I've seen Garlic in game a few times and I've had no problems with him thus far. I've seen how professional he is and he's pretty neutral in everything that he does. He was a former staff member on SCP RP so he has SOME experience in staffing (but a lot has changed since then). He is well knowledge in the current staff handbook and he seems to be doing alright.

The only downside I have is your application, the reasoning to why you should be event team is fine, but the idea & whats your favorite Scp is rather short.

I've seen mass breach events happen before, there not the most fun when it comes to Non-Combatant jobs such as Utility or Research since they just have to stay in bunks and do nothing, plus including 079 its not all that interesting.

Also your favorite Scp needs some more detail to go into it.

-I do not personally like the response to number 7. It is a little short. I also would not call an AOS on a measly JR. I would deal with it myself by ordering him back to bunks and if he does not comply well then it is an instant removal.

Whatever the outcome is. I hope you stay in maintenance because you are an awesome Maintenance Professional!

You handled number 7 wrong in my opinion. I feel as like the AOS is too harsh and you shouldn't get others involved. You should only cuff them if they're refusing to listen.

+Would match lore better and 682 would have more of a chance against the foundation

-MTF and Gensec (or CI/Sarkic) would be in hell where them shooting might not even do anything

+/- Should clarify rules like only can regenerate 250 hp or something every 5 minutes and cannot be shot at during so.

+/- This means 682 could get out of tranq but I think this needs clarification as well.
