What is your name?: Hawkeye What is your rank?: OP How long have you been an NCO?: 2 months What rank are you applying for?: AO How many strikes do you have? If yes, for what?: None Why should we trust you with an Officer rank?I have a long history with the server and aim to continue. I have served as tank vice commander and Senior NCO in various breaches, participating in Naval Shock Medical, ST/Tank operations, and other roles within GL, including as the seventh sister and royal guard vice commander. I have held many different ranks in GL and have not received any strikes. What can you do to assist command with this rank?: Like I have said I have been a Command member before so I can help out with docs and getting people active as I am a GM right I can do a lot of event and sims just for SF. What is the point of been a officer?: The role of an officer is to maintain the breach's activity and recruit more individuals into it. Officers can either enhance or harm the regiment through their own words. In SF, your actions define how others perceive SF. What would happen if you see a fellow officer messing around and then commanding NCOs to mess around with him?: I would order the NCO to stop messing around and report this officer to both Command and ISB. to make sure the officer never does it again. Do you agree that if you are struck within the first week you will be put back down to your last NCO rank?: I understand

1. What is your IGN? (In Game Name) : Hawkeye/PeytonManning 2. What Regiment are you applying for? Shore Troopers 3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch? Almost since my admission, I've expressed an incredible desire to become a Vice Commander of Tank/Shore, and it is because my commitment to this role has led me so far across the server. My long involvement within the community in roles like Moderator and GM has given me a solid understanding of the inners of the server. It flows that occur on our server as well as a desire to deliver compelling content. I now find myself the Shore Lead and Medical SGM; two positions that have shaped me into an unforgettable leader in impacting and inspiring others for the better. I have also played Seventh Sister in the past as well as Vice Sov along with being Naval Captain/SO both of these roles showing my versatility and loyalty to our community. It is incredibly rewarding to be an Officer but assuming the position of Vice Commander will allow me to create even better strategies, and training procedures that will have more impact and a greater sense of unity for our team. I pledge to make our regiment stronger and more efficient, with every member knowing they matter because you do! 4. How much game time do you have on the server? I have been a part of this server since 2019 and logged 227:22 hours. Although this may not seem like much to some, I also have 14+ hours on Gmod as well so my amalgamated experience/knowledge had been a very positive factor in what I was trying to do. Those hours represent my loyalty and dedication to the game and our community. 5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch? A Vice Commander of a branch helps the commander with leadership, and organization, and helps manage the regiment correctly. The role requires this individual to assist in developing strategic objectives, making an unyielding commitment to train and prepare the troops, and upholding high standards of performance and discipline. A Vice Commander is also instrumental in developing a welcoming and diverse environment when it comes to members feeling supported and represented. The Vice Commander also serves as a liaison between the Commander and the regiment, to assist in communicating an intent-oriented plan down, getting feedback backup for adjustments if necessary. As such, this role will need a clear understanding of the requirements of the branch as well as to focus on the Regiment in navigating through various challenges and ensuring that they are in orderly balance and performing competently. 6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? : Trust me as a Vice Commander, my commitment is unwavering, I am experienced and I have a vision of how the Shore Troopers should be. During the rest of my time on the server, I have always shown respectful work to improve the Tank/Shore division, even when tired. All my leadership positions from Shore Squad Lead, Naval Senior Chief Petty Officer, Seventh Sister to Naval Captain/SO have shaped the leader that I am today. I am about to restore the unity and high activeness we previously had a few months ago so that our team can still work well together to take on any task thrown our way. I see it as not just stabilizing but also driving continuous improvement and innovation going forward. I want to build a regiment that is top-notch, but in which every member feels welcome encouraged, and valued in giving their best. 7. How often can you be Online? : I am able to be on regularly, (mainly during live time or times when most people are online as my Time zone is EST. From now on, to the best of my ability, I will make myself available and if so, you all can consider me present at important points/times to lead the regiment or fix any issue/problem that might be there. 8. Do you have any Warnings? (What for?) : I have 0 warns Closing Statement In the final analysis, I am extremely humbled to compete for the Vice Commander of Tank/Shore Troopers position. And so, my journey on this server began in 2019 and has been filled with dedication, growth, and incessant Resilience to be the best back at it. Between the experiences I have accumulated and the many leadership positions I have held, I am confident that I bring to this important role a breadth of experience unlike any other. I have been fortunate to work in a variety of roles that helped me understand so much and develop myself as a leader. Throughout my tenure as Shore Squad Lead and Naval Senior Chief Petty, I have collaborated with other leaders to plan tactics, highlight actionable items, provide training, and ensure we were prepared for the mission at hand. In addition, as the Seventh Sister, and as a Navy Captain/SO I also learned how to establish cohesive collaboration and unity to ensure leadership, guidance, inspiration, and mentoring others. One of the most important positions in our regiment is Vice Commander. It demands strategic planning and proper execution, but above all, it needs to have a heart, for each player trained. I am committed to creating a positive and inclusive culture that allows each of our troopers to feel respected and encouraged to serve their best. I want to create a vision for the Shore Troopers that reads beyond simply running... I want to set forth an aggressive and ambitious agenda that defines what CAN be. As VC one of my main goals will be to maximize regiment efficiency. We will do this by creating cutting-edge training initiatives and by crafting new doctrine to forge our soldiers into a well-oiled machine prepared for anything. So I think our united strength and our capacity to complement each other well as a team is probably my first thought. Developing a culture of teamwork and encouragement can lead to extraordinary results and challenge the status quo in established models or norms. Given my long history on this server, along with my burning desire to lead and never-ending hunger for personal growth, I feel that Vice Commander would be a great fit. I think I would be able to bring a new and creative mindset to leadership to help our regiment grow and stay competitive on this server. For my part, I am committed to my availability and will make sure to be online as much as possible, especially during those important and most awaited times. As always my role is your full-time leader, here for any questions & support and to lead the troops with commitment and conviction. I play by the rules in its strict sense and concern myself with fostering a healthy environment I did so without a single warning on record. Thank you for the time to review my application I promise to give everything I have, to the best of my ability, in serving and leading our regiment with honor, dedication, and excellence. The reason for this regiment is not for me but for the community and together we all stand to make stronger, more united Shore Troopers that represent a standard of excellence and commitment within the Gaminglight Community. We are the curveball in the making, let's reach for greatness and put a stamp on how much we care about this server by being its guardians.

Huge +Support Now I can understand that your app is pretty small but you make up for it with how much time you have on the server. Even with how the server is now I see you every day putting in the work and showing us all how a real Command member should act. It isn't about how you do on your app it is more about what you can do for your battalion. The thing is I am not even in your battalion but even I can see how much change you can bring. The Question I know I have for you is how much is it that you want it. From what I can see you put in 110% every day unless I am wrong and you don't care. But I think differently you have the will to keep going even after this all Just I hope you get it.

In-Game Name: Hawkeye Steam Name: WolfKing140 SteamID: STEAM_0:0:461555742 / 76561198883377212 What is your staff rank and the server you work in? Senior Mod / Imperial RP How long have you been a part of the Gaminglight community? Since 2019 How long have you been a staff member on Gaminglight? 2 months / When I was an Admin (2 years) How often are you online on the forums? I'm on the forums every day. It's a habit by now, and I enjoy staying connected with what's happening in the community. Why do you believe you're qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat? Now to give a good detailed answer to these questions I have brought over a couple of lines from my support app I've been with this server for a very long time and have learned a lot about it; most of what I've learned has to do with how people behave and operate. I want to help as much as I can. As for support, I had to respond to a lot of inquiries from lower-ranking staff throughout my roughly four years as a SeniorGM/Admin on the server. Now that I've returned from my trip, I've forgotten a few things, so I had to start over and observe staff members to see how they operate and behave. This has become a significant part of what I am. (Now reading over these I can see many different ways that I have been in this staff team but many people don’t know why I even joined in the first place well that was to make this server the best it could be and back when I first left I thought this server would do better without old players holding it back. But then I started thinking why not use my past to help people keep going on the server and I came back now. When I first even applied to join the staff now I am not going back to when I just applied a few months ago but I am talking about when I first applied to join the staff in the first place I joined to help the server grow and that is what I did I started to talk to YouTubers helping them on the server to host videos and by coming for more people to join the server.) Now As I've mentioned previously, I've spent a lot of hours on Gmod, and the majority of those hours were spent on GL when I initially joined the server back in 2019. However, that doesn't include the time I joined as a Minge and played on other servers. I pledged to Head GM Emily that I would become the best GM this server has ever seen when I first joined, and I still want to fulfill that promise. I started as a GM and worked my way up to become the best I could. Now during my time playing on the server, I have learned a lot about the community and how things work here not only have I been here for a while I have been here every day playing and helping players find their way around so now I know a lot about Imperial as well as many of the other server now I haven’t been apart of the other servers before only joined them for a few times but never really played them that is why I plan on joining and growing my knowledge that is one big thing about me I work to build my knowledge about new things about the servers and how they work I have started going into other teamspeaks to learn more about there player base and how they like GL I want to be someone that everyone can have fun with. During my time while I was a Senior GM / Admin, I worked to keep myself from being forgotten. But something I remembered while playing on the server I shouldn’t be looking to make myself the best on the but I should be working to push others to become better. I have been using forums for a very long time not just on GL but when I used to own my server on Gmod I had to learn how to build Forums from the ground up so I know a lot of the commands on the forums now something about me I don’t care to ask for help if I am lost or don’t know what to do. A lot of people will just do nothing and not ask for help if they don’t know what to do but I will ask for help if I need it and if others need help I will be there for them because that is one thing about me I will be helping someone and even if it takes all day or night I will stay on to help and make sure they are getting everything ready. I am a big believer that everyone is the same and everyone should be treated the same. A lot of people will read my app and see that I write a lot but something about me writing all these I want you to understand that I am willing to do anything to help this server no matter how long or how much I need to write. Would you consider yourself to have good judgment? If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision. Once, there was a fight between two members with completely different outlooks. It was a hard balance because they were both right, but the tension!! But what I did was take the time to sit and talk with both sides, actually get where they were coming from, and then find common ground. So, it ended up being a balance of respecting everyone's opinions and points of view. This has been stated many times throughout all the apps I have been a staff on here before and have learned how to deal with minges and people who thought they could just break the rules and get away with it I have seen it all from YouTubers thinking they could get away with mass RDM because they are YouTubers to normal players threatening the server. Now I have spoken about my time in GL for a while and have talked about how I used to do these and that but has a Senior Mod on the server now I have dealt with a lot of people trying to get away with things like RDM and saying words they shouldn’t be. Now with these, I had to use my judgment to get both sides of the story when I used to be a staff member back in the day all I saw was people only hearing one side of the story but with me being a senior mod now I make sure to get the full story most people lie that is why we must all always learn about what is going on the server and the forums because I had to look into the forums to make sure they were not doing something they should have been. How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers? The First thing I would hide the message and make sure to look into what they were doing on the forums then I would follow the format we have for reporting content “ 1) Hide the offending post(s). 2) Determine if a forum warning is appropriate. If so, inform a Senior Diplomat or the Head Diplomat who will then issue a warning if appropriate. 3) If a situation is urgent and requires it to be addressed immediately and the Head Diplomat is unavailable, inform an SMT member via Discord or TeamSpeak. 4) Log any actions in the #topic-punishments channel in the Staff Discord. “ If someone is spamming the forms because they're upset about a server ban, reach out to them privately. Reasonably, we need to understand why they are so upset and how we may validate their claims productively. Once done inform them that breaking the rules isn’t a good to vent. They will be getting an Appropriate Warning or / ban if it is a lot of spam on many different tabs. {Hide - Hiding a post conceals it from being seen by regular users browsing the forums. Forum posts may only be hidden for violating a forum rule. The Diplomat hiding a post is required to include a reason the post is being hidden. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.} – During these times I always like to go back to the handbook and make sure everything is how the Head Of Diplomat likes it making sure that GL is a safe place for everyone How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal? Whenever that happens I would intervene in a non-assertive way and calmly remind both users what our forum is about - respect, constructive conversation, etc. Able in his warning appeal as well to the matter of facts, keep it civil. And other times it will be beneficial to move the discussion outside... either to a DM or a better-suited thread where we have Forum diplomats who can talk to them about it. I would first refer to the Forum Diplomat Message. Tell them that only +/- supports are allowed to be posted in this tab, please either contact a staff member of your server or speak to a Forum Diplomat. Then I would DM them asking them for both sides of the story

1. What's your in-game name? Hawkeye/PeytonManning Permision given by Spire and VIctor 2. What is your SteamID as shown on roster? STEAM_0:0:461555742 3. How long have you been on the server? Since 2019 4. How many warns on Gaminglight servers do you have? I have 0 warns 5. Why do you want to be an Officer? I want to be a Tank/Shore Trooper Officer because I care for the role and duties we enforce across the server. I am an experienced member of the staff team, Both as Mod and GM, with an excellent understanding of our server dynamics and a love for providing you guys with interesting material. My current positions as Shore Squad Lead and Naval Senior Chief Petty Officer have exposed me to a lot of leadership and I am excited to bring that to the role of 2LT. Being an NCO is a great thing for me because I can do many tryouts and SIM but being a 2LT can help with building even better missions and events I realize the gravity of this responsibility and I am determined to strengthen our performance. I have shown time and time again that I will do as much as I can for our team whenever needed, even if there is not much time available. My drive is to push the Shore/Tank Troopers above and beyond what they present us with to create a unified army that is effective in its purpose. So being an Officer will allow me to make some changes and implement better strategies, and more training procedures that I think will help us be more efficient and effective. I intend to increase the recognition of the Shore Trooper in our server by focusing on our role as IPOs and making sure we are suitably dressed to protect VIPs. (With that I am looking to add new weapons and HPs to HVY) Not to mention, I am determined to bring back the unity and levels of high activity that we once had in the past. Back when we had six-ten players active every day, something I sought to restore. I envision an accepting environment in which everyone feels welcome and inspired to participate. To put it simply, years of experience, rock-solid commitment, and a vast vision for our future are more than enough to qualify me as the 2LT. The Full truth of the matter is I want to make Tank/Shore the best on the server. 6. What time zone are you in? EST 7. What can you do to improve the battalion? Although when much commitment has been placed in to have Tank/Shore compete at its highest level, I without fail rise to the occasion putting in work as if I had all the time in the world away from my 9-5. I am dedicated because I love to see Tank and Shore grow and make a difference in our community. There are several concrete steps that I intend to take to strengthen the battalion. Conduct engaging events I plan on conducting organized and scripted Tank/Shore Operations each week to display our capacities. This work will show the practical benefits we offer, and spotlight exactly why what we do is so significant. Looking to raise visibility within the server, so that we are seen and appreciated more. We try to build up more participation and excitement again: I started in ST when we had 10 active members daily, and I am determined to bring this level of participation and excitement back. I want to create a safe and respectful space so that everyone feels welcomed, important, and motivated. This feeling of community is necessary for us to succeed. Improving Training and Strategies: As an officer, I will better identify training methods and strategies that will allow us to work smarter and faster. Well, I have brought some of my ideas to the Tank Commander those were only the start. Even our role as IPOs needs to be changed and we have ourselves prepared to safeguard the VIP. I will further lobby our Heavy units for this, and for new weapons and health points to prepare us for operations. Unity and Collaboration: My vision consists of forging unity among different departments of our battalion. I would love to see STs, Tank, and Shore synergizing as a team. It will unify our battalion and prepare us for any challenge that comes our way. Bringing Back Nostalgia and Passion: I feel nostalgic and that we need to reinvigorate the passion that we once felt. I am working to bring back the buzz we once had by building external hype through experience and a sense of brotherhood. Everyone was wanted and respected and no one was left out. In the end, it is my level of experience, hard work, and vision that will allow me to best serve the battalion. I will consent to do the work, drive for the fun events, and build a better, more exciting Tank/ Shore battalion that makes our community proud. 8. How do you differ from other applicants? I think my dedication and vision for Tank/Shore separated me from the other candidates. I have been playing on the server since 2019 and have spent hours making Tank / Shore the best they could be, even logging onto the game when I have no time to spare and should be at work. I am passionate about our community and the health of our server. It is very different to mine though, as I am not just looking at the current, but also considering what may lie ahead. The bullies must be stopped, I want to see the days of Shore having six people online every day. To accomplish this, I'm creating experiences -- events, sims, and missions that will demonstrate the benefits of having Tank/Shore. The activities are meant to introduce what we do, get involved more people, and create a little community among our members. I have a clear vision of combining and unifying the STs as a whole in our server. I sure would love to see STs, Tank, and Shore on the field at the same time working together as one cohesive unit. This is more than a practice running missions - this is about creating a cohesive team that can handle anything presented to them. I know that it will not be easy, but I will work double shift and do everything in my power to take this vision into reality. Animosity on my part, but the reason is I come with a sense of nostalgia and an intent to bring back the zeal we lost. I miss the buzz that used to be a part of our community, and I want to give rise to that movement again. I desire to have everyone feel wanted and respected-a place where no one gets left out. —-------------------------------------- Closing Statement To close, my morale duty to our community and strive for perfection within Gaminglight since September 2019. Gamemaster, Senior Moderator, Shore Squad Lead, and lastly Naval Senior Chief Petty Officer, my experience has been plentiful and informative on what works and doesn't work when it comes to establishing a successful unified team. With the Shore Troopers, I cast my vision not to reclaim our former glory but to far surpass it. I am on a mission to return to the days when our members were excitedly and enthusiastically serving alongside one another. STs used to have six people on each day, we were thrilled and fired up! I want that back. I think by having events, better training and just building connections we could use our potential together to reach success. Being an Officer is the way that I can make a difference. I will bring new procedures, and the group will respond by stepping up with missions and engaging its members in a way that they are validated and feel driven. I want to make sure that Tank/Shore becomes visible for what we did why it was important to protect people of high stature and with the power they have given us, and how valued we are as a community. It is my nostalgia and love for this, that impels me to action. I want all members to feel wanted and valued, in a safe space where nobody is on the outside looking in. We are on the brink of building a better, stronger, and more dynamic Tank/Shore battalion to be proud of. Thanks for your time reviewing my application. I cannot wait to jump in and help even more around our battalion, I will be able to lead us Tank/Shore Troopers to all new heights!!! Let us do something great together.

In-Game Name: Hawkeye Steam Name: WolfKing140 SteamID: STEAM_0:0:461555742 / 76561198883377212 What is your discord username? hawkeye3763 What is your staff rank in GamingLight? Moderator How often are you on TeamSpeak? Everyday How often do you use Discord? I am always on Discord since I used to make discords for people. Why would you like to be a member of the Support Team? (150 word minimum)? I've been with this server for a very long time and have learned a lot about it; most of what I've learned has to do with how people behave and operate. I want to help as much as I can. Since I was a lore character for most of the time and was still there keeping an eye on everyone and teaching them, the community has now mostly forgotten about me. I left staff thinking that no one needed me anymore, but I soon realized that this community is where I started, which is why I have over 14,000 hours on Garry's mod. As a result, I have decided to join the support team to support this server and everything it stands for. When this position was originally opened, I said to myself in the meeting that I would never apply. However, then I began to consider why I would even want to become this, as I have never been the kind to assist others in this way—I'm usually the one who makes events and lays down the server's rules. However, as I progressed through the server, I became aware of how many people don’t know how to work the server. I had previously believed that starting again in GL would be simple, but I was mistaken people frequently needed assistance and I wanted to start helping them. I had previously believed that starting again in GL would be simple, but I was mistaken people frequently needed assistance and I wanted to start helping them. How would you greet someone that has a problem in one of our tickets, or support channels? Discord - Hello, Sir. My name is Hawkeye I am a member of support here on GL. How can I help you? TeamSpeak - Hello, Sir. I am aware that you are having trouble with issues on the server. I'm available to help you. Would you please give a more thorough description of the problem?

What is your in-game rank and name?: Chief Petty Officer Hawkeye What is your STEAM ID?: STEAM_0:0:461555742 Names of both Lieutenant Commander+ (MAJ+) that permitted you to apply?: Darby and Waltan How long have you been in Naval?: 5/7/2024 Why do you wish to become a Senior Officer?: I want to help bring the Naval back up to what it once was. When I was around, we had about 5 Navals on every day, and we did sims every day. I feel that as a Senior Officer, I can put in the work to start making changes. As a Senior Officer, I would work with all other naval officers to make sure we have active and happy Navals on at all times. Nowadays, people don’t want to play on Naval because of how much RP there is, but I have thoughts on how to change this. The reason that I have always included in every one of my applications is that I have been around for about 4 to 5 years, give or take. I know how the old Naval was, and now I know how the Naval can be made into a bigger Breach. I may not have been around for 2 years, but after all that time, I can see that the numbers of Naval have fallen, and I wish to make sure that Naval can never die out. Just by talking to Coolnic, I can see how much he loves the Naval, and I like how much work he puts in to make the Naval into what it is, but it wouldn’t hurt to keep a few more people who know how to lead by his side. Unlike other people going to apply for Senior Officer, I have a lot more experience with Naval and how it works. In the past, I have been in many different command positions (Seventh Sister, Vice Sov, Shock COL, and Naval Captain) with all of that, I have come to understand that I need to be a leader when it is time to lead and be fun when it is downtime. I became a GM to host events and Sims for Shock and Naval, but now that I have left Shock, I now can do more for Naval by doing more sims and events for Naval to make sure they have more fun. Now we all know that Naval isn’t as fun as the other breaches, and some call us all RP and no fun, but we know how much work gets put into the RP. I know we can start doing sims where we have to put on our ground armor make our way out to a planet cut off the rebels' comms, and then send in the forces. There is a lot that the Naval can do. What are the duties of a Senior Officer?: As a Naval Senior Officer on the server, I would be entrusted with a range of responsibilities that help your peers and other members of the ISD towards success. You lead by example, providing guidance and direction to your crew and members of the ISD. Your experience is used to mentor newer members of Naval recruits, imparting knowledge and strategies to make them the best Naval they can be. From what I can tell, a lot of Naval don't know how to fully RP, so I can help with fixing that. As a Senior Officer in the Naval, your duties will cover a lot of ground. Here's a quick rundown of everything that a Naval Senior Officer would do Leading and commanding naval personnel during operations are a big part of the Naval and of Officers, make strategic decisions plays a big part as well because many people don’t understand that being an Officer can mean the difference from if someone has a good rp time or a bad one, and coordinate with other branches like the Army. Training and mentoring are big parts of the job, ensuring recruits know our protocols, how to do /me, and helping junior officers advance. Roleplay is essential within the GL Community and even more essential with Naval. Sticking to lore is a very hard thing to do on the server, but Senior Officers need to know all of the show lore and in-game lore, lead RP events and interact with players to create an immersive narrative. Communication is key many people within Naval Command don’t talk to our lower-ranking members and I feel that the job of a senior officer is to connect everyone's ideas, acting as the lead of the Naval most of the time. Clear communication within our ranks is ensured by senior officers who converse with and comprehend members of other branches. To put it briefly, a senior officer's job entails strategy development, leadership, training, a lot of roleplay, communication, and breach engagement to make sure the Navy is the finest in the business. How will you assist the battalion as a Senior Officer?: My experience as a Senior Officer will be valuable. I've been in the Navy for four or five years, and even though I took a sabbatical, I saw the changes and understood the areas in which we needed to improve. Many individuals on the server are aware of who I am and how hard I work to achieve my goals. I will go to whatever lengths to ensure that Naval is the best around if instructed to do so. My major objective is to get more sims and events happening to enhance activity and engagement and ultimately encourage more people to have fun. I'm committed to restoring daily simulations and a positive work environment to the Naval. Okay, so sometimes playing the Sims isn't as enjoyable as it was when I was younger. As of right now, I've been working hard every day to make the Naval the best, and I have a lot of events scheduled that will help the Navy regain its prominence. What qualifies you to be a Senior Officer?: I served in the Navy for four or five years, so I have a lot of experience there. I've had a lot of leadership positions during this period, such as Vice Sovereign, Seventh Sister, Shock Colonel, and Naval Captain, all of which have strengthened my leadership abilities. As a GM, I've hosted a lot of events and simulations, that help the server grow and change. Over the years I have made a lot of rules to make sure the server kept growing and it really as in the past I said that I was getting too old on the server and it was time for me to move on but what I didn’t realize was the server didn’t need me to leave it needed me to stay and work harder. My qualifications are that I have worked to make the server great for years stayed for a very long time and have 20+ weeks on the server alone. But my true amount of hours on GMOD is 14,000+ hours I have put everything I have into GMOD and I am ready to put more. I have a deep understanding of lore and in-game roleplay, and I am committed to maintaining high standards of RP. I also focus on finding out how to make the Navy better than any other. That is why I went and learned how other branches work.
