I have only spent 3 hours on the server active and mainly for me to get away from the stress I was feeling from being one of 2 available command members in IF. I feel that activity based on only server time is a bad way to measure. Doc work in my opinion should also count but wont do to Battlemetrics.

This is not how I would have wished to resign from ID10 and possibly the GL imperial server as a hole but it feels more and more like I am being forced to do this by SMT and HC. As of 3:32 PM EST on 11/5/20 High command has come to me with no prior messages to tell me I am being removed due to my inability to be on the server 3 times a week. I know commanders need to be active on the server but I was never informed that we need to be on and I quote, “On a minimum of 3 times a week.” Between me being a college student having a full time job and apprenticing for a skilled trade I don't have time unless I afk on the server to join the server 3 times a week.
My recommendation to HC and SMT is Communicate with Command team members. Not once was I told my activity was pore and that I need to get on or be removed, I don't have a command strike for inactivity, and after I was informed of this decision I was told, “This is final you can not argue this.” I never showed my side and none of my VCMDRs were questioned either. SMT and HC besides Blizzard, Luci, Stone, and Hobbs at the end have all refused to communicate with me throughout all of this.
I understand you might think you're doing the best for the server but not even attempting to try and talk to that command member is what will kill battalions and the server. I do wish you guys the best and hope the server keeps doing well and gets more players.
At this time do to me feeling as if I am being targeted and or ignored by a majority of HC and SMT I will be taking a break from the Imperial GL server. If it was not for Inferno squad I would have left the server and possibly GL due to how this was handled. This is not how members of a gamming community that has been here for over 2 years now should feel, If I truly did something wrong such as racism, Mass RDM, Impersonation of staff, or hacking then I would understand but this feels like being kicked in the gut and told to leave.
Inferno squad: IF Hask does not get better and learns to hold his tongue you guys need to beat him now that I cant. Its been a pleasure to be ID10 for the past seven mounts
Del/Marcus: Keep doing the job you are doing I hope you can take over as ID10 at some point.Hask/Rupert: You need to get your activity up as well as stop minging on hask. I may have let it slide but Jack wont.
Iden/Jack: I most likely wont come back unless you wish for me to. You were one of the only people who I thought of as a true friend in GL.
DT: Thank you guys for learning to trust IF again. I am happy we handle our problems like adults and talk them over instead of going behind each other's back. I wish you all the best and continued growth to your battalion.
IC: I am glad we have started working together. I hope you will continue to work with IF after I am gone as many of you show GL as it should be.This is IF CMDR ID10/Armor signing off. Before I leave I wish to say do not try and fight HC or SMT for me as they have made it clear there is no way to change this.

@pixalgamer99 Sorry I should have cleared this up in my post but Skullfire changed the name of Sector Director to be called Chief Of Staff so that is the second vice commander rank.

Do you have any command experience? If so please explain:
I have command experience on this server as an officer and on two different GL servers. I was at one point High Command for the old GL Clone Wars RP known as Lieutenant General Armor and served in that post for 4 months until the backlash dealing with some drama and the server caused me to feel like I was unwanted and made being on the server feel like a job to me. During my time as high command I had one of the highest trooper command approval rating and high command transparency. At the time of my resignation there were 3 SOPs that created with major assistance from me for Naval, Engineering, and Battalion combat positions for on base / off map events.
For the Imperial RP server I have been the longest lasting Sovern Protector of RG when it first started fixing and assisting with the set up of the SOP. I was the first Purge Commander on the server fixing the SOP made by SMT and assisted with making of what jobs are on the battalion now. As of currently I am ID10 of IF. I assist with battalion relations, creation of SOPs, management of the IF battalion. On here I was one of many who assisted on making the training/tryout SOP and SOP of RI.
How active can you be? I can be on every other day.
Are you familiar with the Star wars universe and have played other Star wars related servers? If so please explain: I am extremely familiar with Star wars Lore and Legends.
Why do you want to become command? I wish to be able to more involved with the command process of RI.
What qualities can you bring to the position? I have experience as a command member and solving battalion relations issues.What makes you different from other players? I am the highest ranked member of RI that is not a command member. I am actively working with other battalions and member of my own battalion on training and joined operations.

Do to me being a student in collage and working full time I am able to get on about 2-3 hours daily for the week but around 4-5 on the weekends but that would be split between both this server and Imperial.

I am very familiar with the star wars universe both lore and legends. I was an active member of the clone wars server nearly up to the day it closed. I am a current command member in the Imperial server.
Why do you want to become command?
When Clone wars was still managed by ThatGuyScience I was put in charge of making a RI battalion for naval. We got to the point we had applications for the job, SOPs made, and job loadouts approved with descriptions. I wish to see this battalion become a full on thing and I wish to be a part of making it.
What qualities can you bring to the position?I have experience in command and creating SOPs for investigation/undercover security battalions. I have worked on and done more research on RI than I would like to admit and it is the same with star wars lore in general.

This is kinda a loaded question for me right now as I am just coming off a long term LOA but I am active about 6-7 hours during the week and unknown on weekends. I am in EST
5. How active would you say your battalion is? If it is inactive, what are you doing to fix this?
My battalion is semi active as our agents are semi active well our senior agents are inactive or on loa's. If activity doesn't improve from my higher ranked agents I would be removing them and replacing them with members who are active.

I have been commanded the RG branch when it first came out and made it a disciplined and none mingy.
I also was the commander of purge for the longest time and I think they use the edited SOP that my vice commanders and I worked on.7. How often can you be Online? :
Every day, mostly at night times.

1 warn for RDM against Alec

It is tiring not being able to spawn our own TIE's, Especially how we act & assist SF, Same with DeathTroopers, We are S L O W, It is nearly impossible to work effectively with them when we are heavy weight, They run so much faster and we run like we have the ninth sister on our back, We are always slowing down DeathTroopers which really is a negative downside! IF in lore were given the best gear that the empire had available at the time even if it was still in testing phase. Giving us ships that can stand out from the RG or SF on the server will make things much calmer when deploying or landing. The models are also much smaller then the Ties on the server at the moment allowing them to be parked in Tie bays and take off from there as well.

First To all of Purge: Thank you guys for letting me lead you for as long as I did. I know I was not the best leader or one that many of you would choose but I was what you got. You guys have helped me come a long way and I hope the best for you all.
BadAim/Grim: You have honestly been my best vice commander I could have asked for. I know now that I am gone you will be able to bring purge to what it always should have been. I pass the torch of purge commander to you my friend serve lord Vader well.

3. Why do you want to be a commander of this branch?
I have unofficially been the first purge trooper on the ship and would love to be apart of the creation of the Purge battalion. I also have some experience creating a battalion from the ground up from Royal Guard or 38th on CWRP when it was still around.
4. How much game time do you have on the server?
I have about 2-3 months on the server if my memory serves me well.
5. What is the Main Purpose of a commander for a branch?
The main purpose of a branch commander is to create a way to keep the battalion active and alive well at the same time helping the server and player base by setting an example of what the server is. In the case of Purge Battalion, the purpose of that commander is to eliminate the weak and the cowardly from all imperial regiments as well as find, organize and eliminate Jedi Scum from our glorious Galatic Empire.
6. Why should we trust you to be a commander? :
I had the experience of commanding players and solving problems that have appeared from lack of experience, lack of a solid command structure, or an incomplete update plan. Never have I mass promoted or rank skipped players in battalions I have worked with, I try and come up with solutions to problems within the battalions instead of letting Battalion issues become server issues.
7. How often can you be Online? :
I will be active except for two nights of the week when I work a 12-hour shift.
