    I'll use Maynard as an example here, when Maynard attacks and kills someone in the foundation usually he gets terminated. Surge is claiming that a GenSec was attacking a command memeber in GenSec and he terminated the attacker, I dont see this as RDM as much as it is protecting a command member from a threat. The situation should of never happened in the first place in all honesty and Surge probaly should've put out a KOS on the attacker for shooting a Command member then killed the attacker to avoid any problems. 

     

    Edit: A verbal warning should of been issued to the person that attacked a GenSec command member and to surge. GenSec should not be attacking one another in the first place but for all you know in RP that GenSec could always be a CI spy. This whole situation looks like a misunderstanding.

    I do not see anything relating to not tranqing a cuffed SCP, nor did the staff member ( @Starstep ) who handled the situation.

    I'd grade myself in the Low A's, High B's.

    Why should you be in Chaos Insurgency? (75 word minimum)

    In my opinion I feel I should be in Chaos Insurgency because I feel I show the core values of what CI represents. I'd make it my only purpose to free SCPs and D-Class, just cause overall mayhem to the facility and won't stop until my life is gone or we successfully takeover. Another plus is I am very good with combat as my strength is shooting. Because of my combat I feel i'd make a good fit too.

    What is something that sets you apart from other applicants?

    A major thing that set's myself apart from other applicants is the fact that no matter how many obstacles are in the way like MTF, Nu7, etc I will manage a plan to get the job done. Also, I am a great observer/listener so when I get instructions from a higher up they will get done simply.

    Question / Idea: Will singing a different song to the sheet have any different outcomes?

    Background Research: Will attempt to get someone to finish the music with their own blood of course.

    Hypothesis: I feel since this SCP has never heard music it may find it enjoyable and result in a more peaceful outcome.

    Observations (What Happened During Test): Once the test subject walked into the cell with the SCP as he started singing BOOM. He instantly fell to the ground in a pool of his own blood, lifeless. 

    Evidence/Visual Stimuli (N/A if unable/none): N/A (will do next time, this is my first test alone)

    Analysis / Conclusion (What Could Of Caused The Results): At the end of the day, the sheet didn't favor the singing of the Class D Personnel.
