Since I have been on the server all I have been is medical. I put my heart and soul into medical and I really did find a second family. I enjoy everything it stands for and I see the time and effort command puts into medical. I think i could bring a positive light and attitude towards bring in new players and making sure everyone has a great time. I am in the US army, so I understand the chain of command and the importance of it. I found two great friends being here Hang and Stanley, two great guys who I hope to lead with one day. You have found a Resident Medic in HCZ, what do you do? In this situation It matters what the context of why he/she is in HCZ. It's a simple question of why are you in HCZ. The person could be captive or taken by a SCP. Once talking to the person and figuring out the reason. If it came back that the person was not supposed to be in there I will issue a verbal warning and if it continues to happen I will fill out a punishment forum. 8-2. There is a Medic requesting to be trained for Field Work, how would you train them? I would first pull out the Field Medic SOP and make sure the person has the SOP as well. I would go over the main points on the SOP and make sure they understand what they can't and can do as a Field Medic. At the end just give them a little quiz and show them how to use the armory. I would then let the Field work lead know to let them interduce themselves. 8-3. You see an Experienced Medic shooting D-Class in D-Block, what do you do? This goes back to the first question context is key. He/she could have been shot at first and they are defending themselves. If It does come back that they are just shooting D-Class for fun I will pull them aside explain to them they can't do that and if it happens again it could cause for harsher punishment. I would fill out the paperwork for a strike and let them know the received a strike.

I think i could just be a great asset to the team in making sure the server is fun and as minge free as possible. I understand rank structures as i am in the Army and i am good at taking feedback and applying it in my time here on the server. Just want to make sure people have a good time on the server as i do. Q1: How would you handle someone that is Mass RDM'ing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you? I would bring them to a sit and ask them why they are RDMing people and if they continue to just cure me out i would gag them. If they continue in the chat with cursing i would silence them then ban them for RDMing and disrespect. Dont need that toxic behavior on the server. Q2: You are involved in a staff sit that involves 5 different players. The players begin to get frustrated and the sit becomes very toxic and unproductive. What would you do in this situation? Just try and calm everyone down, If that dosent work i would pull them all separately and try to get some help and figure out the problem. Once i have the full story i can take action from there and figure out what needs to be done.
