Test idea(s) - 15/20- Good idea, not really anything to say
Presentation/format - 15/20- Format is clean, text is easy to read and theres unique images
Quality/length - 14/20- Decently long, High quality
Grammar - 12/20 Overall quite perfect grammar, Not many mistakes
Lore Knowledge- 7/20 - It appears all of your description was copied directly from the SCP-098 Wiki, Research does not condone plagiarism and therefore I have deducted points however you have linked the source so its not a 0
Overall : 63/100- Overall a mass amount of points were deducted due to plagiarism and stuff like grammar is obviously going to be perfect as its from the wiki, a majority of your document is plagarised -

I feel like this is equal to checking the roster to see if a disguised EOI is on the roster. Which is metagame. Plus MTF in the past have been warned for metagame for this exact same thing.
For context: One EOI was a MTF Nu-7 PVT and was walking around doing intel recovery and a Nu-7 NCO came along with the only active enlisted and basically said, "hey the only enlisted on site is the guy next to me, so your a phony" and he got warned for metagame. This is basically the exact same thing. However in this case, EOI are more specialized forces and thus kept more track of then every day Nu-7. Though I still believe this is metagame, I feel as though a warn might be a little overzealous.
I do have to ask though, EOI are specialized and while not necessarily redacted I dont think Foundation know what they are by default so I mean I see this as also being metagame on your side unless you interrogated and successfully figured out what EOI was in game.
Im absolutely sure the foundation know what EOI/Nail are (I mean that's why ID Checks exist at all), also Nail often disguised as foundation and say they are nail openly as to not get shot by CI, by your logic the CI shouldn't know what Nail is in that situation and should kill them as to avoid metagaming.

Although this might not be seen as metagaming under the description of metagaming (The act of a roleplayer making use of knowledge that they have learned out of character) in reality CI should act as though all member of eoi are alive and possibly in any location, furthermore (besides only 1 eoi being on and not disguised) they had no reason to suspect im not eoi as shown in this clip:
(for context I was on "Research Internal Agent" disguised as a senior researcher, I saw E4 and I approached them as to not act like I was part of the foundation in hopes of not being KOSed by E4)

I personally want to do more stuff in the server but it feels like I'm limited by lives and can't pursue everything that I want to do.

Test idea(s) - 13/20- Not the best of test ideas however it is a base test, a test required to happen to learn about an anomaly's nature. This is not to discourage from doing tests to see what scps do.
Presentation/format - 20/20- I love this format, it is easy to read, its layed out well and you went there extra step to make special areas to represent the SCP's containment class and whatnot.
Quality/length - 15/20- Not the longest document I've seen but its a good length.
Grammar - 17/20- Nothing bad from what I can see but in the anomaly description it states "SCP-8911 presently has 2 modes". Im not sure if this is a mistake of some sorts or what however it can cause confusion to the reader.
Lore Knowledge- 17/20 - You wonderfully described SCP-7588 and gave a clear understanding of what it did.
Overall : 82/100- Good job. -

Honestly it never made sense why all factions randomly have an agent that can go invisible (well I mean It does since it makes the server a lot of money by offering players a direct advantage in combat in exchange for donating). Anyways these jobs are annoying as hell, and cloaking should be restricted to SCPs or special jobs like CI Mech Dolos. Utilizations would be more powerful since they offer players cloak.

Test idea(s) - 13/20- the purpose of conducting this test was to enhance the preparedness and capabilities of Mobile Task Force Alpha-1 in dealing with SCP-008 outbreaks, essentially from what I read you just put A1 into the test chamber, I still like the idea though...
Presentation/format - 26/20- Quite a unique document format, everything flows well, its easy to read and its images are appealing and it is easy to access +6 points for adding extra unique sections.
Quality/length - 19/20- High in quality and length
Grammar - 10/20- Unfortunately not the best grammar I've seen, things could be phrased better and there are many simple mistakes such as "a exceedingly" or "an contaminated". Words could be replaced with better words as well.
Lore Knowledge- 20/20 - Great demonstration and knowledge or lore knowledge through "background research"
Overall : 88/100- Good job Adding a plague inc. screenshot is crazy -
