1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Shock ERUL COL Blue 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Shock 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? My desire to secure the role of vice commander in Shock stems from my profound understanding of leadership principles, including the promotion of our fundamental values, guiding and instructing our troopers, ensuring they are always aware of their responsibilities and adhere to the rules. Additionally, I aim to oversee our enlisted and non-commissioned officers, preparing them for future leadership roles, thereby reducing the burden on my superiors and allowing them more time to focus on Shock's various commitments and tasks. I believe that occupying a senior leadership position like Vice Commander will enable me to steer Shock towards a more effective and transparent direction. Before advancing to the rank of Senior Officer, I consistently maintained open communication with my superiors, adhering to the established chain of command regarding my authority and responsibilities, such as updating the roster, filling out and checking LOA’s/ROA’s, and providing feedback on policy changes and other related documents. I was authorized to update the roster at the rank of Command Sergeant Major (CSM) and committed to completing all updates; being trusted to complete these tasks without being an Officer Rank. This battalion is the first I have committed to for an extended period, dedicating my time to refining my skills and aiming to enhance the Gaminglight Community, utilizing my leisure time to contribute to the betterment of others and instructing those below me on the conduct of a Shock Trooper. Achieving the Vice Commander position would significantly enhance my vision for Shock's future. In this role, I believe I could elevate Shock's standards of excellence. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 4+ weeks. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? From what I gather, the primary role of a Vice Commander is to serve as the Commander's right-hand person, assisting in as many tasks as possible to allow the Commander more time to fulfill their duties. Another role within the Vice Commander position is making sure that the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) meet the required standards, along with other pertinent documents concerning the battalion that are current and accurate on the server. A content Commander leads to a content life. Commanders are the ultimate decision-makers when it comes to important matters that have been delegated down through the hierarchy. They represent the battalion as the face of their structure, always ready and welcoming to those interested in joining. It's crucial to ensure that the ranks of each branch are disciplined, active, decisive, possess strong communication skills, and exhibit leadership qualities. They should always be on call for those in need, maintain unity within the battalion, and ensure that everyone enjoys themselves while maintaining professionalism in their work. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? Through my relentless effort and commitment, I've managed to achieve and share a lot within the Shock Community. I always ensure that in any interaction, respect, trust, professionalism, and fairness are reciprocated. My goal is to ensure that not only am I meeting my own standards but also that those around me, including fellow Shock members, are performing their duties correctly, accurately documenting their actions, and adhering to the guidelines strictly. I've been actively participating in Imperial RP since February 19, 2021, and have contributed over $1100 on the server. Throughout my time, I've served as a Moderator without any disciplinary actions on the server. As I ascend to the position of Vice Commander, I aim to uphold and encourage these fundamental principles that I believe in, which include strong communication abilities, strategic thinking, organizational capabilities, honesty, empathy, integrity, accountability, and a clear vision. Shock is the path to success! 7. How often can you be Online? I make it a point to spend as much time as I can on the server by staying connected every day. I seldom go AFK on the server, and when I do, it's just for a brief moment. I’d say, I give 5-8 hours [ Monday - Friday ], and on weekends [ Saturday - Sunday ], I am online all the time or most of the time. I am really responsive in discord even if I may be on LOA. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?): I have zero (0) warnings across all Gaminglight Servers. Comment: With many thanks, I appreciate your time and focus, kind reader. I will be looking forward to your response; thank you all again for your considerations. In Best Regards, Blue

+Support I must emphasize this point repeatedly, but it's clear that Shock is in dire need of a Shock Commander in Chief, and I firmly believe Antonoff is the most suitable person for the job. He consistently enhances the battalion, is always present on Discord, exhibits exceptional leadership qualities, professionalism is unparalleled, he's a true hero, and I'm eagerly anticipating the day I can announce him as my Commander!

Both SeniorDeer and Colossus gave me permission for this application. 1. What's your in-game name? TomBrady 2. What is your SteamID as shown on roster? (STEAM_ format, not the one with all numbers) STEAM_0:0:93353426 3. How long have you been on the server? I joined February 19, 2021 and have been on the server for 4+ Weeks 4. How many warns on Gaminglight servers do you have? I have zero warns across all Gaminglight servers. 5. Why do you want to be an Officer? I feel being an officer would greatly influence my ability within the battalion to help shape it in a glorious state. I like implementing Sims, Trainings and Tryouts in the battalion and making sure everyone is having fun. I like managing a battalion, whether it be checking rosters, roster updates, announcements, talking to troopers, and/or being involved in the battalion. 6. What time zone are you in? Eastern Standard Time (EST) 7. What can you do to improve the battalion? I've been making sure all those in the battalion know their battle-stations(defcons) during events, guard duties (VIP), making sure all SOP rules are being followed, vehicle restrictions during events, trainings and tryouts are being met. I thoroughly enjoy teaching new members and giving advice to current members of our battalion, and conducting tryouts even when I don't need to do them. 8. How do you differ from other applicants? I am very active, I enjoy being on the server and helping those that need help. Making sure everyone is following chain-of-command (COC) when an issue arises, then delegate down the ladder. Making sure not only myself but everyone is fulfilling their quota's, knowledge of the SOP, friendliness and welcoming with fresh STs. I also enjoy doing roster updates and looking forward to doing it once I make Major+. I am always trying to improve myself for the better of Gaminglight and taking some of the weight(duties) off of those above me.

+Support I feel it's a pain to either run across the map/ISD and find out none of your squad members are where they said they were. Having this implementation would save so much more time for other duties and rather than solely relying on information gathering with voice, we would be able to use visual ques such as the (squad system) to keep better track of our battalions/squad-members.

1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : #: Shock ERUVL Major Blue / TomBrady 2. What Regiment are you applying for? #: Shock 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? #: Why I want to become/obtain the position of vice commander within shock. I feel I have a very good understanding on how to conduct oneself as a leader, preaching our core values, leading/instructing our troopers and making sure everyone within Shock knows what they are doing at all times and rules to follow. Managing our enlisted and NCOs for future promotions so they too can guide those below them, going beyond my normal responsibilities in hopes to lighten the load of my superiors duties, so they may have more time to do other Shock commitments and tasks. I feel being held in a higher position such as Vice Commander, I will pave a more direct path for Shock in a better and cleaner direction. Before I became a Senior Officer, I made sure to keep in constant contact with my superiors following the chain of command as to what I can and can’t do; such as updating the roster and giving feedback on changes to the SOP and/or other documentation. I was given permission at CSM and made sure if I started updating the roster, I was going to finish all of them. This is the first battalion I have ever stuck with for the long haul and dedicated all my time into perfecting, wanting to improve myself within the Gaminglight Community, spend all my free time to better something other than myself and teach those below me on how to conduct themselves as a Shock Trooper. Becoming Vice Commander would greatly improve my vision as to how Shock will be in the future to come. If I were to become Vice Commander, I feel I would be able to appraise Shock to a higher standard. 4. How much game time do you have on the server? 3+ weeks 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? #: To my understanding, the main function of a Vice Commander is to not only be the right hand to the Commander but also doing as much as possible so the commander has more time to complete there responsibilities. Having a happy commander means having a happy life. Commanders are the final decision makers when important information has been delegated up through the chain-of-command. Being the face or image of the battalion, always welcoming and open arms to those who wish to join us. Making sure the branches' ranks have well disciplined, active, decisive, good communication skills and leader-like qualities. Always being available for those in need of help, making sure the battalion is a single unit, and ensuring everyone is having fun while being professional on the job. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : #: I feel through my hard work and dedication, I have obtained and gifted much within the Shock Community. I always make sure when interacting with someone that respect, trust, professionalism and fairness is given. I always make sure that not only myself, both others within Shock are meeting their quota, making proper arrests with documentation and following the rules to the T. Been playing on Imperial RP since February 19, 2021 and have given/donated over $1100+. Over the years, I have held a Moderator role, with zero strikes or warnings on the server. Becoming Vice Commander, I will promote my core values that I hold and try to instill within Shock. These core values are as follow, having strong communication skills, a strategic mind, organizational skills, honesty, empathy, integrity, accountability and vision. Shock is the way! 7. How often can you be Online? : #: I try to commit as much time as possible on the server by being online everyday. I hardly ever AFK on the server and if I do it’s really quick. I’d say I give 5-8 hours each day Monday through Friday, and on weekends I am online all the time. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : #: I have zero Warnings or Strikes on the server.

I'm consistently being asked by Shock if they may join ERU, but hate to keep telling them that the sub-battalion is locked at 12/12. Please, I cannot stress this enough, can we get the sub-battalion increased in player size. It would be much appreciative!

I currently have 3 weeks on the server. I joined the server starting in: 02 / 19 / 21 #: Why do you feel that you deserve the position of officer? I want to stand with the best of shock; learn through my superiors ideals and experiences in their shoes. In regards to being trusted with the rank of Officer, I feel that I am a very honest, no-filter/bs, straight shot type of guy; who is always willing to put in the extra work to succeed. Forming relationships with one another and establishing bonds that extend past this server is what makes this server fun. Being in Shock, I have had so much fun, met a lot of great people, been inspired by the Officers+ to better myself as a Shock Trooper and have learned more about a battalion than any other. #: How active can you be? During the week of Monday through Friday, I work in hospitals as a Clinical Engineer and when I am off work, I try to be on the server as much as possible. What is your in-game name?: DT MSG EX2 What is your steam name?: Hairless Cheeks What is your steam ID?: STEAM_0:0:93353426 Do you have any other experience with staffing?: (If yes, explain) I do not have any prior experience with staffing; but have a strong desire to learn. What date did you start playing on the community? (roughly) February 19, 2021 What date did you make your forums account? February 20, 2021 Current rank on server (This is a ULX rank ONLY! Not a RP Rank)? Darth How many warns do you have on the server? I have zero Warns Have you donated? Yes, I have donated around $771 at this current time. What rank are you applying for? Trial Moderator (T-Mod) Have you read the staff guidelines at You will be tested on it: Yes Timezone: EST (Eastern Standard Time) Permission (Admin+ need this): N/A Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (Can be any length): I believe that I deserve T-Mod because I want to help/serve the community and work with some of the brightest individuals in the Staff Team. I've been around all walks of life with no judgement, sense of ethics and non-bias opinions; I feel I am able to adapt/understand to any situation within the community or IRL. I have prior IRL Police Training and feel I could put some of my training to use into helping out my community; whether it be De-Escalation Techniques or Professionalism. I strive for Greatness, Honesty, Integrity, Patience and Accountability. I am a very empathetic person, so it is always easy for me to place myself into someone else's shoes. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: I would First check the logs and note who was Mass RDMing, Who was killed and if there were any witnesses. Bringing the victim to a sit, listen to his/hers side of the story. Understand what their perspective was and what had happened. I would send back the victim to his/hers prior location and grab the violator. I believe in doing it this way; instead of bringing them both at the same time, there will be no arguments and hearing both sides separately would be more efficient. If I am still having issues understanding the situation I would call for a witness and hear their side of the story. If the violator was cursing and screaming at me, I would try my best to calm the individual down and make him/her aware that no decisions have been made before listening to them. If the individual continued to curse at me I would gag the individual, check to see if the individual had any prior warnings and double check the logs. Depending on the severity of the account/player, I would call for a Admin+ to issue a Warning or a Ban.
