While yes it is something that would be nice for the rich among us I feel like its actually nice to have a different grind that isn't connected to your status within the server as far as money. -

I'm just gonna be honest with this but no one actually knows what can be fearrp and what isn't as we have no strict guideline since yes a criminal can some how solo fearRP a gov dude but not the other way. -

1. You had illegal miners that mine materials can actually be herd through the walls and is allowed to be herd like that.
2. That isn't no-clip or anything of the sort that is actually SRT's Parkour swep that is in use as of that raid.
3. You can see a warrant was made before I hopped the fence
4. During the second video I was demoted off the job by a minge and USMS was handling the evidence so that wasn't something to do with me and looks like y'all actually broke NLR by coming back during the raid like that. -
What you want to see? - I would like to see us change to a different map maybe rockford maybe truenorth maybe an older GL map that we havn't used in years??
Why should we add it? - Because I've talked to people and alot of us are starting to get fairly bored of this map doing the same beat all the time which has lead to many people not really doing much.
What are the advantages of having this? - Could boost player count and would allow for RP in a different setting instead of us doing the exact same thing and pursuits being the same old boring circles.
Who is it mainly for? - Everyone who plays PRP in GL.
Links to any content - N/A as we have our own rockford verisons. Although going back to the HWY map for a while might be cool if it works with the new servers.

If I had to be honest this cad is a cool idea but I prefer the old cad we had better as it was more feature rich than this current cad is with having a GPS in the old one and a system that worked mean while I've noticed many police unable to even run ids.
I believe that if they added more features people might actually check the cad to even respond to the 911 calls to start with. -

While yes irl there have been people who have been detained or arrested known to get out of cuffs with hand cuff keys in their jacket or pockets or even in their prison wallets.
I don't know how you would implement this besides it being another item that could be a mini game type thing to pick yourself out instead of just taken time or maybe requiring a certain amount of DOC to be on in order to jailbreak this way.
But as being able to just jailbreak without anyone else being involved seems a bit unneeded but I can see how this could be a good idea. -

I am sorry he is very active and I believe he might one day make a good LT however he asked me at-least 5+ times to read and support the application.
I do wish him luck on his future within this department but I can not with good faith +support this application

I believe you need more experience and shouldn't be advertising your application in game.
You also shouldn't be actively receiving more warns after applying. -
Just curious honestly what year you think was the best year for GL Police RP.
IMO I still find 2019 or 2020 to be the best two years but ey. -

Why do I believe I should be granted the rank of Trail-Moderator? I believe I should be granted the rank due to my abilities to be on the server when not many other staff can due to work or timezones I tend to be on extremely late and fairly early as well as just generally on at random points of the day. This makes it so I can help enforce the rules at different times and help where staff currently lacks people to enforce the rules on the server. I believe that I also deserve this rank because I have experience which makes me more than qualified for this position. I know that some people have known me and some people have seen me do my job as staff when I was staff without having any biases for anyone even if I knew them I would still warn them if they broke a rule that required it or hand out the proper punishment in general regardless of any ties I have to them regardless of department or even when families have been at war when I was staff I treated everyone with the basic respect and professionalism that any staff should be treating a player of this community.
I also believe that I have proven that when I do mess up I do own up to it and at-least attempt to right any wrong that I have committed whether by mistake or me not thinking clearly and just doing something completely out of line. I know that I've been denied before but I believe that me trying multiple times shows that I do want to re-join the staff team and work my ways up the rank.How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? This is a fairly simple question in my eyes and it has a fairly simple answer. if they were mass rdming I would jailtp them to me and try to talk to them and try to get them to settle down and stop cursing if needed gagging or muting them depending on if they settle down after being asked to. Now after I get them to settle down or if needed mute/gag them I would explain to them that we do not tolerate Mass RDMing on any of the GamingLight servers and that they will be sadly recieving a warning along with a ban for 5 Days in accordance with the staff handbook. Now depending on the words they use in the curse that could be anything from a formal warning for Staff Diss to a Warning or a ban if they said something racist or homophobic. But that is besides the point.
The Formal warn for MRDM would be handed out along with a ban request being made if no Admin+ is on to handout the ban -

But I believe that they should have more restrictions and should be brought back for command+ in tactical units like before and HC for other units plus the medics.
As we hardly have HC it would be better just to give them to LC and HC along with medical like how it use to be.
The reason they were removed is mostly due to how unregulated they were and so a certain group of people abused them by waiting for a medic to get on after they died with a barret instead of just accepting the lost. So just having some basic global guidelines for all departments on defibs would be an easy fix. -

I agree with this alot that alot of departments seem to handle things very differently. I know that some departments hand out harsher punishments than others to criminals which ends up in criminals thinking and this is all just an example.
PD Shows up: They aren't hard enough so they are likely to kill them or just accept a ticket.
Tac show ups: They nearly won't surrender because they know they'll get a harsh sentence.
FBI Shows up: Depends on the guys day. -

What you want to see? - I would like to see since we added the auto training I've had PD OFC's and State Trooper Cadets raid me or attempt to raid me. So I would like to see the removal of the battering ram from PD Officer and if possible doing something similar for the first rank in state.
Why should we add it? - It'll help with random OFC's and Trooper's who just joined raiding me at 7 AM EST.
What are the advantages of having this? - It'll remove the ability for them to cause harm and its the same logic as why we don't let PD OFC's drive vehicles and such.

What you want to see? - Majority of departments getting a re-work on car skins and designs in general.
Why should we add it? - Because in all honesty we haven's had anything skin wise change or even get updated. We removed SCU now nearly a year or two ago and it still has its skins in the server. We also should just in general update some departments skins such as Delta's which legit says Delta Squad still instead of its new name. SRT & FBI Could use some skin reworks and USMS/SS Could maybe get skins designed. We know you guys have people who can make the skins as you've shown with the taxis. Plus this would allow for USMS and SS not to need to just use FBI Skins which at times can look really dumb to see a motorcade with just FBI's symbol all over it and in general some of the skins just feel old.
What are the advantages of having this? - This would allow for us to have updated skins for departments in general and also stop the overlap of skins that we currently have going on. The Raptor for example has skins that could show SWAT or SRT at times depending on what you have downloaded which can mess things up for people who see for example a SWAT in a vehicle with an SRT skin but it has a SWAT one for them.
Who is it mainly for? - Everyone who has eyes.
