+support him having out 2 false warn appeal doesn't been the warn is vaild? he got warn for fear rp but in the video it shows him taking damage so at that point he can pull out his gun and the no valuve you he was not warned for so it is not relevant / you guys wanted him to drop 500k for some reason

i agree i feel we kinda have no say into things like are -/+ support mean nothing most time it does not make a difference i also feel some time sometime they take it to far with blacklisted people for smalls things that i feel you should not be banned for
but that just my opinion on all this

Has he minged in the past? yes, he undeniably has. I have witnessed him break rules, I've witnessed him be taken into multiple sits a day and be warned for many things. But, throughout these past few weeks, I've noticed a significant improvement in Chikens behavior. This last month i've seen Chiken be much more respectful to regular players and staff alike, he has genuinely tried to follow the rules and has became a much better overall player. He got in to one of the most prestigious departments on the server, and that wouldn't have happened if he was still his old minging self.
I know that some people might disagree with me, but from what i've seen, Chiken made an effort to change and was met with a ban. 40 warns is a lot, yes, but i feel that its wrong to permanently ban someone that is making a clear effort to change.

-support when i was staff and you would call a sit if it didnt go your way you would start to diss me and the person arresting you or spam admin chat it has happened most times a sit hasnt went your way you have also been banned a few times to so you saying it is the wrong person is false, you were banned 2 times before you got perma.

Why should we add it? - You may go off the "wanted sign" above the criminal's head (You may AOS/KOS the person) To KOS the person, you need to warn the person 3 times to stop moving, if they comply you have to arrest them (Actually RP it out)" i think removing this rule will add to roleplay we can make it where you have to have there id or something around that to know they are wanted
What are the advantages of having this? - it will increase roleplay and make it where you can't just go up and tase someone just because they are wanted
Who is it mainly for? -everyone
