Please, I love 173 (One of my Fav SCPS TBH) I'm quite sure it was image not the hole idea of 173. No one can copy right the Swep, Or the fact that you have to look at him or you die.

Hello Everyone, The time has come for my Gensec Day's to be done and for me to move onto something new! I've wanted to do this for a while, But now it's final, I'm transferring to E11, I've had so many great, And some dim Memory's with Gensec, Thank you for the months.

Here's Why, I don't specifically watch people unless I am looking at them as they are applying or deserve a promo, He came too me with a question and I said I'd like to watch him, While he was in his sits he was utmost professionalizem and the only thing he needed was experience, All of his sits were done correctly and perfect. He's really active, And Mature.
I completely agree and hope he gets this promotion.

All MTF spawn in EZ, so you would have no reason to break NLR to go into another region because that is NLR breaking. another example is if you die in HCZ, you can leave MTF bunks and stay in EZ but you SHOULD NOT go into HCZ.

NLR system is corrupted and some people are uneducated on this. Either learn about this or get warned for breaking NLR period. Just tested how long it takes to get from MTF bunks to D-Block with all doors closed and it took 2min and 24 sec??? you cant wait 3 min to leave your bunks and wait like everyone else?
its two Zone, If you die in HCZ AND spawn in EZ You have to follow NLR, If you die in LCZ And spawn in EZ You don't have to follow NLR, Also show me your route if it takes two minutes. - Support even more.

If i goto D block as a DoUSR and get shanked (which happens alot SOs have more armor then me) i dont want to wait in my spawn in EZ for those 3 minutes because i died in D block
It takes like 8 Minutes if you walk from EZ-LCZ

No, It's Two Zone not one, HCZ-EZ They would have to follow NLR, And should and will be warned for breaking NLR? Also CI Going into LCZ, Not sure what there Expecting, By the time they reach EZ Again MTF Will be there depending on how long they take.
