  1. Special Containment Procedures:

Wear a Class-2 Biological Hazard (Hazmat) suit. Four Security Officers will be present, along with a supervising researcher. Class-D will be instructed to enter SCP-049s containment cell, and SCP-049 will be interviewed on the selection of the two Class-D.
    ----------------------------

Test Question: Does SCP-049 have a preferred age gap, similar to SCP-106s behavior.

Test Results: SCP-049 chose a 16 year old boy over a 22 year old man fairly quickly. SCP-049 seems to prefer younger test subjects, likely due to internal organ development. No incident occurred.

    Would cause hell for MTF

And to quote you: "Why do people use lore as an excuse to get what they want? This server is no where near being lore friendly"

And to quote you: "The reason for this suggestion isnt because of lore, nor is it our main argument"

This is a gameplay balancing suggestion. This has little to nothing to do with the SCP Universe lore, it has everything to do with increasing playability and adding gameplay to 682.

682 is MEANT to cause hell for MTF, that's its entire design. Letting 682 break doors isn't a game changing feature, it just adds GENERAL realism AND adds gameplay and more threat to the most dangerous sentient creature on earth.

  3. What you want to see? - 682 is able to break checkpoint and gate doors. This would take approximately 2 minutes to complete, and must be adverted every minute.

Gates would take 5 minutes, and must be adverted every 2 minutes.

Why should we add it? - SCP-682 is a giant, morphing dinosaur thing with some massive teeth. 682 is suppose to be super powerful and threatning. It would make sense if something so large and strong can break down a door.

What are the advantages of having this? - Realism, more playability to 682.

Who is it mainly for? - 682

  4. In Game Name: Zeta

    Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:455778278

Job applying for: Red Right Hand

If applying for Red Right Hand preferred O5 to guard: N/A [No personal preference]

How many Strikes do you have: In MTF, N/A currently.

Why do you want to join the O5 staff team:

I want to join the O5 staff team, specifically Red Right Hand, because I want to become more involved with the community. Currently I'm in Epsilon-11, and I love being here and after some repairs to my reputation, I finally feel at home. I want to proceed to increase my reputation and have a good time and make new friends. I think becoming Red Right Hand will do both of those things for me. I want to get to know more people, including the Overseers, and make myself known as a friendly face to be around. I was previously in Alpha-1 before its deletion many months ago, when I was an E-11 Captain. I considered myself very efficient in my tasks, never minging around and always keeping silent unless ordered otherwise or in teamspeak. I'm a very efficient player, soldier, and task force member overall. And I enjoy every minute of it, protecting those around me and being involved with unique roleplay situations. I know my past is rocky, but I think this is yet another step to self-improvement. That's why I want to join the Red Right Hand, because overall.. I want to have a good time and make friends while being involved with unique roleplay situations.

    Why should we accept you:

There are several reasons to accept me. I'm certainty not perfect, far from it, especially with past issues. It's been months since those issues and to be truthful, I think I'm making good progress on redeeming myself. But I think that's just one of the many reasons to accept me. Not because of my past, but because I kept getting up when I was pushed down. I was permanently blacklisted from Staff and all of my Donation ranks were removed, but after months of silence I got back up and I pushed forward. I got my donation ranks back, and I even got unblacklisted from the Staff team. It took a lot of dedication  and exhaustion, but I did it. And I plan to do the same in Red Right Hand as I did with the community, I will keep pressing forward. I am dedicated to this server and community, and dedicated to my redemption. This type of Dedication, from what I see, is difficult to find. But my dedication isn't the only reason to accept me, of course.

Loyalty, Maturity, Experience, Honesty, and Veterancy. These are some of the most important traits to have in a great soldier, and I have them all. I'm loyal to this server, community, and the MTF. I've learned when and how to be mature when situations call for it. I have a lot of experience with being a soldier, a commander, and a leader. I've been a Captain all the way to Vice Commander of Epsilon-11 when it first began to sprout a year ago. With this trait, I can effectively guard an O5 council with full confidence in my abilities. I'm Honest, as if I've learned anything it's that being an honest man is one of the most honorable things I can do. I'm honest on my mistakes, I will swallow my pride and admit to being wrong to any situation if I make mistakes. I will learn from any mistake I make, and improve from it. And finally, Veterancy. I've been in this server for nearly two years, when Revival died off. I came in with other friends from Revival, and fell in love with the server. It was exactly my style, and the people were friendly as long as I was friendly in return. I know my way around the members and familiar faces of the community, and I think this will help for the Overseers to better rely on my abilities to protect and serve them no matter what happens.

I am Loyal to the O5, and the Foundation.

  5. Why do people use lore as an excuse to get what they want? This server is no where near being lore friendly, and theres so many flaws. Using lore ad an excuse is not effective, because I can easily change how the entire server works with the excuse of it being more lore friendly. Heres some examples:

Class D can no longer exit their cells unless being tested. This is lore friendly.

096 can kill anyone who even glances at a pixel of his face for half a second. This is lore friendly.

MTF are not allowed to flag up unless called for by site command. This is lore friendly.

Security now have full control over the facility, and are the first responders to any issues. This is lore friendly.

131s, 066, 527 and etc must be in a cell unless being tested on. This is lore friendly.

I could make 20 other changes with the excuse that its lore friendly, and the server wouldnt be recognized by even the most veteran players.

  6. 1. Name of the SCP you would like added: SCP-079 (Gold Donator/Whitelist)

    2. Link(s) to playermodels: N/A [Any, will be invisible]

    3. Link(s) to sweps: Noclip swep, pro keycard cracker

    4. How much health/armor do you think it should have? Inf.

    5. Why should we add this SCP? - Adds more purpose to SCP-079, gives C.I and Class-D a better reason to go into electrical room. Already has a cell and all.

    6. Basic summary of the SCP:

079 will be invisible and capable of noclip. When RDC is off, 079 can do nothing but observe. No speaking, breaking doors, etc. However, when RDC is on, 079 gains full control. RDC can be turned on and off in the electrical room, via /advert [RDC ON] and /advert [RDC OFF]. When RDC is on, 079 can affect lockdown, lights, and breach a maximum of three SCPs at a time. This gives balance to where it's extremely easy to  contain 079 by essentially just pressing a button, a bit difficult to breach due to the location of RDC, however 079 can be very lethal if breached.

    Sup shaw.

Anyway, nice format. This would make SCP-939 more playable, and prevent lazy MTF (Yes Nu7, I am looking at you.) from camping the door and spam tranqing 939 then. Then when 939 chases you, "OMG I WAS CROUCHED WTF". Thisll just be good for the server and 939.

  8. What you want to see? -  The following SCP-939 rule is added: "If a human is directly in the path of 939 [Doorway, middle of hallway], and 939 walks into the human, the human may be killed. However, SCP-939 cannot walk up to crouching humans not blocking his path."

Why should we add it? - Constantly do I see humans bodyblocking or generally being in the way of 939, intentional or not. Realistically, 939 would notice a giant mass of flesh that they touch while walking around normally. This will improve 939 quality.

What are the advantages of having this? - Humans will be unable to temporarily block 939 to tranquilize him. 939 will be able to realistically kill humans in his way. Will improve quality of playing 939, qand general RP quality relating to 939.

Who is it mainly for? - SCP-939

    Realism point of view:

You're in a maximum security facility filled with the worlds most dangerous... things that mankind has ever known or seen. You are an inmate in this max security facility, secured by special op security and Task Forces dedicated to keeping you and everything else secure. Escaping as an inmate isn't suppose to be an easy task where you just punch one security to death and then you're free. Honestly, escaping should be even harder but to due the Gameplay point of view you'll see why it's not. Realistically, you would never escape as a Class-D in a truly serious roleplay server or in a realistic environment.

    Gameplay point of view:

The point of being in a max security facility is still valid in a gameplay view, since this is a roleplay server and not a containment breach server. Class-D, believe it or not, are not the only playable class by players. Security also play the game, therefore they shouldn't just be killed 30 seconds of leaving their spawn. That's not a fun gameplay environment and will end up driving users away. If you want to escape as a Class-D, use your head for once instead of barging in with a knife and wrench, hoping to beat security to NLR. You chose to play as a Class-D, so you chose to roleplay/play as an inmate in a max security prison/facility. That was your choice, and I expect most people to understand what max security inmate means.

  10. What you want to see? - SCP Breach requirements revised from "Required server population: 70 players" to "Required server population: 70 players & 4 players playing any official MTF class. (E-11, Alpha-1, Nu-7)"

Why should we add it? - Pretty self explanatory. Prevents impossible breaches.

What are the advantages of having this? - I still don't know why we have this part of the format, look above.

Who is it mainly for? - Everyone. SCPs.

why would the scp be stronger than the lizard... wtf

this renders 682 useless as this is 682 with guns and stronger, why would anyone opt to play a weaker scp

    huge -support

^ also this is true, but 076 and 682 are different gameplay wise, this is literally playing a more powerful 682, rendering 682 a useless class. It makes no sense, and describing is as 682 with a gun is 100% accurate.

    To everyone:

Stats and recontainment methods remade. Weapons re-done.

They have authorized nothing of the sort, and perhaps you are reading between the lines of something you have no business in.

Let's quote the excerpt from their website.

"The sculpture, its likeness, and the photograph have not been released under any Creative Commons license. Only the text of this article is released under Creative Commons. This sculpture and its likeness may not be used for commercial purposes under any circumstances. Izumi Kato has graciously chosen to allow the use of the image of "Untitled 2004" by the SCP Foundation and its fanbase for non-commercial purposes only."

The distinction of what is authorized and what isn't is very important here. Izumi Kato has allowed the use of "Untitled 2004" for non-commercial purposes only. This begs the question of what license the image has and what the statue which is the relevant piece has as well. As for what license the image and statue has, well the excerpt answers that spot on.

The statue is used by the SCP Foundation and its fanbase for non-commercial use only in accordance with CC-BY-SA 3.0. Now the question is would the use of SCP-173 as linked by you violate that?

I would point out the issue with level's being available for purchase which guarantee the access of SCP-173.

Again they haven't authorized anything as you show nothing of the sort that even begins to support your case except your words.

I try not to be rude but when you are defending this and leaving out important details I feel like I need to deliver accurate information even if I have to be an asshole.

Seems like all you are is rude...

And yes they did authorize it because I talked with them and their team captain of the Licensing Team who has permission from the Artist to authorize certain use of SCP-173. I'm fine with people not wanting the risk, but just arguing everything i say with false statements just isnt my thing.

Imo this suggestion made me lose a shit ton of brain cells cause of how fucked the reasoning you used is.

Just because the Wiki Licensing Team doesn't care that doesn't mean they are the ones holding the Copyright.

I could go further but I think that alone is enough to deny this.

Edit: Actually I think I will go further.

The license that the Wiki uses is creative commons which means "Non-commercial use" only. This is the only way the image can be used with no exceptions, and from the best of my knowledge any use of "peanut" in the likeness of any image related to the Untitled 2004 created by Izumi Kato which SCP-173 is based off of.

No exceptions as any likeness related to Untitled 2004 is only allowed via the image on the wiki and only used under the creative commons to avoid copyright issues.

In my opinion that comment you made just had me lose faith in humanity.

The Wiki Licensing Team holds the copyright and its enforcement. They enforce it, they hold it under Mr Kato. So they have full authority and have authorized the use of a 173 model. Mr Kato gave them permission to do this.

-support In lore when 682 escapes the warhead is to be activated

in lore 682 is also an unkillable reptile which kills everything. Yet here we are, where some shotguns and grenades can put him down like a good little boy.

  15. What you want to see? -  SCP-173 model reverted to ones similar to SCP: Containment Breach or Unity.

Why should we add it? - We all miss Peanut. However, the model was removed for copyright concerns. However, after discussing with the SCP Wikis Licensing Team (The people in charge of the enforcement of untitled 2004) said they really couldn't care less if a model related to Untitled 2004 was put inside of our server, and it fits the Criteria that Mr. Kato gave them.

What are the advantages of having this? - The nostalgic model of SCP-173 can return, and we can live our days happy. SCP-173 would be recognizable to new players, and increase roleplay and a sense of 'fear'.

Who is it mainly for? - SCP-173
