Length in Royal Guard: I originally joined on 3/16/21! Proudly. Why do you want to become a Trial Senior Guard?: I want to become a Trial Senior Guard for for many reasons, here are a couple. One reason is the many limitations I have as an NCO, With finally becoming an Officer I can be relieved of some of those limitations and encourage more RG to get on and show more RG activity. I'd also be able to work with the other Senior Guards and assist them with anything, I'd also be able to be closer to the Vice Sovereigns/ Sovereign Protector and be a helping hand when needed. Another reason I want to become a Trial Senior Guard is I'd be a leader for all NCO and CDT's, I'd be able to lead them when in Events and be someone they can come to when needing answers or help with something. Why do you believe you are ready for this position?: I believe i'm ready for this position mainly because of my time and experience. I have put in 1,387 hours on the server and within that time i was able to reach LTC on Medical and VII on RG. With my high Officer rank on Medical i was able to learn the ropes of being an Officer what to do as one. I try as hard as i can to be helpful, active, friendly, and constantly looking for more ways to further better the Battalion and its Player's. Lasty, I have been trying harder to get on and push our more SIM's and Activity in RG. I have been training myself to be a great Officer and get into habit of doing everything i possibly can for RG. I am constantly trying to prove my dedication to RG and will do so consistantly. Do you have any warns? I have one warn from an unfortunate event that all of Medical was involed in. Questions 1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : MC EMS RSC LTCOL Lone 1040 2. What Regiment are you applying for? I'm applying for the Medical Vice Commander Position on the 69th Medical Corps 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? This is my second time applying for Vice Commander, and when I was denied of the position I took the time to see what I can do to further better myself and get in order to make Medical the best I possibly can with the many limitations I have. I began getting more active especially during the night to train EU players and oversee them. I checked up on my NCO and Enlisted more and begun planning SIM's. But then another Vice Commander Resigned. With this on and off activity from our command Medical can't really go to command and have answers for their questions and look up to them if they just leave. I want to change that. By becoming Vice Commander I can be a great role model for the Regiment and do the very best i can as a Vice Commander by helping the Commander and with documents, Sub-battalions, and more while keeping our soldiers in order. This will also remove the many limitations I have as an Officer, i'll be able to speak with Command better and plan things for Medical to further improve activity, discipline, and Training and SIMs so we all have fun. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 1,166 according to BattleMetrics 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? The main purpose of a Commander for a branch is to not only be a Role model for the branch but also be a beacon of support. The troopers of the branch should be able to look to their Commander for answers, guidance, and commands. A Commander should also be taking suggestions from their branch and finding ways to better the branch as a whole. A Commander should have the best relationships with their troopers and make sure their on track all the while making it be known very clearly what their intentions with the branch are and what they plan to do within it. A Commander should be Mature, they are the face of the branch and the first ones seen when looking at a branch. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : I believe i should be trusted with Vice Commander for many reasons. One reason is my Staff rank. Within the Year i've spent on Gaminglight i was able to achieve the Staff rank of Senior Moderator and become a Gamemaster. I've upheld these titles and was nothing but strict and the most serious when it comes to these matters. Another reason is my trust and I guess you can say popularity. I'd say i'm pretty known around the ship and very known within Medical. Often troopers will come to me for answers and guidance as i am a LTCOL and a Commander of a Sub-Battalion. Finally, my last reason why I believe I should be trusted with Commander is because of my Time on the server. I have 1,166 hours and barely AFK. I've only AFK'd about 5 times and most of that time has been on Medical. 7. How often can you be Online? : I can be online at least 8 hours a day and if needed even 22 hours. 8. Any extra information: SX008 didn't mean to warn me he meant to warn someone else but it gave him my Steam ID for some reason. it was a simple mistake all i want is for it to be removed.
