[How are the other servs of GL?]

My general experiences are as follows

Imperial : Has some great events, but unless you're in a branch that specialises in passive RP you might be a bit bored outside of them. Their Command members often host trainings and the like to keep you busy enough, so it's not that big of an issue.

SCP : Has a lot of different play-styles and is quite action-packed, but unless you have a basic understanding of SCP lore you might be very confused at first. This post by Bread can probably explain the classes to you.

PRP : You can have some generally more "casual" play here compared to the other 2, while still having a bit of RP. 

In the end, all 3 are good servers. If you haven't tried one yet I suggest just hopping on and giving it a shot.

The model has no purpose, and is quite large.
The cuff change would have no effect, just call staff if people do that kind of stuff.

+Support, it is a permanent item that heals faster then a medkit, doesn't have any of the ammo limitations of the medkit, and can be used as a weapon while healing you up.

I think a downside to using it would be a good thing.

[General Suggestion - 096 rule change]

+Support, might be a buff to 096 but would also make him significantly more playable. As of current it's very hard to tell if you can kill someone as 096.

[Senku ban appeal (Idk where i need to poste it)]

We've given verbal warnings for this type of behavior before, or simple 1 week bans instead of Perma's. 
I do however believe it to be mentionable that you have been banned before for racism in crash chat.

I think a standard 1 week ban would suffice for this, as I do not think this was said maliciously, but more as a stupid attempt at a bad joke.

Eh, if it'd work just as well and be easy for SMT to implement I think it'd be great at first sight. I just think the main problem would be lag/size of the files. 
Alongside that, it'd force all branches to rework their loadouts, which would cause more issue's then I think it's worth.
