Above Average, I try to expand my knowledge as much as possible on the subject Why should you be in Chaos Insurgency? (75 word minimum) My first reason is that I constantly trying to elevate my knowledge of the SCP lore and content. When I'm waiting for the server to fill up during late night/early mornings I mostly watch videos about SCP related topics. The second reason I should be CI is that I can lead and manage a team pretty decently. When I'm the highest rank online as Gensec I try to think of the best strategy for keeping D boiz under control and not escaping. Finally my 3rd reasoning is that I'm active every day striving for promotions and being the best at the given branch. My goal for this RP server is to be in the higher commands for all possible branches. What is something that sets you apart from other applicants? I assume that everyone that has applied is super active and highly knowledgeable about SCP, However I doubt most of their main goal is to be the best out of the best for all branches. How active can you be? So far ive been active around 8-9hrs everyday and I dont plan on lowering those hours Do you have both Teamspeak and Discord: Yes, but am having mic issues

It should be pretty squishy w/ no armor(its for spying and being peaceful, not for fighting) 5. Why should we add this SCP? It should be used to help CI by providing information on SCPs and Gensec/MTF positions. 6. Basic summary of the SCP: SCP-1316 is a common house hold kitten with no unusal behaivors, however its been with the foundation since 1948 and shows no sign of aging. It is quite friendly with strangers and personal. However everyday its been sending radio transmittions to CI. 7. Extra Information: It has been contained in a 2.5 x 2 x 1.5 m radio frequency proof room with a radio reciever to pick up its transmittions. However I believe it shouldnt be contained as it could be a vital help for CI and it cant self breach like most other SCPs can. Or if anything it can be used as a event scp
