Mini is an Excellent member of the staff team and is Well-Regard by the community, with his experience and overall knowledge I believe he will be a great Senior Admin.

  2. Implement a rule where during a robbery ALL involved must be inside the location being robbed. When there's 3-5 gov on vs a crim family of 5-7 players a robbery is pretty balanced. With the crims having to fight their way out of the building the extra numbers crims usually have is counterbalanced by the attack vs defend positions. However, snipers on rooftops, and bikes and cars pulling up from behind and just hitting gov with drive-by's from behind while these situations are going on is frankly ridiculous.

Usually the ratio of crim to gov is about 1:2 but sometimes 1:3. Numbers are pretty thinly spread for government and as stated above what evens the playing field is crims having to exit the robbery location and fight through the government blockades. With the already low numbers of gov to crim the drive-by's especially by large families like Triads completely ruin any semblance of balance during these situations. There's not enough gov as is to breach and clear most robberies, let alone be blocking off the streets and clearing rooftops from flanking crims.

  3. At the moment, robbing a store in full (including getting lucky and getting the combination to the safe) will yield 6-7 marked money worth between 250-400$. At the very most (which is quite rare with the drop rate of safe combinations being very low) you're making 2800 per store. Taking into consideration the risk of robbing a store, right now it's simply not worth it. You're risking up to 80 months (if you get into a gunfight) for a measly average of like 1200$.

I believe increasing the payout of register and safe marked money from anywhere between 1000-3000 each will give criminals another options besides banks (very rare), jewelry stores (long cooldowns) and coke/heroin (very time consuming and excludes any interaction with gov). Buffing the price of marked money significantly will give criminals and by extension gov/ems more to do, as criminals will begin to rob stores on downtime between larger jobs.

  4. What is your in-game name?: Alex Raddish

What is your FiveM account name?: AlexRaddish

    What is your SteamID?:  STEAM_0:1:85663951

Do you have any other experience staffing (If yes, please explain)?: Yes, I was a Senior Admin on GamingLight PoliceRP

What date did you (roughly) start playing within the community?: Around Feburary 2018

What date did you make your forums account?: April 3rd 2020

How many warns do you have on the server?: 16 (PoliceRP)

    Have you donated?: Yes

What rank are you applying for?: Trial Moderator

Have you read the community staff guidelines?: Yes

    What is your Timezone?: EST

Permission (Required for Admin+ Applications): N/A

Why do you believe that you deserve this rank? (Can be any length): I have been a part of the GamingLight community for almost 4 years now, and have spent 2 years of that time staffing on PoliceRP. I believe I have the skills and experience I need to handle any situation I may be faced with while staffing on FiveM, and although I do not have previous experience staffing on the FiveM platform; I'm extremely flexible and a fast learner. I'm active on the server, mainly on crim and I have a strong understanding of the rules. I love playing on the server and only wish to help out any way I can.

How would you handle someone that is RDM'ing players and being uncooperative when spoken about it?: If a player continues to RDM after I have already verbally warned them for doing so, I would first remove them from RP and take them somewhere private; so that I could speak to them one on one. I would explain to them why they are here, and explain the rules the player has broken. Depending on how many counts of RDM the player has committed, I would proceed with a formal warning and either a Jail and or Ban in accordance with the staff handbook.

How would you handle someone that is being overly toxic / rude to another member of the community?: Before taking any formal actions towards the player(s), I would first attempt to resolve the situation verbally in a private setting. I would explain to to the player that player disrespect is both against server and community rules and verbally warn the player. If the toxicity continues I would proceed with a formal warning, and a mute of the player involved.

  5. What you want to see? - The option to purchase Armor / Heavy Armor off of the Darkweb

Why should we add it? - Right now the only way for criminals to acquire Armor / Heavy Armor is by taking it off cops through robbing / looting their bodies

What are the advantages of having this? - It will give criminals another option instead of having to kill/rob cops for their armor

Who is it mainly for? - Criminals

Links to any content - N/A

While I don't think it should be against the rules to tell somebody you're reporting them, it is a pretty toxic behaviour that does more harm than good. It just fans the flames of any dispute/argument and many times I've seen a newer player being berated and instantly yelled at with "Im calling an admin! i'm recording!" Over the smallest of rule breaks. While it is a semi-serious RP server, if you take it seriously enough to shatter any semblance of RP to berate somebody for breaking a rule; you should be able to just RP the situation out and just let them know OOC that what they're doing is against the rules.

However I really don't see any way of implementing this and or enforcing it.

Myan is hands down one of the most helpful, approachable and professional individuals I've ever met. With previous experience as an SMT member I think without a doubt Myan exceeds every expectation of what an Admin should be. He knows the MOTD inside and out, knows how to handle virtually any staff situation imaginable, and is fair and unbiased in his judgement.
