oh i read the whole post still doesn't change the fact that a name change will not bring more members into a gang that the leadership hasn't done anything to help it.

Look imma be honest as you say ballas being inactive isn't because the name is ballas its all in yalls leadership. Yakuzas hasn't been in gta seen like gta3 and liberty city and such no reason to bring them in gta 5 rp when they have no reason to be. if yall wanna prosper the command team needs to do shit within the gang a name change will not do anything when the leadership isn't doing anything. I haven't seen the ballas actively try to recruit members since like January 20th. In my all honest ballas command needs to get together and actively try to recruit and put in advertisements to get more members

I will be putting my 48hrs in. I just don't have the time or the drive to continue to play gmod as I don't get enjoyment out of it like i used to see yall later and have fun

It is with great sadness that I will be putting my 48hrs in. I just don't have the time anymore or drive with gmod. I will miss USMS very much as it was the main department that i helped bring new and good things to, but I just don't have the ability to keep pushing greatness. Thanks to all the great members that i have had the chance to grow and play with but this will be the last of USMS DMAR Clarkie

As much as I did enjoy EMS and progressing with the ranks I am not as active as I used to be on the server. Work has been bogged down right now and I'm focused on other stuff at the time. I don't want to be holding a low command spot anymore when I can't get the time to play on EMS like I want to. Best of luck to all current EMS members keep it up and make it great

Even lately there has been more gov on then there has been crim limiting the family size would not do anything but make it a police run dicatatorship and would not make it fun at all

Why do you wanna join the LSPD [50 Words Minimum]: I want to join LSPD as I want to help patrol the streets and rid the streets of criminals and make the city safe. I want to be able to learn and teach newer players. I also want to be able to improve the RP experience on the government side of things. As well as it gives more things to do on the server to help everyone in total have more RP experience on the server.
What can you bring to the LSPD [50 Words Minimum]: I can bring good communication to the LSPD. As well as leadership and experience to the department. I am a friendly person as well as good at listening and understanding. I can bring good mentorship to the newer members of the department if accepted and help them learn the ropes of the server and department. I am also active so i can bring good activity to the department as well.
Do you have any prior law enforcement experience. I'm currently a BCSO on fivem is the only police experience I have on fivem but I have other experience on GMOD PRP as DMAR of USMS -
Ive tried to join LSPD multiple times and been told all FTOS been to busy have anyone accounted this or is this just me.

I think this would be a great improvment and adds more rp to DOC and inmate rp -

I mean I have not seen any dumb fights or toxicity from this. Telling someone there being clipped or reported to me would be a dumb rule change as if it brings a fight that kind of means a few things. Either you broke the rule, or you didn't know you broke the rule. If someone says there clipping and reporting, you all you should say is do it. If you are fighting or arguing with someone saying that they are clipping and reporting your kind of are also the problem in the situation. -
