Also I know for some people it takes about 10-15 mins just to load in. So if they went afk for 30 they would get a kick, and would have to load back in and wait 10-15 mins.

What you want to see? - Tow Trucks being available to all players or VIP+ players.
Why should we add it? - More RP, and so we don’t have cars laying on the road. PD could call for a tow truck when someone gets arrested and then they take it away.
What are the advantages of having this? - More tow trucks will be on , and it will clean up the streets.
Who is it mainly for? - everyone or VIP+ users
Links to any content - we could use the current one that’s a donation or use this, I have seen it on other servers and it works great

No, you are allowed to base, but if you get caught, like if PD raids, you can’t shoot, you give up.
Or there could he rules in peacetime as well, for example it only qualifies for Traffic Stops and minor infractions and let raids and robberies continue. Or you could go full on and have no come and only RP.

What you want to see? - to add Peacetime in game(you cannot commit crime and you must RP, if you get pulled over you must pull over and not run etc)

So in GTA Five M, they have this too. So maybe at the bottom right of the screen have text that says Peacetime Enabled or something. And do it every hour or do it every 30 mins. Peacetime means no crime and you must RP every situation out.

Unfortunately, I do not think you are ready to join command yet. I would like to see you more on the PD jobs, and training cadets. I do see you active in game, but that does not count for PD time.
Also, I see that others have pointed out you being a minge, I am neutral on that, but if that is the case follow the MOTD and rules and become a bit mature. Good luck.
