I’ve been apart of this community for 1 1/2 years I feel like I wanna give back to the community anyway possible so I believe that this is a go option for me to help the community to keep us safe and peaceful at all times Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision? i honestly don’t have anything in mind I feel like you always need to be prepared for worse case scenarios but it honestly depends on the situation How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers? first I was stop this by taking post/reply away from them to try to calm the situation down (it will most likely need to be done by a senior diplomat member ) once they cannot post/apply to anything in the forums I will continue to handle the situation by remove/hide all the post by the individual and then warn them for going against the forum guidelines How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal? First I would post the forums message within the chat the issue a verbal warning to both of the individuals and explain to them both that is for +/- supports if they ignore the verbal I will lock the post for the time being until the situation was calmed down and both of them would possibly be given a strike for going against the guidelines

Why do you believe you're qualified to serve as a Forum Diplomat? So, I believe I qualify to become a forum diplomat as I have been a part of the community for a while. As well as I have been active on the forums and believe I would be able to assist the community as a whole while being able to help the community on the forums. Would you consider yourself to have good judgement? If so, please describe a situation that required you to make a difficult decision? Yes, I would consider myself to have good judgement. I have been able to deal with multiple dual sided situations where I need to take both sides stories into account before I make a decision. Describing a specific situation would be hard as judgement all depends on the the users and the situation that would arise. As no situation you can really describe as its all on the rules and the situation that has came about. How would you deal with a situation where a user is spamming in various topics due to getting banned from one of our servers? So firstly, I would issue a warning between all parties stating to stop all arguments or spamming ad report it higher within to diplomat team to help maintain said topic as to keep the topic clear. If offender would keep on spamming after verbal warning, then I would have to take further action within the community as to keep the topic clean. I would then ask higher to issue a formal warning to said offender and hide the topic depending on said subject. The main problem would be as a starter Diplomat is making sure to loop in the senior forum diplomats to issue any formals that might pertain to the situation. How would you deal with a situation where two users are aggressively arguing with each other in a warning appeal? I would issue a verbal warning to stop all arguing within said subject to keep it clean and useful. As well remind them of the forum rules so that things to do not get out of hand. If said issue would get out of hand I would document everything and report it to senior diplomat to issue a formal forums warning/restriction on said user. The main goal is to resolve the situation peaceful reminding them that arguing or being combative is against the forum rules and to keep the discussion civil and or only do the +/- support that is needed on said discussion

MASSIVE ++++++ SUPPORT This man is someone that I worked with when I was a previous DT VCMDR and DT F16 both times in my career to make sure he can get to a position to become an amazing DT VCMDR himself, and I think he has more than earned that spot and more importantly deserves it. +Support Versa is a very active member of SCPRP and around on the discord and forums overall. This individual is very easy to reach and mostly does what they're told without any sort of issues. I believe Versa is also very capable of doing well as a forum diplomat to help keep the SCP section in order. From my very experienced perspective I think the situation questions have been answered reasonably. Overall another good possible forum diplomat for SCPRP

+ Support Clarkie is a well-respected (mostly) member within SCPRP and in the staff team although his activity on the server can be all over the place with his occupation he's quite active and easy to reach on discord which is why I think he deserves a chance as a forum diplomat for SCP he hasn't had any disciplinary issues and knows what he's doing

While I may only be a CPL in SRT I have had my fun, I have other departments I would like to put more time into, I just want to thank all of the SRT Command team but especially these people. @AndreThank you for your time as commander I had fun playing with you, thanks for training me Kitty - I've only seen you on a couple times while you're in reserves but the times I have seen you have been fun patrolling along with you. @SatoI've had great fun with you and good luck with the department.
