     Reason for Staff Restriction:I Had received 2 warns on police rp/missconduct on police rp

    Why do you think that your Staff Restriction should be removed? (longer the better): Because the 1st warn wasn't really valid not that I can prove and the 2nd warn was appealed and approved. I also think the punishment's was very overzealous as it was some minor gang vs gang valences and we took it a bit too far in the end.I woulda accepted an 3 week DNP or something along the lines but I feel as a full removal is just too much.I was dedicated to staff never broke an rule on the SCP server and followed the rules.I talked to alot of other staff members in SCP RP about the situation and they also responded in the same way I did. Also me and alot of members have made up for the shit we were doing and are pretty chill now.These are the reasons I feel the removal/restriction was overzealous

    Whether or not it was 1 yr ago or not with your previous warns you're staff on SCPRP and you would think that of all people you would respect and understand the rules more than the guy who isn't staff or may be newer to the server.     So I would like to join Nu7 because I use to be an Nu7 CPL and an E11 SGT and a D5 CPL I found out of all those branches I liked Nu7 the most. I would like to join Nu7 to help out MTF and assist the branch as much as I can. I would also like to join Nu7 because I believe its one of the best branches out of the MTF and these are the reasons I would like to join.

    Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? I believe I deserve the rank of trial moderator because I have pass experiences and am an overall easy going person. I have been in this community for about an year now and would like to start contributing to it  believe I can help out a lot more as staff and I have had experience with ULX and staff sits. I also believe I deserve this rank as I have not gotten any warns in a very long time and I always try to stick by the rules even if something is unfair or unjust. I believe I deserve this rank as I can have the utmost respect, discipline, and experience as this role. I also understand breaking of any rules can lead to punishments as staff and I accept this. I am also fairly active sometimes I need an LOA but most the time I'm on the server a lot.

     

    Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would mute them than calmly explain to them the situation I would than un gag him and see if he has anything to say or defend himself after calming him down. I would than if he's not calm down proceed with a ban.

    Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation?I would separate the 5 people maybe get another staff to watch them and than talk to them independently and see what they all have to say and see their recordings and what not after that I will bring them all back to 1 group and tell them the verdict and the reason.

    I get from your standpoint that G9 can be powerful especially at very close range. 

     but remember we are on surface and there are multiple CI classes that are built for this by being equipped with medium / long range rifles where as the gladiators are only powerful at close range. So if you play your cards right gladiators shouldn't be an issue. 

    And I do see this bringing disadvantages to both sides. Only allowing half the G9 slots and Bio-engineer slots. This just doesn't really add up and seems like it was whipped up in five minutes.

    Again both of the subjects I listed are all CQC ares like mech raid and E5

    Post name: “General Suggestion - An rule to only have a certain amount of G9s to mech raids and Echo 5 raids.

    What are you suggesting? - I am suggestion only 2 gladiators are allowed to goto Echo 5 raids and mech raids.

    How would this change better the server? - This would make it more balanced as having 3 or 4 glads at a mech raid or E5 raid is insta hell for CI and almost impossible to win.I also believe its stupid to have 4 people or 3 people with big ass LMGs with shields and than have an rule that only 3 bios can be there to heal.

    Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - N/A

    Who would this change mostly benefit? - It would mostly benefit CI but itd bring us more fun and actual chance to win against G9s without losing like half of our fighting force.
