Any extra information: This was overlooked somehow and has since been warned an extra 5 times for a total of 25 warns on PoliceRP, but nevertheless, he still deserves the same punishment as anyone else.

I like the idea of this. The only thing is that DF has exclusive access to their explosive weapons so you couldn’t use the DF Barret on any class.

I honestly believe that you would warn everyone for the smallest things if accepted as a trial mod. Although it's part of the job, not everyone needs a warn in every situation. You need to understand that this is a server full of a lot of little rules and sometimes it's okay to let small things slide. It's a game and it should be fun, not a law class in GMod. I think that if you would take it a little easier I would +support this because obviously knowing the rules well is a great asset as a staff member, but for now it's staying as a -support.
Also, not to mention the fact that you just made a global LOA 3 hours after your application was posted...

I believe I should be promoted for the following reasons. For one, I am very experienced. I have been a member on PoliceRP for nearly a year now, and I have worked my way through the ranks of several different departments and sub-departments including PD, State, SRT, DOC and SPMU. My experience in these departments leads me to my next reason why I think I would make a good fit for Lieutenant which is my maturity. Although a lot of people may know me as someone who likes to joke around, I think most people would give me the courtesy of saying I am professional and mature as well. I handle my issues (whether it is on staff or in RP) with the upmost highest level of professionalism and never hold a personal grudge against anyone. Another reason why I think I am fit for Lieutenant is my activity. Although I am not always on PD, I am active on a lot of other departments and I am active on staff. I try to be online whenever I can and I try to be active on government whenever there is not a situation with my criminal family or staff. Based on my professionalism, experience, maturity and good activity, I believe that I would make a great fit for a PD Lieutenant.You agree that disobeying any rules set by High Command will result in an immediate demotion (Yes/No):

After considering the Creatine's warn count and time on the server, I do believe that they match the criteria for a Community Blacklist as it seems that he will only cause trouble.In terms of LulW, I believe that either a 6 Month ban or Permanent Ban from PoliceRP would be fit as the minimum sentence. Although I am unsure of this users background, I do not believe that this behaviour would warrant a lesser punishment.

3 families have merged into one as the North Carolina Militia!
These families include WYC, POL and TPA. The family is currently run by myself (iZz) as President, Pillow as Vice President, and Andre and Manjini as Secretaries.
The new family consist of 2 divisions:
Raiding and Intelligence Division (R.A.I.D.) Focuses primarily on raiding bases, banks, and committing robberies.

I believe that I deserve the rank of senior moderator for the following reasons. For one, I have been staff since August. I have gained a lot of experience, dealing with almost every situation that I can think of, and I have never had a staff report against me to this day. I believe that this shows my level of maturity, abilities, and overall work ethic are up to par, if not better. Another reason I believe I deserve the rank of Senior Moderator is my experience in being a member in the community. I have been playing on PoliceRP for almost a year now, knowing all the rules like the back of my hand. I also have a love for the server like no other and I want to be a greater part of keeping it an enjoyable place for everyone to play on. One other reason I believe that I should be accepted as a Senior Moderator is my professionalism. I can't recall a time where I have been called out for being unprofessional or mingey. I also believe most people would support this statement. For these reasons, I believe that I should be accepted as a Senior Moderator
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?
If this were a situation where I am a Moderator, I would first freeze the player with my physgun, then gag them, then jail them for 600 seconds, warn them for Mass RDM (and possibly staff diss if they were being disrespectful), and call for an Admin+ to ban them for 5 days (as per the staff handbook). If no Admin+ was available, I would get a Senior Moderator to ban them for 12 hours and I would make a ban request to extend it on the forums. If this would happen with me as a Senior Moderator, I would do the same thing, but instead ban them myself for 12 hours and make the ban request. -

It happened 2 years ago. If it was something more serious, I would -support, but like I said, this happened 2 years ago and it was simply for dissing SMT. People say dumb things in the moment, and I think that Compton deserves another chance. The server has changed so much since then, with new SMT and new players specifically. I don’t think that Compton will do this again or cause any more grief to the server as I believe 2 years is enough time to reflect on one bad decision.
However, I wasn’t around when Compton was around so I am just going off of this forum post. If there is something I don’t know about, please let me know.

The war between BWA vs. POL, SYP and Lengyl has come to an end.
Both sides have marked each other as neutral on their rosters. There will no longer be targeting, toxicity, etc. on the server. Both sides have agreed not to boast about who won because it was decided that nobody won. Violation of this rule from either of the 4 families will result in a warning, strike or removal.

for the SNR promotion boundary, I think it would be a good idea to have a supervisor run them through a timed route going code 2 and seeing how well they do with clearing intersections, staying on the road, etc. I've seen a lot of shitty low-rank PD players on the road lately to be quite frank
