    I've seen Thejayden on PD most of the time, and He is fit for this rank in PD and he is an amazing major and he listens to both sides before making an decision, and whenever I have trouble with an Police Officer and no LC is on, I usually message TheJayden because he always responds.

    Could use a little more time as MAJ 😉

    I get he respawned when ems is on but he did not know cut him some slack and also the fear RP he had his back turned and could not see the guns I also  want to add alpha I found out you were very rude in this sit and did not listen to both sides of the story

    Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum): there is many reasons why I should be promoted to the rank of Captain one of these many reasons is I feel that I have increased my activity within the police department I think activity is always good especially for command members. Next I believe I have shown a lot of dedication towards the police department this has shown by me constantly making the meetings when I can and giving honest feed back to the officers I also think I have had a lot of time in the lieutenant position and have watched countless Captain's do there jobs well and correctly this being said I think after observing other Captain's I would know how to handle the responsibility's that come with this rank. another thing I think I have improved on is my maturity I understand in previous times that my maturity was not where it should been and that I was acting very immature however I feel I have changed my ways and have became a more mature command member. lastly my intentions for the police department is to benefit and help it be the best department it can be this also shows more examples to how I am dedicated to the police department and how I want to benefit it as much as I possibly can.

    The reasons above are why I believe you should be promoted to the rank of Senior Admin.

    Game Theorist is a trusted and dedicated staff member. Being Co-Leader of the PRP Event Team along with being a Forum Diplomat and a member of TS Support comes to show that.

    As for what Sanchez mentioned about your last application, I would recommend leaving it be no matter what kind of support you're receiving, as it will tell you how others view your staffing ability and how you can improve. I somewhat agree with what he is saying, but not enough to give you negative support.

    I hope to see you as a Senior Admin soon.
