I would like to be a Vice Commander for this branch because I have ideas/visions for future Shock and I would like to use them to boost Shocks activity and to make the battalion better and bigger, I also would like to help build up the NCO positions as well as work with the Commander to update any SOPs that needs changes. The main purpose of a Vice Commander for a Branch is to ensure everyone is doing their job/day to day duties, and working together as a team not just with your own battalion, but with everyone, also making sure everyone is following the SOPs at all time so nobody breaks the rules and everyone understands what they are doing, as well as making sure everyone follows chain of Command. A Vice Commander should also be answering questions not just in game but off of the game too, and should be hosting fun sims/trainings for the battalion so everyone can get along, and so that everyone can practice working together. 6. Why should we trust you to be a Vice Commander? Even though I have no previous experience of being a Vice Commander, I still feel I can be trusted to hold this position because I am very serious and dedicated when it comes to doing my job and handling tough situations such as dealing with a member of shock, another member of a battalion, and dealing with command stuff, I also make sure those who are under me are always doing their job and following the SOPs so no one gets in trouble. Lastly, I have shown leadership and lots of other skills to everyone throughout the time I have been in Shock and on the server, and I am also very active and have been in the shock battalion for almost 3 months now. 7. How often can you be Online? I usually try to be online all the time, but normally I get 60 to 70 hours a week. 8. Do you have any Warnings? I currently have 0 warnings.

I have been in the Shock battalion since 10/04/23 (almost a month). How much time do you have on the server? I currently have 2 weeks on the Imperial RP server and wish to improve that as I go on. Why do you feel that you deserve the position of officer? I believe I deserve the officer position in the Shock battalion because I am very active member, I love answering fellow Shock members questions, I make sure everyone in the Shock battalion is doing great, I have also watched other Shock officers and have got a solid idea down on what they do and what I could do, and in my opinion my experience and dedication combined could make me a strong pick for the Shock officer position. Why do you feel you can be trusted to hold this position? Even though I have no previous experience of being an officer, I still feel I can be trusted to hold the officer position in the Shock battalion because I have been around for quite some time to understand the rules/rights and wrongs of Shock, I also make sure those who are under me are on always on duty, lastly in my opinion I have been making the right choices since I joined the Shock battalion and do not plan on changing that. If chosen, what can you add to the battalion that other applicants can't? Things I can add the to the Shock battalion that other applicants cant are giving feedback to others, making people feel welcome when joining the Shock battalion, I also would like to increase the Shock activity by hosting sims for people to enjoy not just for quota, another Thing I would like to do is attend every meeting to get filled in with all the important information that happening or used later on. I feel I am very dedicated when it comes to situations and always remain calm no matter what. I am very active on Imperial RP and spend lots of time looking over the rules and ways of the server. I have wanted to join the staff team for quite some time and didn't know when to apply, but I have now built up more confidence to do so. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?: If someone was Mass RDMing and cursing me out I would pull them for a sit, I would check logs to grasp the situation. Then I would try to deescalate the problem my best. After that I would explain their punishment for the RDM and disrespect. Lastly, I would explain that they are being banned for 5 days for Mass RDM and disrespect and try to tell them how they could avoid breaking rules when they return.
