Fine was all that was needed
Fines for jaywalking are fine, but in the video do you see me jaywalking? Nope. I cross a intersection at the beginning but that SNR hasn't even came out of PD yet. He created a false situation. Very furious that he was lying out of his pants to admins!

+Support...this is ridiculous. You should never have to ''investigate' / detain anyone for jaywalking. It's a simple citation but that's only if needed.
I agree. I usually do not make situations this big, but cops should not lie just to create sits and arresting for jaywalking is not necessary.

The reason the video is only 30 seconds is because i don't constantly record but when something happens my computer will let me save the last 30 seconds of footage. This footage is more than enough.
SNR Kilo James says i was jaywalking, which i wasn't at any time. Even when he could not see me, i was crossing at an intersection. He comes up and cuffs me for jaywalking. I want him demoted for FailRP. We had a huge admin sit about this and the admins did nothing. I am also a Master SGT in the police and we do not need officers like this lying to create false situations out of nothing.

i think we should change the vcmod to photon again. I know it was a disaster the first time but with proper training it could work. I personally like the radar on it. Maybe we could change the default buttons to just like it was on VCMod? It takes a bit to get used to but I think people will like it if they got used to it.

I think that we could add it and see how people react to it. I personally would like it, but it shouldnt be like it runs out in 10 minutes. Make it realistic so everyone is not just filling up gas all the time.

When photon was added, i think that everyone was slowly getting used to it. But alot of people didnt like it, i personally liked it because of the radar. We need a handheld speed gun or the radar just like in photon. We also need new police vehicles, CPL's are in the same cars as SNR's and i think that is silly.
What you want to see? - Speed Guns & New PD Cars
Why should we add it? - Radar- Helps determine accurate speed. New PD Cars- Helps determines rank a bit and also motivates lower ranked PD to keep doing good and going higher.
What are the advantages of having this? - Accurate speed, and motivates lower ranked PD

Permission(Not required If applying for Lt-Cpt) :When people were getting promoted at the meeting he told me to apply to be LT because SM is the highest without application.
Why should you be promoted? : I believe that i should be promoted the LT because i can really help out the PD by enforcing rules. I see so many OFC's out in the open without any partners and they end up dead and leave the force. We need to make sure everyone has a partner when they are out patroling for safety and so that no OFC's are running around messing up roleplay. Iv been with the gaminglight community for about a month and a half now and i really like it. I understand the rules and i usually record my game plays if something happens so i can help out with any admin sits. I really think that i can help the PD be in order. Thank You.
