Why should you retain your rank (WO+ must respond | 150+ words): I have found more fun and enjoyment in security than any branch I have recently been in. The amount of time and effort I put into preforming in the job to the best of my abilities along with the slightly lengthy but crucial training I have been preforming is significant. I am dedicated to this branch at this point and I have no intention of leaving it anytime soon. I find myself excited to get on every time to talk with my new companions and my higher ups and making sure that the security branch is preforming to the best of its ability. I can't think of a time that I was on security that I wanted to get off, even when I was stressed or dealing with . Over all, its preposterous the outpouring support I have received from countless members of the team and I plan on making sure I let none of them down if I keep my job.

What did the player do: This player had failed RP as Dr. Bright. I warned him for fail RP, demoted him off the job, and continued on my job. He then spammed in admin chat "rdm" multiple times after I demoted him, which I ignored after talking to waffle, him being the one who killed him, because he had complete reasonable cause to be killed. He flagged on twice after that, which I warned him for both times that he did, and then interrupted another sit that I was preforming at a time very close to when I demoted him. He showed little to no remorse for his actions and refused to believe I was qualified to deal with him, and showed general disrespect for me at that moment. I had warned him for interrupting a sit and for staff diss and he was kicked from the server. He then joined back on a few minutes later claiming that he was going to file a report against me. (no evidence for last claim.)

What do you believe should happen to the player: I want him blacklisted from the science branch for a good while, or at the very least Dr. Bright, along with a ban anywhere from 3 days to a week.

Any extra information: I was unable to ban or blacklist him, hence the player report.

He has a reason of doing this guys. THEY opened the doors, and that was part of an event. He says it's not a breach event, I believe him. So you breaching after they opened the doors should be something that isn't really cool for the Foundation at that moment, but the event is a form of role play so I guess it COULD be considered fair. I really don't think Phil was truly in the wrong here. TLDR I see both sides, but Phill had a reason to stop him from breaching. It could've been handled a bit better, but hindsight is always 20/20.

Upon looking at this he was warned for player diss already and I had done it another time. I was “adamant” because I believe Dragin specifically asked for me, most likely because I was helping him with other people saying it. I’ll say +support, two player diss warns for the same thing is a bit too much IMO.

[Cat Staff Report]

Alright, time to debunk a few things and admit to a few more. This thread has already proven to me that I don’t take staff seriously, and I need to fix that immediately. I’m definitely not taking some things seriously. So starting from this point I don’t think I’m gonna be minging anymore, I’ll leave that to other servers. Getting to the original post, it’s already been stated to the person I had talked to about this: none of this was rp whatsoever. I had requests from 106 to to him to hang out with a few people who were setting up props in 106’s pocket, and so I obliged for 5 to 10 minutes max? Afterwards everyone had settled, deleted all props and left the area. Later on the player diss situation I had informed him it had to do with quite a few people calling a player named Dragin derogatory phrases, (dragin these nuts was what was being said at the time) After informing the player I had warned him along with a few others for player diss with that phrase, he continues to question why I did so. I believe he even cut out in his unedited version or simply didn’t record the first part of all of that, which was me explaining he made that joke to a player. I threatened staff diss because he was acting unreasonable in the situation with his anger aimed towards me. With the bias issue, I don’t know the guy, didn’t have any bias aside from me being perturbed at another person joining the player diss towards Dragin.

reading all of the staffs comments reminds me that games and fun end at the rp jobs and I have to take staff more seriously, so I will be doing so from here in. However what I always take seriously are the warns and sits I go through. I don’t warn unless I think the situation truly calls for a punishment. But it’s outside of sits I seem to get a bit too mingy, always stopping my fooling around at the last second, and it will be fixed starting today.
