I've come to the conclusion that Weeb may be a little rough around the edges and a little blunt, but I don't think that should automatically disqualify him via a sea of -Supports, heck sometimes those are attributes that come in handy. I also think it's important to note that he's applying for SCMD and that if he is found to be a toxic command member that HCMD will simply remove him, so problem solved. Therefore, given his activity, knowledge of R&D, familiarity of other branches, and drive, that he should be given a chance as a SARCH. I believe that Weeb would indeed be well suited to the task of encouraging and motivating the enlisted and LCMD members of R&D if given the chance.

    I would like to join Nu7 because I would like to join a branch that helps recontain scps and ensures they don't breach. I would like to also be apart of an mobile task force team that is a great branch overall and welcomes new people into the branch and are nice people overall. I've already been in Nu7 before and would like to join it again and I will enjoy my stay in Nu7 if I get back in. Last reason I would like to join is because I want to be someone in the branch and get somewhere in it.

    I honestly don't see how any of this could rise to the level of player diss. To me, it appears that Raymond was simply trying to provide accurate information to a player, but an argument broke out and he then he tried to shut it down instead of arguing in OOC. I honestly feel that even a verbal is unnecessary and unwarranted. Our staff should not feel that they have to walk on eggshells for fear of being reported.

    Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) Why I believe I deserve the rank is because I have been playing on this server for some time now and have the playtime on the server for two weeks, I believe I would have enough experience to familiarize all the rules and would know what to do in certain reports in game, I have also been a member of this community for a while so I know what to do and what not to do considering I was past staff twice on the Imperial RP server. Another reason is that I would be able to withstand a staff member rank and would be serious at all times on the staff job and would persevere through any mistakes made and to not do them again. Lastly is that I am certain that I will do good in any sits that are suitable for a trial mod as in RDM or any other things.

    Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First I would gain context of the situation and calm the person down, Next if the person is still cursing I would people the person aside or gag them then I would get the player who reported the person who was mass rdming side and to try and get evidence to make it easier or I would check the DMG or combat logs to see if the player killed the people on purpose, After I've gotten all of that done I would warn him and get a higher staff member to ban them for 5 Days for Mass rdm and explain to them why He/She is getting warned/banned for.

    Q4: There is a player abusing a known bug, and he has been reported to staff. He swears he followed the server rules when you talk with him. What's the best way to handle this? First I would gain context of the situation and then get both players side of the situation and then I would ask for evidence of the player who was reported and lets say he is glitching through check points by sitting down inside of the window, After I've gotten evidence or video evidence because I can't be completely biased as I would need some sort of evidence in this type of sit. After I have gain Evidence I would warn the player and if it happens again I would report it to higher ups.

    I think he would be a great pick for the staff team, as the one who's previously blacklisted him from Security awhile ago I thinks hes changed and is ready. Only issue recently has been targeting CI on D-Class however its not breaking the rules technically, just a rude thing to do.

    Avalon is a great, honest guy who has done a lot for this server in his short time here.

    The only issue I take with this application is that you are too lenient in some of your answers, for example I personally would not give a verbal after mass rdm, I’d issue a ban right away.

    Overall: Not a Spy in my eyes is pretty good in certain areas he's mainly dedicated to the branches he's in I can't say much on combative skills due to me not being in maint anymore nor am I able to see him in E11 (Don't play on it that often)

    Flixy has previous command experience.
    Flixy is pretty active.
    Flixy has made a well written application.

    Although the amount of warnings Flixy has is cause for concern I have not seen him act inappropriately for quite some time which leads me to believe it won't be an issue going forward.

    • DT Needs a more recent change, and this update looks like the perfect addition.
    • These new additions brings more attention to DT and should bring a increase to DT's activity
    • Changes are balanced and wont bring any confusion or conflict to other battalions or server.
    • Nice Models
    • DT are meant to be beefier, would make sense to give them the slight scale and hp increase

    Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum) What I believe that I deserve and desire this rank is because I would like to help on the staff team and with being a staff member before I should be able to withstand such a rank and as being in staff. I should be able to be responsible when on the staff job and in general when on the staff team, I understand punishments and requirements when doing something I shouldn't and helping other players. As a whole I know how  to act and know to use common sense when on the staff job. More reason that I deserve this rank is because I would be on late at night when staff aren’t usually on to help people who play on GMT if they have a problem of what sort and this can provide help for them when no staff are online at the time like early in the morning or late at night.

    Scenario questions: 

    Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? First I would get context of the situation then I would get both players side after I have done that I would check logs to confirm the MRDM or get the player to provide video clip if needed. After I have done that and if the person is still cursing at me I would gag him and explain that he is getting warned and banned for 5 days, then I would ban him for the maxium amount of a Trial moderator then submit a ban request with all the evidence.

    Q3: In your opinion, what is the best way to handle a situation involving a player that clearly does not care about the punishments they are receiving? First I would give a verbal warning and lets say he rdm'd a d class when he is on a research job and the d class did not attack him at all, so first I would give them a verbal warning if their playtime on the server is below a week and then If it continues I'd assume he doesn't care that he is gonna get warned or possibly banned, so I would take the report of the person who rdm'd more d class acting like they're security I would explain the situation to the person who doesn't care and warn him for Killing D class as a Researcher and if it continues I will report it to a higher staff member.
