It's bad because you are essentially wasting Senior Management Team's time, they are the one that deals with player reports like this. This could have been very easily dealt with in-game by any staff member, you just need to show them your evidence and this would be resolved. It seems like you have a grudge against CHIKEN and you just want to report him on the forums and give him a dirt on the face.

I bought Garry's Mod when it became Garry's Mod 13. Ever since I haven't even gotten bored of the game. First time I played, I stumbled upon any servers I could find that are interesting. I saw a DarkRP gamemode and I gave it a try. Up to this day, I am still interested in Garry's Mod roleplay. After a DarkRP server that I used to love shut down, I went and found Gaminglight PoliceRP. Gaminglight is probably the most organized Garry's Mod community I've known, the staff is nice, the players, etc.

I don't understand why people would cheat in Garry's Mod.
I'm not really sure about the cheat, but him being immature and unprofessional in this report is mainly why I'm supporting it.SPECULATION
Most people would shoot the areas of the body as it is more wider and you can land more of your shots there, and the damage difference on shooting the body and the head is not that big of a difference anyway in Garry's Mod, since after all Melon is using the M4A4 Rifle. Shown in the evidence, it seems really fishy that Melon always targeted around Death's head. I don't really see a point on always keeping the crosshair on Death's head since Melon could have easily landed more shots if he aimed a bit on the main part of Death's body.
(This is only a speculation and my personal opinion on the evidence, and like I said, I am not entirely sure if he is cheating or not)
And Melon, I honestly think you should quit that attitude of yours. All this "copyright" and you changing your name to "MELON IS A BLATANT HACKER" in-game is really unfunny, immature, and unprofessional of you. Be the bigger person and stop digging yourself into a deeper hole.
