Honestly just don't think you're fit for staff, but that's my opinion.
From my experiences with you and how you act this makes a lot of sense and does make me question if you're fit to be a staff.

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? I believe I deserve the rank for a multitude of reasons. I have been on the staff team Since July 20th. I have been in the staff team for a while and I know what I'm doing. I was the staff of the Month of December. I put all my effort into the staff team and with this rank I can help others more than I can now. I dedicate a lot to the server and the community. I'm on the server everyday. I Love the community and the people. I'm the Commander for one of the most active branches. My Active is really good. I'm on every day and at least 7 hours on the server. As of the beginning of this month I have the most site count on the server.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin site all they do is curse at you? First I would bring the person and if they cursing me out I would stay calm and be kind to them. Then I would go to logs and see if they did the Mass RDMing. I would get their steam ID and then i would ban them for 5 days for Mass RDMing.

what happened was i warned someone else by the name of Drew and warned him by his Steam ID so i have no idea How this Drew got a warn
I would like to have his warn removed as it was a mistake. -

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? I believe that I deserve the rank of Trail Moderator for many reasons, such as to make the gaminglight community Better. Other reasons i should be Trial Moderator are that I enjoy playing on the server, and want to make the experience for not just myself but everyone else. I'm a Medical Officer aswell and i get on during the late hours when no one else really is to make sure everything is going okay. I take pride in communicating with new players and setting them on the right track along with Privates in Medical Corps. I've proven myself to my Superiors in Medical Corps by showing my dedication and will to become better and further make Medical better for not only us but for all the other players. With my years of experience of roleplay i fully understand that many things can get out of control and escalate and become worse. With me becoming a Trial Moderator i can hopefully resolve these issues before they escalate or even prevent them from happening in the first place. I never make irrational decisons such as take one side or just not listening and making my own judgement. I will and always have, listen to both sides and see where the conflict came from and see who's in the right or wrong.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would begin by gathering all the players involved with the MassRDMing and separate them. next, I would pull the main MassRDMer away and try to get them to calm down and talk clearly towards me. Then I would explain what they are doing is wrong and that it doesn't help that they are using inappropriate language. Whilst I explain what they are doing wrong I would look for signs of them not knowing the rules. Once this person is calmed down I would go check up on the others to make sure they are also calm and not being irrational. I then would ask them their side of the story and look for signs they also don't know the rules. After this, I would return to the main RDMer and gather all the evidence of what they were doing for a reasonable punishment. After I gather all of the evidence I would talk to them about what they did wrong and tell them the punishment for their crime. I would then give them a formal warning for MRDM then Request a higher ranked staff member to assist with the ban. If the person were LTAP or KTAP I would hand this information to a Higher Ranking Staff member for any extended punishment. I would proceed to do the same with the others but punishments will vary depending on the severity of what they were doing

4: I believe i should be a Officer because i've been putting in a ton of time into the server and done a good amount of tryouts along with being one of the most known Medics on the battlefield. I've been in Medical Job the most and will 100 Percent be prioritizing This life over the other. I believe i can contribute to the Battalion by becoming an officer by having more authority and be supportive to the other officers/ High Officers.
5: My activity on the servers is about a 9.5. i get on the server everyday and do my part to heal and support everyone i can while having fun and making friends. I also tend to get online during late hours when no medics are on to make sure our troops are getting healed and supported in battle.
6: I should be a Medical officer because i can help the higher ups and make decisions to make this regiment better. I also want to become very known by higher ups and be supportive to them. I believe by becoming an officer i can achieve that and better contribute to Medical Corps. I also want to be able to steer the lower ranking medical troopers to the right direction. I want to really get them to love their time here on medical and take their job seriously all the while having fun.
7: I can command other troopers pretty well. all throughout my life i have been pretty good at critical thinking along with being serious in critical situations. I can be very strict about my commands and punishments when not following them. I've always been a natural leader when it comes to being in a team and commanding my teammates. I have no problem following commands by higher ups either.
8: You should accept my application over others because i am pretty serious about this regiment and how it contributes the rest of the troopers. You should accept my application over others because i can actually help this regiment get stronger and bigger for us. I will put in serious time and dedication even more than i already have for this battalion. Thank you for your time.
