Just a small tip for people who don't know it and want to make a Player Report and cant get the players SteamID, use your console and type in it "rp_lookup -name-" then press enter. After doing so it should show something like this after doing that you can copy their steam ID into https://steamid.xyz/ and find their steam info such as Profile and steamID
