-Name Vergil -Steam ID 76561198234997984 -Date of last promotion? 1/22/21 -Why do you think you should be promoted to the next rank? (150 Word Min) Been active since promotion as a late night player, with only like 1 super short LOA. I feel I've been pretty active when it comes to command, have held all the meetings that weren't held by spoon, and have made sure to report things to HC when needed. I think I've been fair to everyone when dealing with agents, I regularly patrol with people and encourage others to get on in discord. Haven't missed any meeting recaps, watch my words around other departments, etc. Only had one real hiccup in my time as AA and haven't had any since. I know I'll continue to put in the time and effort into DEA if im able, and dont think anyone would have any reason to -support. Only other reason I can think of as to why I should be promoted would include that I think command knows they can trust me to take care of things if they can't for some reason. -How would you rate your activity in DEA? (1-10) 7 -How many warns do you have? 4 -How long have you been at your rank for? since 1/22/21

Didnt tell anyone I RDMed. When I wrote "agreed was RDM" I was talking about raddish. I explained that already. The point of this post is to debate that I broke a rule, which I believe I didn't/ at least don't deserve a warn for. I dont agree that it was clear cut which is why I made an appeal post. RDM is random, and what I did wasn't random, as it was in RP. yeah obviously they can still call 911 on a visible murder. What I'm saying is that you shouldn't be able to follow a murderer all the way to their base to alert the authorities of the location of their base, then get the murderer warned for RDM when you get shot for doing so.

by out of RP i meant like, because of. "I killed him in RP" would make more sense. Anyways, Im not going to repeat myself anymore as its not that serious I just want a repeal so i can go give some suggestions on murderer job.

How did I admit to RDM? I said you agreed it was RDM. Also >shot him without adverting anything which is RDM plain and simple- Incorrect, there are plenty situations where you can shoot people without having to advert anything, such as gov raiding, crims shooting back at a raid, gov shooting at people who are shooting at others. etc. Also the report clearly states that while I heard him get revived, i also saw EMS drive by the front of my base.

Ronin has been following me trying to report my location to gov, which I proceeded to kill him for. When I saw EMS drive by I figure they were going to revive him, so i came outside and he was calling 911 again. This situation makes it seem like there's no point in even playing murderer if anyone can just follow you to call the cops to your location then cry RDM when they got shot for it. And since EMS was on, he could call again without fear or getting an NLR warn. If this is a setting a precedent for how easy it is to catch murderers if you play this way, then there's no point aside from getting a free kill without warn then getting killed/sent to jail with no room for roleplay such as being a serial killer or whatever. Well it’s hard to do that when the admin sitting there watching it happen doesn’t do anything about it until I say something back.

OG Jack was actively asking for a warn on me and being rude, while not letting me or admin speak, admin proceeds to say it's not player diss. When I finally got fed up with OG jack and said something back, immediately warns me for player diss despite seeing OG jack continue to egg me on. Any extra information: OG jack reported me for failRP in a hostage situation even though I tried to RP then he made false requests. Was told by Kinky Unicorns that asking to repair a car is not fail request, despite having been told multiple times that securing safe passage for a crim is a fail request. Kinky Unicorns Said I could RP and say yes, then just not fix the car, but the car was right in front of the crims, and would've been impossible. Kinky Unicorns didn't listen and OG jack proceeded to yell about getting me warned.
