Alright, so.

From what I know, he has an issue with keeping his cool. Which in the staff handbook states to always keep your cool. I do understand that he was angry. But thats not an valid reason to player diss. Not from staff. Not from a player. Also like Bennett said I have seen him abuse his phys gun off duty, and just have never had the time or be able to record it. I guess in a way the staff member could of just moved the guy away. However angry or not, dissing a player in any way is not tolerated.
So in all I think a talking too, and or a strike would be appropriate measure.

What you want to see? - Add the health and amour NPC to the Hospital
Why should we add it? - I feel like, this should be pretty obvious, but add the Health and Armour NPC to the Hospital. After all it is a hospital
What are the advantages of having this? - More Realistic to an extent
Who is it mainly for? - Anyone who needs Health / Armor

Also PD has a unmarked car, when you get to a high enough level.
I just don't see PD Corporals running around unmarked..
Also with respect, drug bust's are more of FBI / TAC thing. Not PD.

Not sure, what your timezone is. However there are 60-75 players a day on the server. During EU times its kinda quiet but 4-5 PM EST its pretty populated.

Actually that is not true. The 2 General Stores next to it. Do NOT have armor / health.
