Increased speed of vehicle "C-PH Patrol Speeder Bike"
Fixed issues involving the mortar entity being pocketed by players
Added new ammo dispenser entities

Added a new fully custom gear looting system
Upon eliminating any NPC, players have a chance to receive an item that contains a random roll of perks that enhances the player - the rarer the item, the better chance it has to obtain higher values!
Each item obtained calculates a score that represents its value, the higher the score the better the gear - the menu is accessible via the F4 panel, viewing another player's inventory is possible by pressing 8 when looking at them
