1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) :
MC EM RSO CPT Neo 2885
2. What Regiment are you applying for?
Medical Vice Commander
3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?
I believe that I'm good fit for the position for a couple of reasons and why I personally want to be a vice commander. I'm focused and diligent, and I believe the idea of a medic is to help others, in this case other troopers, I never hesitate to anyone else, from new server players to people from other battalions and my own. As an officer, I was able to better assist people, and better I did a good job as one. With the rank of vice commander, there are many responsibilities to uphold, and I believe I will give in the effort and care to make my battalion better as a whole, plans to improve activity, makes documents easier to understand for members to do tryouts or uphold rules, and most crucially more things to do during regular hours then just standing around, we need more things to do so we can be productive for all levels of the battalion. I want to tackle a problem which is plaguing medical battalion, and that is inactive NCOs, officers are more active then the majority of NCOs, I think a solution to this problem is carefully select which enlisted is eligible for a promotion to NCO through an NCO application, and a rule for inactive NCOs that are returning to wait 3 days for a promotion after they have return. NCOs need to know that their positions are ones that are role models for enlisted and even other battalions. I want work with my battalion it better, as the chain of command in a battalion is also chain of role models, as vice commander I believe I can enforce this, better then I was simply as an officer. From a personal standpoint, I want to be a vice commander because I can help people that I've played so much with, medics that I have develop friendships with, good people that deserves a amazing experience as a medical, I'm was inspired by the dedication of newly prompted commander Koopa and the former vice commander Carl, for what they have done for the battalion, and I'm eager to put in my contribution.
4. How much game time do you have on the server?
231 hours
5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?
It primarily to be the right-hand man of the commander, and advisor to decisions made by the commander. The role is important to the organization of the battalion, making sure officers enforces rules of the battalion, be able to efficiently communicate with the battalion about decisions and changes from the battalion commander or high command, and importantly to be a role model for the whole battalion. The vice commander also puts in consideration of the opinions of his troops, through their suggestions to improve the battalion, discussing possible changes, or start conversation within ranks of the battalion. Ensure that the roster is updated, frequently and accurately, as well as making sure NCOs/officers that are hosting tryouts are properly teach new members to do roster updates. Commence multiple sims to keep the battalion active and sharp. That are the things that I witness my vice commanders doing, I'm sure that there are things of a vice commander that are unseen by my personal viewpoint, things when I'm become vice commander that will careful uphold.
6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? :
I will be a conscientious vice commander, I enjoy the role of helping and organizing others. I believe I have an important skill for a vice commander, that is being a good example to your troops, make sure that people are on track, for my fellow medical to represent the battalion and the server well. I would say that I'm am good at commanding troopers as an officer, I'll make sure that will carry on when I become a vice commander. Every week since I become an NCOs, I have been on the top three for the amount of tryouts per week, contributing by getting more trainees, for this reason, I'm reliably dedicated and can be trusted with. I have no intention to worsen the reputation of the medical battalion, but make others consider it to be the best battalion, and no intention of causing misconduct or abusing my power as vice commander. If I ever make mistakes as a vice commander, I will own it up to those mistakes, as one considering application will definitely expect high standards of my performance, I will accept any disciplinary actions for a failure to meet those standards.
