    I don't want this appeal post to become muddled with back to forth, so before anything blows up, if you wish to argue, please resolve it in DMs. 

    My last comment on this is the warn was *not* for trying to slip past NLR, but because Fring had hopped onto a D-Class job and got engaged in combat with an opposing branch while the same CI raid that he was involved in the previous life was still going on.

    If more context, clarification, or whatever else is needed, please feel free to DM me and I will do my best to fill in on what I could tell at the time when I took the sit. Besides that, try to keep this to + or - Support, along with own thoughts and whatever else you wish to post, but please don't post something if you know it's going to incite argument in this thread. Keep it to DMs!

    One final note, do NOT harass anyone who was in this report in DMs, if I catch wind of even the smallest harassment going on through DMs or other means, I'ma whoop somebody's ass. Thank you!

    Reason for ban was racism and it is a temp ban. - Racism isn't something that is accidental it is a conscious effort. Use the remaining days to think about how it can affect people

    How are we supposed to know that the SCP is still flagged on. The job changing above their head is fine, but if we can’t tell if they’re flagged on, that’s going to be an issue. Also, how is staff going to be able to distinguish between them?

    Better training for staff members.

    Clips make it easier to prove exactly what happened with a situation. If an OFC RDMs a D-class while screaming “I hate you” or accidentally crossfires him, combat logs are going to show the same thing. Witnesses aren’t supposed to be used, so clips are what we need.

    - Loaf also has a fair point, Sarcic can just hide in the Cafeteria, and MTF or GenSec can't do anything about it unless they got HCMD to organize a raid on the Cafeteria which is highly unlikely.

    Every time he gets on Gam3 ruins someone's experience. I myself handed out that 97x RDM warn because he thought it'd be funny to activate the nuke. He then made the choice to join the Nu7 TS to attempt to further taunt us. Gam3 is unfit for the community and, in my opinion, should be blacklisted.

    Unfortunately, this screenshot doesn't really show us anything. They're just existing in the same place. The medic even has his physgun out, not a med kit.

    That's not a rule. Arguing in ban appeals is a rule but he is simply disputing what others are saying which is the point of it. once it turns hostile is the point of when it's against the rules or its non stop replying.
