  1. +Support I was propblocked inside the car dealership, He threatened us if we didnt pay him 500k. He ardm'ed and RDM'ed me. He propblocked my car aswell. Basically Mass Minge, Mass Prop Block and clear No intent to RP. I will gladly upload my screenshots if that's necessary. I would like a one week ban for him to cool off.

  2. This is my resignation from CERT and SPMU, cant tell you how much I love you guys but with me moving on to bigger and better things in my life after I graduate I wont have time to do anything other than just normal state. Thanks for the great times cert!

  3. Maybe something small but you have to be very careful to not undermine all the gov cc's they can be even more expensive so it wouldn't be fair to them if PD started getting some of the weapons that they get. So all I ask is people be careful with this

Is it so hard as to suspend your disbelief for a single moment Spection? The Negev thing was obviously a joke, and has been taken way to seriously. Smoke, as you can hear was in a rowdy call just having a decent enough time, and just purely enjoying himself. Jokes and practical pranks are going to happen. The mugging for one dollar, whilst ridiculous, is still valid. If someone holds a gun to your head in real life and says "Give me a single dollar," are you going to 'kick' him in the face? No, you'd give him the damn dollar because there's a gun pointed at your head. This is direct breaking of FearRP, and in my opinion an abuse of your staff rank. There's more than one way to deal with your issues instead of outright throwing them away and saying "NYEH." Call this disrespect if you want, but I honestly think you should have some humility and own up to a mistake.

i agree i feel we kinda have no say into things  like are -/+ support mean nothing most time it does not make a difference i also feel some time sometime they take it to far with blacklisted people for smalls things that i feel you should not  be banned for

but that just my opinion on all this

Yeah, especially with all the options you have as SMT. It's not like it's either permanent ban or let it go like nothing ever happened. Theres no in between with them

  6. Yeah, often times I want to try and state an opinion or try and change something I disagree with but i know it could be misinterpreted so I dont post/say it. For instance I disagree with banning chicken. And it may sound like not a big deal because it's one person but it sets the groundwork for many bans to come. (Similar to how the supreme court works, the courts look back at old rulings to get their verdict.)

EDIT: Also, the ban appeal just goes to show how much SMT care about +/- supports tbh

Not to try and start arguments. But that is not true, people HAVE been punished for stating their opinion. Even when such opinion was not disrespectful but only critical of SMT actions. This has been going on for a long time, you simply have to look back at past SMT posts for proof. In order to have a successful and happy playerbase, you need to be able to take criticism and make amendments. There is a line between being disrespectful and giving honest criticism, I think SMT specifically the PoliceRP section has been going over set line for a while. Don't take this as an attack on SMT, it's simply what many in the community feel. We all want this community to thrive and grow. However, refusing to accept criticism and labelling such as being ‘disrespectful’ not only alienates your players. It ruins any chances of actual changes that would benefit us all going into the future. We appreciate what SMT do but past and recent actions has caused the reputation of SMT to drop over the months. I sincerely hope you take this as a warning sign and change, I know you all can make a difference.

Thank you for saying what I couldn't.

You literally just had a ban appeal DENIED not even 2 weeks ago, yet here you are making a second ban appeal. I don't know you personally, but from what I can gather you have a really bad habit with passing things off. I looked at your warns and you really want to know how easy it is to swap things around? 4 months being banned or not, if they deny you on one appeal, why do you think you should make another one literally a week later?

I was going to go neutral to hear the other side until I heard you were already denied.

  9. +support. I agree he should have thought about it first, but dont sit there and act like humans dont do stupid stuff sometimes. This just looks like someone making a small mistake. A permanent ban doesnt fit the crime imo.

  10. I have to get this off my chest, I feel like I cant speak my honest mind without fear of repercussions. I'm always afraid of being misconstrued. I often want to talk with staff about things I disagree with but I also dont want to get permanently banned. I just really had to say this because it's been making me anxious lately and it's not healthy.

  11. Bans imo shouldn't be SOLELY off of warns anyway. If someone drastically improves then the past warns are COMPLETELY irrelevant. Just remove his warns and track him for like a month or something. Wouldn't hurt anything.

    Huge +Support.

I have been around long enough to personally see chikens progression from a minge that everyone dislikes, including myself, to a changed and quite frankly reformed individual. When chicken expressed interest in joining SRT, SRT high command sat down and decided the only way we would let him in the department would be if he left WTAP and was under extreme supervision. Chiken literally became a new person, this once trouble maker was now one of the best, if not the best SRT members. He was extremely respectful to all of his peers, including in the criminal party. He continuously kept his cool when people were neglecting to notice the changed Chiken and were accusing him of his past. This is very apparent with several high-influence members of this community.

Chiken was on the right road for a change. He no longer wanted to be known for his tainted past and rather wanted people to see him as a mature and professional individual which I firmly believe he had become when he joined SRT.

He is changed, in addition, he doesn't even meet the warning limit for a perm ban. Warns were duped and never removed which was neglected when the ban was issued.  One last thing i wish to add; I have been with e community for two years and I have never seen someone change so drastically in so little time. I think it is a shame that he was banned without exploring his side of the story.
