if you posted this on the day that it happened i would be able to post a video of him walking out of bunks looking at ci and start walking back into bunks, but since i don't keep the 10-20 recordings i make a day for more than a day later because of storage.
As you can clearly see on the screenshot he doesn't have a keycard in his hands which he need to open/close the door but rather a ump and is aiming down the hallway to the armory, idk about you but normal people don't walk sideways but forwards.
pretty convenient that you posted a screenshot and make a report of it multiple days after the issue
also I would like to point out that in this screenshot you can see that he broke nlr, at "9minutes ago" he died to d class and then at "8minutes ago" he is in the doorway of his bunks as seen in the screenshot.

I don't care that your intentions were good, you grabbed me and froze me to warn me when I broke no rule essentially taking your own sit off duty. you broke 2 of the key staff rules like you owned the place.

Really the issue with the negev is mobility, not the damage it deals.i agree and think mobility being upped is more suitable

valid point, i've always considered hacking robots power gaming as it requires one roll and /me to control someone but if the foundation is happy with the rp that has so far happened as an outcome of hacking then i think it would be a cool idea to have some motd rules that permit hacking robots with certain rank requirements.

based on what you said + support but I think that more detail should be provided by smt to make the cause of your ban more clear as i have not seen you bully anyone and especially not in that video.also lets remember that not everyone knows peoples personal issues and circumstances so what one person might think is bullying another might consider it as nothing but a harmless comment, this is the internet and you can't expect people to not make jokes that might affect you on a personal level.edit: based on what i have heard you were very rude to saiba and you continued to be agresive when it was clear that saiba was mad so im changing this from +support to a +/-
