This is not the place to start arguments with each other. Last time I checked, this is in the State subsection. Rule has been implemented by the LT COL of State. The rule has nothing to do with FBI or any other department.
Commissioner controls this department aswell.

you can always switch to state channel to ask us not hard plus the fact this makes it easier to keep in contact with our team and not have PD blow our ears open on radio personally I do not see why you got a problem with it. Also sending your FBI to panic buttons 70% noone knows what its for till they get there and when panics are pressed its normally for usual reasons one would be pressed so this rule is perfectly fine for us
The problem is that I don't Need to change my channel. I expect people to be on this channel. I hope this got approved by Snar because this wouldn't of Snar wouldn't like splitting communication from everyone........
I'm guessing its for RP. IRL you don't have the State Patrol on the same radio as city police departments. We have different jurisdictions too, PD should be in city for the most part and State should try to stick to the outer parts. Putting state on a different channel will force us to stay in the same area, call each other as backup instead of some random unit, and increase RP. Panic buttons should only really be used when you're in a life or death situation where you can't use radio, so if you see a panic, you shouldn't have to know what it is, you should be sending as many units code 3 regardless. Not sending your FBI would be irresponsible.
IRL You don't have everyone in the same area. Unless Snar puts a limit on the area's then I'll start sticking to them and this change would be responsible until then not everyone has access to the State channel and not everyone has the ability to hotkey radio channels. Plus with not sending my FBI in is responsible. I won't let my agents go in without proper communication. IRL as most of my government as I know as I have had to use it once it sends a live frequency of 10 seconds of it being pressed I have the ability to say what I have needed to say. I don't say this without a reason I am saying it with a reason. Unless if the map is going to be quadruple the current size this is ineffective.

So how the hell do we communicate with state now. Just to make things difficult. It’s like making people go on the bloody job and not be on other departments. It’s like staff you have a ratio. Some of the rules you make are quite annoying and it doesn’t help PD nor other departments. Why not make your panic button only for state so PD doesn’t see it, means that I don’t send my FBI into something they don’t know what they are going into.

The most recent Taser, that has Replaced the old model, is ineffective and needs to be reverted back to the old version. The prongs do not extend long enough or fast enough to successfully take down individuals. In most instances it requires two people to successfully subdue a fleeing suspect. Furthermore, if the prongs do manage to connect with their intended target, after the Shock from the taser has concluded, the fleeing suspect just ends up FailRP'ing and runs away again. From what I hear, other officers believe the new model is ineffective, and is disliked throughout the department. (Topic is posted in General so that the community may have a discussion about the new tasers)

If it was a full fledged department with 60+members and 4+ ranks I honestly dont see the need.

So you didn't think to force job someone? I do it if they refuse to fix ratio.
One thing is we aren’t meant to if there is a manager on or a superadmin. They are management and I’ve been told in numerous staff meetings that let management deal with it so I teleported to nolan and I was like nolan can you fix the ration nobody is getting on. Plus I don’t know how to do it and only know how to set someone to citizen.

Even if you joined the server at least get on staff if you think the ratio is down
I mean that's what I always do when I join the server I just hop right on staff and do my duties
Alright reexplanation. I filled ratio. The point is how long was the ratio not filled. I only just got on when I saw it. The point is that why should it happen all the ******* TIME.
I Instantly look at ratio every 3 minutes maybe 5. The point is jobs arent being done nor coordinated.

What did they do? Stun Stick abuse after being ask once verbally to stop then the second time in chat. He failed to stop so I went on staff demoted him off the Admin Job and minged him then Felix unminged him.

I do agree that the ratio issue is getting ridiculous, however I also feel that its something that happens on a whim. I've watched staff get off the second a new staff member gets online (i.e: When I hop on Ill see that there is 2 staff for a 40 player ratio, and as soon as I change my job, they get off) A strike or beating isnt needed here. I feel that a good talking to is what would be best in this scenario.
Felix on the other hand is an SA and SHOULDN'T be the first one to get on staff when ratio is under its limits. It moves itself like clockwork if people would be willing to do their job entirely. T-Mods > Mods > S Mods > Admins > Super Admins > Head admins should be in the order it goes in terms of staff online and on duty. If you don't want to be on staff, then don't join the staff team. It's simple. That's my view.
Incorrect they are required to aswell. I believe this is were the issue lies just because I’m an admin doesn’t mean I’m not going to get on.

What do you think is an acceptable punishment? Strike or a Beating. No matter how many times I get on the ratio is never Filled. I'm fed up with this and needs to stop. I went to them and they were moving around Checkers was using Money Printers and Felix was moving inside a box.

Issue is after the staff meeting like 3-4 hours after I was on staff for 4 hours and still going it dropped to just me being on staff for 80 players. I did a admintellall as I was getting frustrated 3 minutes went by I was shouting in ooc then did admintellall still nothing. Nolan and all the superadmins were on and nothing I went to nolan and he said he was fixing it. One person went on still waiting for it to be fixed it was fluxuating with admin calls and there was a point there was 5 admin calls 2lnly claimed, I was very disappointed still waiting that I was like a super admin better get on or imma lose my shit. Out of all the super admins it’s vinny that comes on only vinny. I’m disappointed to the fact of the only one came on, I am thankful for vinny but a bit frustrated of the wait. The moral of this story why does it need to take that long. I so wanted to report every staff to make it on the record but why should I need to do do that why does this need to happen. Why does other staff need to do this aswell management needs to be more hard on the staff. I’ve been on staff more then being on my own department rank recently. So it shows the fact on how we as staff need to force staff on. End of rant but still no excuses need to be made get the **** on staff and stop making excuses.

I believe now that if the Staff Ratio is under that Super Admins have to get on to Fix it.
Super Admins shouldn’t be avoiding it either way. They still should be getting on.

In the past I have had to dealt with defendants/prosecutors running and minging in PD, without officers actually being able to taze or arrest them (because they are considered a government job).
+Support Same Issue, needs to stop the only thing that works for the government is the prosecutor not the defendant. Prosecutor should become donor only if your allowing it to go inside a police station.

Right now that job is not worth the money and it hasn’t been for a long time as it can not do anything. To make it fair for donators and to improve RP I do think it should be fixed.
To Be honest if you donate for it you should be trained and not given the whitelist.

This is my first time. And I don't just play this community alone so rules will get mixed up. A lot of things change since I got back. I never tried to overrule you BTW nor any staff. BTW you never said anything. You just warn me unnecessarily. Would love you to bring me instead and have a sit with me and tell me what I did wrong. Cuz what I did wrong was not mingey or anything minge harm to the community. It was an innocent mistake that there a "ghost" rule. And it unfair to warn that there wasn't any a rule about it. How you like to be warned for "ghost" rule?

You just don’t think my opinion matters I have no attitude. I’m more annoyed that you guys say switch to state when we can’t. Do I have to abuse my admin powers to switch jobs to dispatch just to communicate with state. There is really no thought process to other departments.
Plus telling someone like a staff member to watch their attitude is disrespectful.
