Sato's activity may be limited due to the fact of his work & student. But he is one of the most chill, and respectful people around. I've only had good interactions with him, and I think he does his job to an exceptional level. I think he 100% deserves this spot.

Now, this one is very minor imo, and isn't worthy of a strike.
Judging by the fact that the player just disappears after Matilda picks him up, and you don't see him switching jobs, this leads me to believe he is in the process of disconnecting, and I know me personally, my game freezes when I disconnect, so that's what I think is going on here. I think he just happened to disconnect in a bad spot, and he did technically block the exit of spawn.
I also feel like you could've just done a simple Hey Matilda, make sure you don't do that off duty or something along those lines. (Considering you are her higher up technically)

Miniepic has been a great command member in both PD and for SRT. He's shown continuous growth in his time as SRT Command and shows all the essential leadership qualities needed to be a great leader. He has made mistakes in the past, but we grow from them and that's what makes us better as a person.
