What are you suggesting? - Have the riot shield have some sort of damage reduction to health instead of blocking it, so people can't camp down a hall after loosing all their armor. Like having it at maybe a 50% damage reduction.
How would this change better the server? - It can stop camping from down the halls and make pushes a little more coordinated but risky because of the damage reduction instead of negating it.
Are there any disadvantages of making this change to the server? If so, explain. - It might reduce the amount of riot shield users, because currently riot shield only takes armor away and not health, requiring users to actually plan their actions if they use the riot shield, as if this is implemented, riot shield users might need to avoid large amounts of people.
Who would this change mostly benefit? - Riot shield users (spammers)

Why do you want to join the Red Right Hand team: I want to join the Red Right Hand team because I want to expand my experiences in branches. I also want to apply because RRH in general seems fun, working with other people with a similar skill level, and maturity. I did have past experience when A1 was a branch and know how to at least guard someone. Through out my time observing RRH on site, I got interested within the branch because of the cool tools and duties that RRH can do.
Why should we accept you: You should accept me because I am a determined person who uses fast paced solutions to solve small or large problems in a short time span (not guaranteed). I also like to work with people I can either relate to or work best with and I have decent maturity when it comes to minging, always a time and place for it.

Job Blacklisted From: GENSEC
Reason for the Job Blacklist: Mass Racism in addition for my ban
Dispute: I know I'm a bit late for appealing this branch blacklist, (because I generally have no point in joining gensec unless I'm 100% bored) but I only now found out I can appeal my branch blacklist here. For those who didn't know, I got banned from the server permanently due to a player report, along with that, I got a 1 month blacklist on MTF, and a permanent Gensec blacklist. I know what I did back then was dumb, and I didn't plan on returning until I got bored one day. I do understand some people (not pointing fingers) might not forgive me if they are still here or if they can remember me, but I have changed a lot and I just want to get the blacklist lifted so I can get the pressure of this off me. If this appeal gets denied I can understand, but mainly this is for the smallest part of me clinging on to this causing me pain in memories.

Why do you want to join Delta-5? I want to join Delta-5 because it would be a new feel of a branch I haven't heard of before, and could be fun due to the personal experience of others. I also want to join because I think I could be of some use in riots, as I don't get a lot of riot experience as E11.
Why should we let you into Delta-5? You should let me into Delta-5 because I want to see how the branch exactly works and how fun it is. I also want to make new friends in Delta-5 because I've only confined myself to the same branch whenever I want to join one.

Why do you want to join the O5 staff team: I want to join the O5 staff team because I want to get a new feel on RRH and how it functions as a whole. I also want to join it because I used to enjoy guarding O5 members when the old Alpha-1 was an actual MTF branch.
Why should we accept you: Despite my past actions which earned me a permanent ban, I am back and I have changed and want to apply for RRH. I am decent in combat and I have previous knowledge in guarding which is why I am applying for guardian. I like to work with people who are tactically organized with devised plans on extraction and movement with VIPs and that is something I'd like to not only work on, but get a new feeling for.
(There is not a word requirement, however a one-two sentence application will likely get denied)

Dispute: So its been roughly 1 year since I got banned from gaming light, and as I am bored from playing other Gmod servers, I am wanting to appeal 1 last time, I've learnt a lot from my ban, racism and how it isn't tolerable, how I should act in general, and who to apologize to for this. During the time of my ban, I've gotten more mature and know about the usage of racist words and not to use them. I have learned from my mistake and paid the price for it, and I am truly sorry for those I offended and am offering my apology about it. I just want to return to gaming light and see some of my friends if they are still in the community and see how well it developed as I was banned.

Dispute: So, i know what i did was wrong, and i regret what i did to my friends and family on this server and am only coming back onto this server to see all my friends and severely apologize for what i did to everyone, and to all admins, T mods and Super admins apart. If i was to ever get unbanned i would probably keep my trap shut. Again i am very sorry for what i did and it has reflected on me for what i did and guilt is left forever on me with no one to apologize to and if i can't get this appealed then i wish every one a huge apology on my part for saying that specific word.

What do you believe should happen to the admin: Because hes a trial mod, a demotion at the most.
Any extra information: Mike was abusing his physgun on a cuffed engineer as seen on this photo, and when we cuffed him, he said failrp even though he was using his physgun and then used the /uncuff command to uncuff himself and then proceeded to tie him to the floor, and use his physgun to release him to his death.

Why do you want to join the Red Right Hand team:
I wish to join the RRH team because I think it would be a nice experience working with their members. I also have previous guarding experience as I used to be in A1 when it was a branch back in late 2019/early 2020. Being in A1 at the time taught me all the guarding formations, though most of the knowledge I had learned has deteriorated. I believe I am a fit candidate for RRH due to this. I also enjoy playing on the server and devote usually 2-3 hours playing on the server weekly with other members of MTF. Due to me also being D4, I know how to properly strategize and I can quickly solve a problem with other SF quickly.
Why should we accept you:
You should accept me into RRH due to my previous knowledge of guarding, good combat skills, and dedication to the server. I always wanted to join RRH ever since it was created, as I was interested in the classes. Despite my history and warns, I have changed a LOT and enjoy the server due to the memories I have had in this server. My maturity has also changed over the years and I am not like my energetic self 2 years ago, there is a time and place for minginess.
