yea which I'm scared of him when he gets on Pro D class which he kills me in a couple of hits and also I've met a lot of people which some of them left which is sad RIP STONKS. This Command spot means a lot to me I have been in maintenance for so long I didn't know how to sign up for command.

If they are that mingey I might want to handle this but I have 3 ways First probably I might want to RDM or what other people say kill them but make sure the Training Room door is closed or the other way is to put them on a DNT and the last way is you call a sit and let an admin cuff them and return you back to the Training Room.
8-2. Some enlisted members have begun RDMing each other in bunks as a way to pass time, what would you do in this situation? I would probably ask them to stop but if they don't stop RDMing each other I would contact High Command but only if they are on and not busy because I don't want to disturb them.

9. Why do you believe you are fit for Mobile Mop Force (75+ words)? I think I'm fit for MMF stands for Mobile Minge Force ( not my idea but I heard pills said that.) I think I'm fit for Mobile Mop Force by I have spent time in maintenance I spent like um 2 or 1 months in Maintenance till I resigned but I was a MP before I resigned and plus I noticed that a lot of MMF walk around lcz and play music like ShinSpin and Bulborb and Stonks ( When he was an helper bot sad moments when we left) plus my main is maintenance but ShinSpin's main is a dclass but that scares me because he always wants to kill me and I always die but soon I will have a chance when he is a pro dclass. I have been active lately like when I wake up then I get back from school I will be still active but a I only get on when I have enough time which I have time.
10. What is the main purpose of MMF? MMF is still cleaning and helping fixing cc's but now you will now be a combinative and now you can shoot every d class and cc that's not in a branch and you may as well get permission to enter d block if they actually need help but that you will ask a command to apply your request.

I have been active lately plus I was a Maintenance Professional the last time before I resigned like 1 or 2 months ago. Plus my main is an maintenance like ShinSpin but not like him because his main is an d class. And the good thing about the warnings I have is that I have 3 warns but those warns were there like when I was level 10 or lower.

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) I believe I should get this rank because in all of my time spent in this server I have made some friends some enemies(probably) but I helped a lot of people(a lot with maintenance ) and other branches but in all of the time I spent in this server I have collected all of the sop's for every branch(does RRH have a sop idk if not I need 1 to collect) but most of my time I try to do something new like resign from a old branch but find a new branch but with more new things I have to explore. By now the server will soon have new rules and new roles etc. But all of my time here has been great. This server is one of the best and one of the only servers that I get on and play. Thank you for reading this.

If they do not stop cursing at me I simply cuff and gag them then I would give them a formal warning because of Mass RDMing then if I ungaged them and they would still be cursing at me I would tell higher staff rank who could make this punishment I would give them a 5 minute jail time or 500 seconds either or. Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? If they don't care about their punishments just if them a worse punishment than before they were not caring.
