    What makes you think nobody will be competent enough to roleplay as a marshal? I already have 4 people chosen that used to play on an Arma life server which was hardcore. Some people that play over here are even experienced, so do you care to go on? We're going to have a selection process on here and only accept people that are willing to prove themselves, people that actually roleplay and not goof around.

    it’s not the marshals it’s the players. All they will do is minge and call for staff every 5 minutes.

    I don't understand why people are still coming on here and disagreeing with the roleplay aspect of it. The server doesn't have to be serious for the faction to be serious. You don't seem to understand that, now do you? The thing I hate most is when people just come on here, jump the gun, and assume crap without doing their homework. It's Garry's Mod, and obviously, no server is going to be that serious.

    The only issue is the people who will roleplay it. Thats why I am judging.

    A sphere is not enough because they can shoot from the distance unless it comes with force field

    We kinda have NLR system which is EMS.

     

    You can always develop it.

    Why should you be promoted? : While I have been in the PD for quite some time, I have always wanted to lead the units under me. I always like to lead people under my wing as I currently do. I always find myself as a people person and always like to have a good laugh. I am not afraid of a PD member saying Hi. I have appreciated all the chances I have had with this Police Department. Also, I used to be an LT but due to me going on LOA I was removed for not attending a meeting that I didn't know that even happened. Well, the reason why I should be promoted is that I believe I am capable and ready to become a member of Low Command and help this Department strive. I am currently High command in FBI and do go online when there is no low command on. I am starting to move back into PD as I do like the pursuits and pulling people over.

    ^^ Have it notify them, not autopunish. If they continue to violate NLR then a notification should be sent to on duty staff so they can issue punishment.

    Its all automated to the point of what your custom config is.

    What did they do? I believe this staff member is unfit for staff. He has been warned 2 time today since the server restart which is 4 hours ago for RDM and NLR. He has gotten away with it so many times. I have dealt with him when he has failed RP and Failed to listen to a on duty staff member. The video at the end shows him RDMing the last stray bullets. (Be in mind he isnt apart of the family's) Also he was asked by naby to get on staff. At the time I was afk Naby knew that so naby asked him to get on several times. He failed to do so to the point I came back and naby asked me and said he already tried to get him on staff. (Naby can't see admin calls he has that reason its understandable).  Tommey has gone on to deal with his own sits before. Even tho I only have the current proof to only get him for this current issue. He doesn't like to abide by rules or to receive orders by Higher ups. When I goto to him nicely he is abusive thats when I warned him for NLR.

    What do you think is an acceptable punishment? Removal or a Backend with a lecture.

     

    I know this should be in player report but at the same time its a bit of both. It was 18 Players When I came back there was staff calls I teleported to him before I went to the other staff calls to confirm he was there.

    I try to get on dispatch but half of PD has No clue how to address dispatch

    Maybe if Low Command started to use it properly and is a requirement to get into low command people will follow low command.

    Its been great in SWAT but I am bringing it to an end. I have received more responsibilities and I also want to be apart of SRT. So I would like to thank all of the command members for having me here.
