I get you want to make raiding easier, BUT there are times where even I use it on gov for training's and for RP purposes. I don't think a prop should be blacklisted just because it makes bases too hard to raid. (If you are referring to the PED base in yellow warehouse, then I would recommend you ban any pole like props from being used as fading doors such as any props under Plastic/Plates section).
I agree, if the fading doors were solid and not poles that are hard to battering ram.

Why do you believe that you deserve the rank? (150 Word Minimum)
I think I deserve to be promoted to TMod for several reasons.
The first reason is my experience. I have been with gaminglight staff on multiple servers for about 2 years. I have the experience needed for any situation. I have memorized about 3 MOTD's and I know all punishments that are suggested for a situation and know everything I need to know to make the right call in any situation.The second reason I would like to include is my maturity and professionalism. I am very mature and I carry the view of every department on my back making them look respected, and I would like to add the staff team there once again. These attributes also take place in staff sits. Being more mature than the player and keeping professionalism shows you are doing your job right and will reduce problems. Reported players always feel more comfortable when they are greeted and treated by a respectful staff member and will cooperate and listen to the staff member so they don't infract a rule again.
Thirdly I would like to announce my activity, I am on everyday (Mostly, we all have that off day). I am on the server during times where no staff is on, usually 3AM - 5AM. I will be able to handle many staff calls when needed and I am available to hop on the server when staff is feeling overwhelmed.
Lastly I would also like to include my want to apply for staff again. I've been back on PoliceRP for about 2 months, and I've felt a little empty. I want the full Gaminglight experience back. Staff is just apart of me at Gaminglight, I have done it on and off since 2017, that is 3 years in 2 months from now. (297 words)
I would like to thank everyone for reading this and these are my reasons on why I think I should be accepted into the staff team once again.
How would you handle someone that is Mass RDMing and when you bring him/her to an admin sit all they do is curse at you?
Well I would ask them respectfully if they would allow me to talk without interuption. If they let me, well I continue the sit(as explained later), if they do not let me speak, I will gag them, then proceed to explain they are being warned for MassRDM and recieiving a 5 day ban, I will then contact the appropriate staff member on the server to assist me with the ban since I do not have those permissions.

Earlier today you warned a CLUELESS kid for a reason that could have been a verbal.
The kid was doing what I said and I even told you that, you did not listen to all sides of the story and blamed a kid for something harmless, that 4 other people did as well. -

What you want to see? - 3 Blue's Decals added to the dispatch room, one of the map (located in spawn) , one of the Phonetic Alphabet(located in training room) , and one of the 10-codes (located in training room)
Why should we add it? - Helps dispatchers while on duty.
What are the advantages of having this? - Map increases many things, 10-codes and alphabet help newer dispatchers.

Think about this way, a guy has a pistol in his waist band, he has tazers pointed at him, if he starts to reach his ass is getting tazed, in GMod, we dont have a reaching animation, therefore we can taze as long as the weapon was JUST pulled out.

Jack you are AMAZING at your job BUT! You have been promoted from literally CPL to SM in a month, I do believe this is because you are friends with some of the command and experience IRL I believe. I think you NEED to sit in the pool for a little while longer before being promoted...again.
Also your activity could use a lot of work.
You can also get a little bit of an attitude sometimes and that gets in the way of department relations.

As the retired EMS Chief and existing board member here is what I have to say about the neutral part of EMS.
1. EMS is neutral, but apart of "governement", government being a service to EVERYONE no matter age, race, etc. Therefore EMS has the DUTY TO ACT. They must help everyone. EMS is doing a service to all LAW ABIDING citizens. When you do something that causes EMS to report you, to the police, we are just doing our DUTY TO ACT to other law abiding citizens, keeping them safe. We are still keeping our neutrality.
2. EMS reviving Gov before Criminals. Why it is done... Criminals acted wrong FIRST, therefore they get punished. Fellow government get treated FIRST because they did not commit crimes.
3. EMS keeping their radio....I'm not even gonna give a reason of how stupid this claim is. Their radio is staying, we also have a group chat.
4. EMS helping physically in a situation. MOST EMS do stay on the sidelines. If they do assist in 10-80's by not getting our of the way report them, or if they use a weapon, report them, or if they do ANYTHING that is putting their life in danger, REPORT THEM. As a IRL EMS in training the first thing we are told is safety for ourselves, we do not help anyone in an unsafe environment.
If you have a problem with an EMS member regarding neutrality and their personal safety please speak to me, as of now I will be taking a closer look at the ins and outs of keeping EMS it's neutrality.

Anyone outside of the roadblock is at an inconvenience. Even as government we may not be responding to the same situation as you and therefore is creating wait time and slow responses to the places we are trying to get to.
The corner of bank is probably one of the MOST BUSIEST intersections and it being block off is a huge inconvenience to so many people gov and non gov.

After thinking about this decision I have decided to apply for the rank of Lieutenant. I believe I can be of great assistance and an asset to command.
Why do I want to be in command?
I want to be in PD command mainly so I can help. I believe I have a great deal of knowledge that I could spread around newer ranks. I have been in the PD for a total of 2 years and I think it's time for me to be able to help the PD.Why I think I am a better fit than other Sergeant Majors.
I believe I am the number one option for Lieutenant. I have (Most likely) the most experience, I have been here longer than most, and I have grown with the people around me. I have worked very hard for my rank and have proven myself worthy.What am I good at?
I am good at many, many things. I am most confident that I am one of the best in a 10-80. I am also good at handling stressful situations and can command many PD units at one time. I am confident and assertive which makes me a leader in most situations and I lead other units and they listen respectfully. I also am very professional, professionalism rubs off on lower ranks and it's contagious.Why accepting me would benefit you.
If you accept me in command I will be active along with the other command members and am eager to help out with training and meetings. I think training helps the PD immensely. I will also help out the lower ranks such as Cadet-LCPL greatly. If I am promoted those ranks are going to be my focus point when on-duty.Summary
To sum all this up I overall just think I would be a great command member, I have the experience, the leadership, and the want to do it. I highly recommend you consider me for the position. Already a rule, 15 minutes per base.
But then again, it doesnt specify it can't be a group...just after completion 15 minutes for the next "wave"
