Yes I know, this came out of the blue. I really didn't want to do this but its needed, with a heavy Heart I will be continuing my Gmod Journey elsewhere, I will really Miss gaminglight as a whole and its members, Its Heart, Whether bad nor good it had Heart, People, What Garrys Mod as a whole needs.
I Hope everyone else enjoys what I've been able too see in this Community and playerbase, But nevertheless I think due to current affairs' within the community i believe its best I resigned as many have before me.

Personal Input: I have presently seen Snappy act in an official command position within the United States Marshals Service. I can now say with confidence that he would be an excellent command member; however, the only hindrance that I see within his application is his current activity. That can be changed VERY easily, and I believe he can do it. Other than that, I think he's ready for this command position.

Personal input: Patterson is one of the best people I know on this server. From the first day I met him, he has done no less than support me in all my endeavors. He has been kind and caring, but just and had no problem telling me where I went wrong and how to fix it. That's something rarely seen in anyone, he did not let it slide because of our friendship. He would pull me to the side and help me see my mistake and help me fix them. He never been anything but kind and supportive of me, and I've seen him be that way with others as well. I owe him my career on this server, because I honestly probably wouldn't of made it to where I am today without him. He is one of the most major reasons for all my accomplishments, and I truly believe he deserves this position. He has worked so hard for it, putting in countless hours, being respectful to others, training cadets, taking officer's on ride-alongs, and the list goes on. Patterson will be a great Lieutenant if he has the opportunity, and I really hope he gets it.

Why should you be promoted (150 words Minimum): I believe, with my time in the Police Department, I’ve been lucky enough to patrol with the brightest and most highly respected Command and officers that I’ve seen. We’ve done a lot together and all grown in our own ways. With that being said, I think I would be more valuable and useful in Command as a Lieutenant. I’ve used my skills to help raise my fellow officers while enhancing myself as an officer to better prepare myself for the future in our Department. I nearly hit 87 hours last week on the server. Most of that being on PD. With my previous time in PD Command, I recall the help I provided to new officers and old officers to help in all departments. I want to continue to help our officers grow so they can one day reach command. Being an effective leader is very crucial to any team, and I believe that I possess the ability to command and lead our brave officers in major times of their time with our department with that being said I believe I've shown those skills while being a supervisor along with my large amount of activity I believe I have what it takes to be a Great LT.
From my first day back from retirement, I have put forth my best effort to improve our department, my coordination with command on an individual basis to improve each and every officer.

Preston is simple put, one of the best Sergeant-Majors I have EVER controlled situations with. He has showed so much initiative over the time I have known him. He has dedicated so much time, work and effort into the Police Department. Overall, he knows no bounds of commitment to the department and I would love to work with him in Low Command.

I am sorry I don't think your ready for PD Command atm maybe get some experience in a sub-department as a command member.
Your activity has been spotty some of it has to do with things out of your control but still its been spotty non of the less.
The why you should get this rank seems very short for an LT Application and the reason you want to join PD Low Command is due to Attention Special.

I've enjoyed the server in its current gameplay and believe I can help it by Moderating the server & being a asset too new users welcoming them and teaching them the ways of Police RP by teaching them what gaminglight's showed me over time Along with all of My Nearly 6000 hours on Gmods shown me. How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? mute them to protect the reporting player, If I cant ban them due to rank I would request a higher up while jailing them. If I can ban and am of rank I would ban them and hanndle the ramaining mass RDM sits.

sorry dude but I don’t feel like your ready to make the jump into the staff team. Your application isn’t at the standard that it should be. It’s all jumbled together and the questions are hard to read. I would suggest you take some time join a department and get better know in police rp.
