    What you want to see? - Buff Negev

    Why should we add it? - Negev sucks now....

    What are the advantages of having this? - Crim would be way more fun if negev has a buff, dying in 2 shots (NOT a skill issue) to a shotgun and hitting someone 40 times for 100 damage is NOT awesome.

    Who is it mainly for? - Me (crim too ig...)

    100% disagree with this state has always had a base on pretty much every map, state is not the same as other tac departments. You join state as a more advanced PD and then later are able to join CERT. It is quite literally at a STATE level there is no reason that they should not have a base. I don't agree that it should be a random house and that can be figured out among state and SMT. You basically join state and then later become a CERT member. FBI has this same sort of function and have a base of operations. You join FBI and then later are able to join HRT as a sub department. State has the same sort of functionality and should in turn have a base.

    +Support zero reason they should lose a base when they literally had a base on the old true north.

    First of all I wanted to say thank you to a bunch of people I met during my time as state, as well as say thank you to people who really helped me out along the journey. (I'm not very good at this sort of stuff so bear with me)
     

    Frog: You will always be one of greatest friends that I met through state. I am so happy I ended up actually joining state and being a part of something so fun and so new to me at the time. Even playing other games with you was always a blast and I hope you eventually get COL. You deserve it man

    Smith: I don't think me and you clicked right away. I am sorry for that. You are a super cool dude and I hope towards the end that you changed your mind and I made some sort of a positive impact on you! You are a really cool guy and I really enjoyed the way you envisioned state! Keep at it and make state great!

    Beans: Probably didn't expect this did ya? Beans you are a super cool dude. You can come off as immature but I don't think that's how people should see you. You are a great dude and I know you will go far in state if you keep at it. 

    Magic: Congrats on SPRT CMDR man! that shit is crazy and well deserved! I know you can do great things for SPRT and I believe you will help SPRT become something even better!

    Hanxi: Hanxi Hanxi Hanxi, the minge himself. You are great HC material in my opinion. Just got to keep working at it and I think you can get farther then you think. Some great memories and trainings with you.

    Not really sure who else to mention, not very good at the whole leaving thing. If I didn't mention you just know its nothing against you. Most people in state have the potential to go far and I hope everyone eventually gets what they deserve.

    To me this seems like you weren't in RP all the way. Nobody was negotiating for you, and they were just trying to setup a sign. He should not have built, but more or less it seems that he SHOULD NOT get warned. Still +/- for right now. 

    (Side note) You also do not ever see him actively build. From the clip he is just standing on the fence.

    I get where you are coming from, there are time and time again that I call over radio or over team chat and no one bats an eye. But a panic button would bring way too many people and isn't the most logical thing to have for a neutral class. I do believe that people should take EMS requests for government seriously and not more or less ignored by a lot of people.

    There isn't any concrete evidence showing that lime did anything wrong. Screenshots show no proof of him owning the props or saying any sort of disrespectful comments. Support will change if new information comes up.

    Not really a huge point to it, but they had massive building causing horrible lag, at one point the server had the crash screen near their props, no point in doing whatever type of RP if it affects the servers performance.

    Why do you think this warn was false:
    I was messing around with another player out by the Cafe hitting each other with props, I accidently knocked King into the ravine killing him. It was a complete accident and we were past that in the sit. We were just talking about what had happened before. During the sit I am mid sentence and my power flashes off do to the city work around my neighborhood. It has happened before and it hasn't been a major deal. Whenever my power went out I instantly opened discord on my phone and messages MiniEpic that my power went out and I will be back on shortly whenever its done with its fit. Keep in mind miniepic is on DND over discord. (It did take me a second to find his discord as we are not friends on there) I do not get a message back from him until a few minutes later. He warned me for RDM but not LTAP even though we were still discussing it.

    Thought you could already do this? If you made it because of a jailbreak I have called staff before and asked them to release me, no reason you shouldn't be able to.
